Owner is very pleasant and caring person. We didn't use the services, but had become stranded with vehicle trouble. Pulled into the lot from the interstate to wait for a tow. The owner was very accomodating to strangers. Even offering us food and water! If the owner treats strangers this well, imagine how well they would take care of your dog! If I lived in the area I definitely would utilize their services. It's people like this that make a real difference and should be supported.

Called to ask questions about training my puppy. The conversation went was not bad until she ask if I crated him at night and I responded yes that I carry him to his crate. He is small yet and “she ask several times does he have four legs? And she laughed. I I ask why she was asking this and did not find it funny. After telling her I didn’t find it humorous she informed me that”ok you can find another trainer then, said goodbye and then hung up. I feel this was a very unprofessional.reply. I was looking for professional assistance with training and was tired from trying to train my puppy and was sincerely asking for help. Sorry that I didn’t find you funny and due to this you want me to find another trainer. I feel bad for you that you feel you have gotten to the place in your business that you can treat people that way.

My family and I would highly recommend D&G’s for training. We were having issues with our golden pertaining to aggressive behavior and listening to commands. Some of his aggression came from seizure meds. With our vets help, we were able to ween him off the meds which has greatly improved his overall demeanor.Janet and the staff worked with our dog while our family went on 1 week vacation. We continued to work with him at home with their guidance. He listens to his commands and has become such a wonderful dog. He loves to work, play and cuddle. He is the wonderful dog we knew he could be. We are so thankful for Janet and her team. God is so good!!!

Janet and team are an amazing group! My dog has gone to the day school, stayed for boarding and been through the training classes - Couldn't ask for a better team - I know she is in good hands and is all smiles when I pick her up. The advice they gave me on nutrition and what to feed my dog has helped immensely when she was diagnosed with pancreatic issues. Thank you D&G's!!
