The store was clean, and the check out line was long and slow, but it is the Christmas shopping season. I felt prices were a bit high on some items, but you can find some deals if you look hard enough.

I went in looking for a new knife block, as the one I had was constantly tipping over. The one I got is much bigger, and has a few extra knives than what I had previously. A great price! Love coming in and shopping.

Yes, they have some good deals, they also have Waylon. He is the employee who was at the register when we purchased our new Rachel Roy type-c phone charger. Young Walon was friendly and efficient. In fact, Waylon might be an angel. At the very least he is some kind of guru. He asked us if we had any fun plans this weekend and it helped us look inward and evaluate our life satisfaction. This prompted a series of events that has led to profound changes around and within us. Waylon's earnest inquiry regarding our well-being and personal goals for our valuable time was poignant. When we entered Big Lots, we expected to find a Rachel Roy type-c phone charger and we found so much more because of precious Waylon.To say that this human is special would be an understatement. I think possibly Jesus Christ sent him to Big Lots to show us that our lives can be so much more than what we have built. I don't know if Waylon has personal conversations with Jesus Christ, but I know there is some kind of divine intervention happening. My average brain can't quite comprehend the greatness that is Waylon.So, I implore you, I implore Big Lots, show Waylon the respect, honor, and acclaim he deserves. We have a treasure, do not fall blind to this gift that has been blessed upon us all.

I love this store! A wide range of products are available and the customer service is great. I love the $5 movies too because it competes with red box yet you get to keep it. My only annoyance is the placement of the barcode stickers in the beauty/skincare section. They always cover the ingredient list of the products.

Went in to purchase some furniture that was on sale. We have been very happy with it so far. Staff was attentive and friendly. They offered delivery and it was well worth the price. We had our couches delivered just a couple hours after purchase. It was wonderful because we expected to have to wait several days to weeks before getting them. Could not be happier. Will be back in for future purchases.

It is a nice place to shop especially now that it has been remodelled. I went in today for a skillet and the manager or leader with grey hair and beard was so helpful I would recommend this store to anyone. Well managed.

Went to get a few gallons of water. Only had 1 gallon of the water i wanted. One of the employees asked me how many gallons i wanted. He then went to the back and returned with the desired amount. He did this within minutes of closing for the night.Great ppl. Will shop here again. 👍👍

Absolutely looooove the deals here!!! We drive out of our way to go here since there's not a location in our area!!! Just purchased 4Picnic chairs and 2 swivel picnic chairs. Last year we purchased a wonderful tile picnic table....SUPER prices keep us going back!!!!

Lots of cool and new stuff and the staff is very friendly....except for the furniture part...staff was kind of short with me and the whole furniture stuff is very confusing and frustrating! I thought is was so convenient to have a nice furniture place locally but I will most likely shop elsewhere for furniture but will definitely continue shopping there for everything else!

Our local Big Lots Stores have an abundance of great buys. One example, stainless steel band rings. At Kohl's regularly $150 dollars, on sale for $75/80 this week. Big Lots, when in stock, $10, sale price not advertised, $3. I bought all they had.

Their prices are getting higher. Sometimes they are as high as all the other stores. Last time I was there, we were looking at furniture. The sales clerk wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to want to do anything. We bought our furniture elsewhere.
