The store dirty. They have stock in carts off their trucks in the isles. Always out of items like pads, bread and other items. I just gave up and quit shopping at this store.

This store is always just messy and disorganized. Young lady cashier is to worried about going outside and smoking rather than helping customers. Then gets an attitude when she isn't finished smoking and has to come back in to ring us out. Her customer service skills are terrible too. I hate shopping at this location and highly recommend the location out on 22/3 across from Bible Baptist Church. Ladies at the other location are so helpful, friendly and nice plus store is always well organized with no clutter.

They never answer the phone it doesn't matter how many times you call how long you let it ring they never answer... What's the biggest reason I hate this store... Another reason is there aisles are full of empty boxes merchandise on the floor and empty packages on the floor why things have been stolen out of them... Most of the people on night shift are super rude... And they closed early whenever they feel like it. I was actually in the store when I heard one of the male employee they all were closed early today because we feel like it because I'm ready to go home

Definitely turning around for the better. We appreciate all of our customers and just ask that if you don’t want something don’t just throw it down wherever. Give it to the cashier or return it where you got it. The more we have to clean up the less time we have to try and get the freight off the floors and give you a good experience all the way around.

Great store to shop with their coupons on top of their sale prices. But sometimes they don't have the sale items in stock. Or if they do it's all sitting in the aisles needing to be put away. The store needs to hire someone to put stock away onlý. Because the store is always a mess.

This place is real convinent sometimes a bit messy but not because of the workers rather because people don't really respect the place. The place is understaffed or feels so at times but it is quick actually just usually one register so surprisingly fast. It has more than just food and it is a good pit stop or place to have as a secondary for grocerys.

The store was very chaotic, with trash and merchandise strewn amongst the floors, no clear walkways, had to step over trash. During checkout, the cashier took it upon himself to drop items into the bags from his shoulder height. He was about 6'2" with dark hair and a moustache. Many of the items were glass decor, which he shattered and as he dropped them, smirked. Has to be the worst Dollar General stores I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a few. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone except the Clinton county health department and the department of job and family services (which ironically right next door). Worst Dollar General ever!!!

One of the oldest Dollar General stores from what I am told. But it doesn't look old or run down. Open the latest from what I understand. In my experience that is true. Slightly better than the average Dollar General experience. Staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in my experience.

While visiting the store I had need of the restroom. There was no toilet paper and no SOAP. How are employees supposed to wash their hands. In this time of viruses, clean hands are as must. I won't be using this store again. I guess customers are not first priority.

Yeah it's a dollar general, but way too often cluttered with boxes and stock carts in several aisles end caps.Definitely understaffed and the right management could bring more order within.

I am handicapped in wheelchair went in and the place was a mess I couldn't even get in some of the Isle they had products from food , pillows , and toys all over r the floor it looked like 100 kids were left alone to play and as I passed the register the lady told a delivery man th as t s nice she was there she would do some shopping and grabbed a basket I think she should of been more worried about clea n ing that nasty store I'll NEVER !!!! shop there again, I udt so discussed

They don't have very good customer service. Lady was kinda rude and not helpful. Store was a mess and the all I could hear is the two employees complaing about having to do their job (putting away Christmas)

This was not in the best location. A lot of the products were behind locked cabinets and the store was disorganized. There are better options in the area including more Dollar Generals.

I was trying to find kids' vitamins and some school supplie in the store but to my surprise they displayed some gummie vitamins that were already expired. The inside store is unorganized.

The store is trashed. Everything is scattered everywhere. So to avoid the mess, I tried to call the store to see if they carried a product. The phone just rings and rings. The store is open, but no one wants to pick up.
