Money gram was set but CVS was down and employees are not willing to help you navigate that. I wound up canceling the transaction because CVS workers were incapable of offering assistance even though Money Gram is a service they offer.

First negative review mysteriously deleted.Horrible. Treated like I was a drug addict. I'm prescribed an injectable medication subcutaneously (fat) which I was picking up.and I use 1cc insulin syringes so the medicine doesn't burn rather than the long needles that are actually for intramuscular injections. I purchased the bd 1cc 29g pack of 10 2 months ago from this CVS from the female pharmacist. She specifically told me "you can get whatever you are comfortable with using". I ran out so I went to get more on March 11 and I was treated like a drug addict. The mal passive aggressive pharmacist was was absolutely useless. The uneducated female tech told me I couldn't have the syringes even though I had already purchased them a month ago. I was asked if I had a script for injectable medication, and I said yea it's in her hand! But she acted like they didn't have any 1cc syringes for insulin which is total lie and bull. She kept trying to hand me 3cc long needle syringes. 1cc bd syringes are an every day item.Corporate got an ear full and I won't stop until these individuals are reprimanded for the treatment I received. All of this over stuff I'm prescribed and stuff I've already purchased and have been using since Jan 17th.

What's going on with the pharmacy being closed at 5 on a Saturday? And also why is it taking several days to fill or refill prescriptions and extremely rude? You are HEALTHCARE you don't get to pick and choose when the pharmacy is open. Several healthcare places are short staff they don't close their doors!

Had to switch to this pharmacy since I moved an hour away from home. Multiple times at this location they have told me my prescription is ready and I head to the store to be told 20 minutes. This time I gave them three extra hours and it still wasn’t ready. I am very frustrated. I’ve wasted my gas, patience and time. It shouldn’t take 3 trips to get my medication. Every other cvs I have been to has been the complete opposite of the Wilmington one.

Love how the employees always greet you and there is always someone available to assist you in finding what you are looking for. Especially love the manager Shaiese, who is so pleasant!

Not much staff at this location. They close down the pharmacy every day for half an hour. This has caught me twice. I'm going to switch to another pharmacy that can support the staff to support me.

Pharmacys sooo slow. I knitted a whole sweater while waiting in line. They dont always tell u deadly drug interactions unless u ask if theres interactions. Scary!

Staff is rude and incompetent! They fill prescriptions when you don't need them filled and then try and make you pay full price for them! They say you have 14 days to pick-up a prescription but 4 days later they have put it back on their shelves to sell to someone else! Just waiting on the day they completely screw up someone's prescription and fill it with the wrong medications, hopefully they don't unalive the person! Have switched pharmacy and will never go back!

The past few times I have gone into this CVS I have had exceptional customer service! I got my flu vaccine about a month ago and the woman administering it was friendly and professional. She took care to make sure my arm was positioned just right so that the shot would have minimal soreness the next day, it worked! We talked about crafts and she asked for me to bring the finished product by sometime that she would love to see it(how sweet!).The other exceptional service was a front cashier was very helpful in explaining a new service that CVS had in which if you are sick they have an option on their website where employees can get the products ready for you so all you need to do is go inside to pay/pick up. CVS has really stepped up their technology game and customer service.In defense of the pharmacists from other reviews, I have always been treated with kindness and respect.The only feedback I have are oftentimes I find they are low in stock on items in the wellness area and their same day photo printing machine is not aligned properly and pictures print blurry. Overall very happy this CVS moved closer to downtown area.

The pharmacy techs at this CVS are just plain rude and under educated! We have to argue with them all the time about prescriptions and our payment card. It has to be swiped even though it's saved in the system and they will argue with me every single time. One in particular,April,is about the worst human I've ever met. She constantly gives me attitude about everything! We'll be switching to Kroger very soon. One more thing. They will put your prescription back 3 days after they text you and make you wait forever for them to decide to refill it. And the fact that you get acosted by beggars in the parking lot is honestly the tipping point for us to switch pharmacies

Great place! Can be a bit pricey if you don’t have a loyalty card ? But go all the time for a good day with friends and family! They where my first choice to give me the covid vaccine! Definitely go RIGHT NOWEdit: it’s been I while since I wrote this review but some stuff has happened. I have no idea what I was talking about in the first review but someone did take a big fat dump on the floor there. The employees did say it was human, but they handled it well. Thanks to all the employees who helped to make this traumatic experience a lot better.

I’m actually done with CVS I’ll be going to Kroger. Don’t hire people who are constantly defensive, have an attitude and bad energy. Oh and apparently going 15 minutes out of my way to come pick up my prescription (that wasn’t ready) is not enough time out of my way. “oh only 15 minutes? I thought you were talking about 30 or 45 minutes“ -his wordsExcuse me have you seen the gas prices???

Pharmacy Chose not to fill my prescription-“because it was expensive” didnt bother reaching out to me to see if i wanted it filled or not.So i changed pharmacies-had Kroger take over the script, pharmacist assured me she called last night but CVS still hasnt sent over the script almost 12 hours later.And the prices are higher than driving the extra mile into town

Had to pay cash for a prescription (over $700) was trying to see if there were any programs that would help cover any of that cost and a lady with a dark blue shirt pushed past the lady helping me and told me my prescription was 1400 bucks and nothing was going to help cover the cost. Then proceeded to tell me there was no way I was getting my perception under one thousand dollars. Mind you I am literally crying through all this and she's blowing up on me. I got the prescription transferred to a different pharmacy and paid $630 for it. I'll be transferring my kids and my perceptions to a different pharmacy dye to her attitude and the fact that CVS didn't inform me or my doctors office that a prior auth was needing updated to cover cost.

Started off horrible, ended wonderful. I was very embarrassed and hurt when I went to pick up my vitamin B 12 shot that I have to take once a month. There was no syringe in my bag so when I asked the pharmacy tech for one. She YELLS to the pharmacist in the back "hey this lady needs something to shoot this up with!" I was mortified. I turned five shades of red. If you are reading this lady, learn some manors and couth and learn how to work with the public! On the other hand the pharmacists have always been helpful and the front cashier people have went above and beyond helping me. One bad egg an ruin the whole bunch CVS. ......part 2...this review started off as a 2 star but after having went back last night to print photos. The front cashier staff Johnathon and Rhonda truely went above and beyond once again helping me with the photo machine and even the other customers they where tending to. I also shared my complaint with the pharmacist working last night and apologized for the unprofessional treatment that I received. He assured me that he would address the problem. Thank you CVS

They overcharge customers more than any other store in town on the same items. Buy Unisom at Walmart for $12.98 80 ct. Vs CVS price of $19.79. Why get ripped off.......

They just can’t seem to get my prescriptions right. Even when my doctor personally calls them! The right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left is doing. I’ve heard others on Facebook complain as well. I’m about done with them.

Offered no assistance for photo center. Informed them that the coupon printer was out of paper, they offered no assistance. Paid and manager handed me my receipt, never said thank you, have a good day, anything.
