This is our 2nd year that we’ve left our babies with Country Dayz Pet Resort while on our vacation. It’s such a great feeling knowing your babies are being taken care of. Zuess and Cooper love going there. We’ve also been to them several times for grooming services and they have always done a great job. I highly recommend them! We now live over an hour away but we will continue trusting them with our boys! Thank you Jessica and staff!

Ok, so. I’m “that pet mom”. The mom who wanted another child but negotiations led to a toy poodle (for now). This dog means the world to me for so many reasons. It’s my first dog. First inside pet. My kids first inside pet. So we are protective.I had a massive fear of groomers after reading reviews from places like “pets smart”. So I never took him. His hair was long. It was getting matted from too many baths. This company is located in the jurisdiction I patrol. I know the area is safe. I see how the building is cared for. So I reached out.Jess got me in the same week! The place is clean. It is safe! They are professional and the prices are amazing.I’m the mom that feared the first hair cut. (I felt that same fear with my human children. It’s a mom thing.) Jess talked me through the process and I trusted her. I’m so glad I did. I cried when I picked him up bc he looks so happy and healthy.I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this business. I’m gonna tell all my friends, co workers, family about this place.I had never met the employees before last week. So this isn’t a “friend” review. This is the truth. Take your pets here!!!!!!! (The photos are from a week after the grooming. He still looks so cute. He still smells good. His nails are cut. His clothes fit better. He is a happy guy.)

We had a last-minute booking, and they were able to help us and get us in. I had to board my father's 2 dogs and 1 of my own. One of my fathers dogs is quite old, and the owner text me to let me know she was worried. My father had recently passed away, and neither of his dogs had ever been boarded before. Luckily, nothing was wrong with the dog, but I appreciated her letting me know. We will be using them again!

My Newfoundland is afraid of loud sounds, they seemed to help him. He had quite knotted butt fluffies & they made him look as pretty as could be!!! He was happy when I picked him up. Their prices are comparable to other groomers I have used.

We were in a bind and needed somewhere to board our German shepherd while on a trip to California. Country Dayz did not hesitate to help us out. He stayed for a full 9 days and came back chipper. Staff was polite on the phone and communicated well. They were also patient with our dog which was very appreciative. One thing I wish that was offered was a run outside for the dogs and play time, but dogs do get time outside which is good. Thank you Jessica and staff! We will board our dog here again in the future.

I took Severus for the first time a few weeks ago and I will definitely continue to take him back. I took him for a groom and to get his nails and teeth done. He came out smelling great and looking better than ever, you could tell he felt better too. Plus it was very affordable. The staff were super friendly and they did such a wonderful job. Thank you for taking care of our boy! 🐾❤️

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We felt comfortable leaving our Mayflower and Preacher there for their groomings, and they looked SO great when we picked them up! Rachel at the front desk was so kind too! Very pleased and excited to use this groomer moving forward!

This place does not require your pet to be on a leash apparently. No signs posted anywhere. Other dogs already in the building without leashes trying to fight your dog as soon as you walk in the door Owner (Jessica) acknowledged there is nothing posted. Walked back with the girl at the desk to get my dogs out of waiting area & away from the unleashed dog only to have my dogs put into wet cages covered in other dogs hair. This place is dirty & extremely unorganized. When I walked out. here came 3 more dogs without a leash. The outside of this place is unkept, there’s someone new every time & the price keeps changing without notice. Do not recommend.

Highly recommend, they are great with my three dogs. My golden doodle is terrified of the blow dryer and they manage to get him groomed for me. Only place I’ve ever boarded them.

This place is just spectacular! They had my Murphey for a few weeks to board and train and she learned so much! The team is patient and very knowledgeable about reading your pet! Murphey learned basic commands and has excellent house manners! I would absolutely recommend Jess and Rod !! They treat every pet like family❤️

I have never boarded my dogs and was super apprehensive. Jessica made me feel totally at ease! My babies had a wonderful time and so did I knowing that they were in good hands! They are going back to stay with them again in October ♥️

My 3 German Shepard s were taken very good care of. They had them for 10 days. They were very helpful in my getting them in and out . I've never had them, not even overnight, anywhere. They were happy.

The owner here is very responsive and kind. I use her services for getting my dog groomed, and her groomer is phenomenal with my dog and has great talent with the perfect cut.I will continue with Country Dayz,,thank you!

They sent me a picture of my little silkie so I knewhe was doing ok. First time I had boarded him there and first time when i picked him up he didnt have tear stained eyes. Usually it takes him a few days to be hisself after boarding but when I picked him up this time he was back to his old self immediately. Owners are very friendly and love your fur babies.

Bill and I have to say thank you so much to Country Dayz Pet Resort! We just picked up Fred. He stayed for the night and at the last minute during New Years Eve and New Years Day they were able to accommodate Fred with a bath, de-shedding and dremel his nails. Everybody srems to be real nice. When I had Bo-Bo out there Saturday to get his nails cut, the young girl helped me to get him in thr car. He has tounle anymore getting in cars. She picked him up & put him in the car. Salute to the group out there. Thanks so muchJoyce.😊

Worst experience ever...first my dog wasn't on their schedule today, then after squeezing her in I went back to get her they didn't know which leash she had.... Then took them 10 or 15 minutes to find her collar.... Then one of the workers pulled her out of the cage by the scruff of her neck.... Then I of course told him to take his hands off of her.... It was awful.... I give them zero Stars
