Went in for an emergency during walk in hours because my little senior dog was attacked by the neighbor's dog. He was suffering from a broken jaw. The nurses and vet were so kind and professional. They gave him antibiotics, antiinflammatories and pain medication. They didn't even once suggest euthanasia which is what I was worried about since he is 13. What a great experience. He is doing fine now and trying to eat everything in sight. His tongue does hang out permanently now but it makes him that much cuter. Here is Mater before and 2 weeks later recovering ❤️‍ ❤️‍ ❤️‍

I have always loved coming to Country View Pet Hospital. Unfortunately our sweet GSD Kora passed suddenly and they were so kind and sent us a card in the mail. Even when she was still here, they always took great care of her and everything is so reasonably priced. We will be back with our future pups. Thank you for always showing compassion to us💗

I Went to this clinic as a walk in on friday- I am a very anxious dog mom and they made me feel so welcomed! My pug isn’t an easy patient and they handled him with so much care and love. I am excited to bring my other two pets here and am so thankful for the love my animal received

We switched to this vet office just over 12mos ago. We are absolutely floored by the office, staff & services. This very spacious location is truly a full service options. Including daily walk-in hours.The atmosphere is geared for ALL our four legged friends. But parents are welcome everywhere or to watch through viewing windows.Lastly, the office is fairly priced & definitely cheaper that other offices in the county. I HIGHLY recommend Country View Vet in Wilmington. Easy access for anyone in the county as they are located just off the 71exit on 73.

Hardly ever do I leave reviews, but I just love this place! The staffs amazing, caring, they’re affordable and upfront with prices before you even start your visit. They’re by far the best Vet that I’ve been to. I have 5 dogs and I wouldn’t bring them anywhere else. Shoutout to the owner for having such an amazing place!

Adding Dr Olp to your staff was the best decision you could have made! We followed her from her previous clinic. She is amaizing with dogs that have behavioral issues and has really helped us with our boy Titus! You guys have much better prices as well! Happy to make the 30 minute drive to come there!

I have heard great things about Country View, so when we got our dog they were the first place I checked. Before I could even call to set up an initial appointment, our fur baby hurt his paw. Conveniently they accept walk-in appointments during morning hours, I just had to call while I was on my way there. They accommodated us well and were very friendly. Highly recommend!

I travel for work and this is the best vet I have ever been to. They were quick, kind, compassionate, and completely professional. They have the best prices of anywhere I have been across the country, extremely affordable for how much they were able to help. Dr. Jim and Elaine were so nice and helpful for my babygirl. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It’s a shame that I travel, I honestly don’t want to take my dog anywhere else now. Thank you guys so much!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had an emergency come up last minute and couldn't make a new patient appointment. When I called I was told I would be charged $10 per dog which if I would have known this I would have NEVER booked an appointment with this vet office. I didn't sign anything so I don't see how they could even hold my liable for any sort of fee that I knew nothing about when I made the appointment. What a horrible first impression and this tells me they just want to gouge me for money!

We loved this vet until it involved an emergency. They took us as a walk in agreeing it was an emergency. (nobody else was there at that point) they were very concerned it was parvo yet didn't do any tests. They put us in a back room for over four hours and told us not to leave the room as parvo is very contagious. Which I understood but nobody even came to check on us. At this point my pup couldn't even lift his own head, he was having problems breathing, he has a few seizures (he's epileptic) it was just bad. You could hear the staff goofing off doing nothing in the next room over. We ended up calling another vet and getting him in immediately. Within five minutes of being there he was parvo tested negative and ended up having emergency surgery. He had a blockage and was severely dehydrated. Never going back to this vet. Their overpriced but at the time I thought they were worth it.EDIT- Response to ownerNo fake name was used. We were put in the isolation room AFTER he was taken into the back to be looked at. Whoever was at the front desk agreed he was very sick. He progressively got worse over the night so we had waited for your office to open (came in within ten minutes of opening). We sat in the isolation room for over three hours when there were actively no other walk ins. You could hear the staff goofing off. Not once did someone come to check on us or view him. After his breathing became highly labored and he could no longer lift his head (while waiting in your room) we called Clinton county animal care center. They got him in immediately even though they don't do emergencies. Within five minutes of being there he was parvo tested NEGATIVE. He had a very bad blockage and was kept Incase emergency surgery was needed. Country view is beyond awful. The staff there that day were very rude (as they got annoyed whenever we tried to get someone to even look at him). We will never be using this vet again nor will we ever be recommending it. I highly advise people avoid this vet unless absolutely necessary. They will most likely kill your pet.

Our Moonpie had something hanging into her eye. (Torn inner eyelid) They got us in within 45 mins of calling. They were so nice and gentle to our cat. They explained prices before getting the okay and doing them. They even showed us how to give her ointment in her eye, after fixing her up. Highly recommend. We appreciate the excellent care we received. 5* Even Moonie gives 2 paws of approval.

It has been a little over a year since I have been to this vet clinic, and yes, still a client, just haven’t needed to bring my pets in. My first time here was for a walk in and they accommodated me, even though my pet was currently a client at another vet, that DID NOT, have walk in hours but an on call vet only.After they took such good care of my pet during that visit, I decided to transfer vets as my pets are old and would more than likely need a walk in appt as opposed to a regular scheduled appt.A year later I needed to send one of my kitties to heaven which was in rapid decline and didn’t want her to suffer any more. The staff was beyond exceptional and understanding. They took great care of us during this time and for that I’m great full. Thank You

The staff was very friendly and professional in taking care of Yoshi's issues. Yoshi was not at his best because of a ear infection but Dr. Jill was very patient with him, even though he snapped at her. His ears were cleaned and medicine applied and needless to say he was a very happy boy. We have always gotten great care at Country View. It is over an hour away from where we live but am very pleased with Dr. Jill and all of her staff. Never a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I took my pup in with the walk in hours, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything in a way that was easily understood and were upfront with all the pricing, and walked you through the procedures. My pup was definitely a happy camper. They also went over all the medications and answered any questions I had, I would definitely recommend!

My sweet pork unfortunately was euthanized and they have a program that helped covered it and I couldn’t be more thankful. Just adopted a sweet dog two weeks ago and one of the first things I did was contact a vet to get him an appointment so I can establish him as a patient somewhere and just have him checked out. The receptionist I spoke to seemed to have a snobby attitude and acted as if they weren't interested in gaining a new patient. I even followed through with her instructions on sending my dogs medical records via email as she requested but I am still waiting for them to "get back with me" to get him scheduled. I only gave them 3 stars in an effort to give them the benefit of the doubt since I haven't actually been there.
