My dog was groomed and she did an excellent job. He received many compliments afterward. Also, Chris helped me to find a brand if weight management dog food. All in all, I am pleased with Pet Supplies Plus!

The grooming team is fantastic. My recently adopted dog had an appointment for a nail trim and paw service. They were welcoming and helped try to make my dog more comfortable by getting down to his level, giving him treats, and speaking softly with him. When I returned to pick him up they let me know he’d been pretty difficult and even snapped/bit. I would’ve understood if they said he couldn’t come back, but instead they gave me some suggestions to set him up for a better experience and said they were willing to work with me to help him out. I was so grateful that they didn’t give up on him - or me as the dog owner! Special thanks to Rachel, the groomer who worked with us, she’s really wonderful. We’ll definitely be back.

There is a wide variety, however they are pretty expensive. And since I am a cat owner and I find that the cat supplies are at the very tail end of the store I feel like cats are second class citizens in there. It's just my judgment. So don't get hung up on it. I like the store okay but again it is expensive and not very convenient to find things.

This is my second time trying their grooming. NOT SATISFIED!!! I guess the groomers are not experienced because it's always some issue. The first time I just wanted my dog teeth cleaned or brushed with nail trim and a haircut. Not a good experience. Her teeth was not brushed, I could see the filth still on them not to mention the doggy breathe and her nails were still scratching me. They claimed she wouldn't let them do a good job. Well it's been over a year and I decided to try them again. I took her back for the full spa treatment and left a picture for them on how to trim her coat. Well when I picked her up she was shaved and they claimed they couldn't do a great job cuz she had anxiety. Even the shave was lousey. The cashier asked if I wanted to tip the groomer, He'll naw!!! See pic that I posted. The last pic is the photo I have them on how I wanted my little girl to be trimmed.

Can’t complain, the staff was polite and spoke proper English. They were also very helpful. There was no annoying mumble rap playing over the speakers so that was an added benefit. No one is perfect so I don’t give 5 stars unless something is really exceptional about the place. Thumbs up recommended would pet supply again.

Great selection of what I need for my dog. The team members are always highly visible and ready to assist you. Everyone is friendly and speaks to you the moment that you hit the door. The store is clean and well stocked. They also keep the outside of the store clean which is a big plus for me. No one wants to walk over other messes from pets. Always a pleasant experience at this location.

They’re very helpful here. I started my first aquarium and they were knowledgeable about products to get and what fish can live together. The store didn’t always have what I needed, but they were a good place to start!

I got the Pearly Whites PlayBox for dogs, reg. $14.99, on sale now for $10.97. Holy cannoli what a deal! We tore right into it ha ha. The awesome team member Aaron who helped me to my car with 50 lbs of cat litter said he can't understand why more people don't take advantage of the deal on these boxes and I don't understand either. They have them for cats & dogs, dental treat box or toys & treats. There's some in clearance for half off too. Get them before they're gone!

Prices are way too high for common customers to get supplies for your cat. A tick and flea collar for a cat is $63.98 on sale, regularly $73.98. No grooming for your felines, family.

They have almost anything you might need pet related. Their prices are a little higher than most places but all of the products we have bought for our cats and dog have always been good quality. They have a large selection of pet food also. Their staff are always knowledgable, friendly, and seem to care about everyone's pets. They allow dogs to be brought inside also.

Today I had a scheduled appointment with Rachel and she did not even called to cancel my appointment. I came and the grooming office was closed. She cancelled my last appointment and I was very understanding. However, every time I come there I feel that my dog is too overwhelming for her and she just avoiding him. Poor customer service. She could at least called and cancelled my appointment or rescheduled. I was told that a note was left for her that I was coming. I won't ever bring Prince back to her shows me she doesn't even like my dog. No compassion and acre for animals

Normally I take my dog to Petsmart for grooming.. these guys had an opening so I booked my dog for a bath and added a de-shed. Now my dog has a skin infection. Lesson learned when something is cheaper there is normally a reason.

Needs new management. I'm not sure of her name, but her presence ruins the whole experience this store offers. I made this same exact review about 2-3 weeks ago but I believe the same manager is deleting reviews that criticize her and seeing as how she does that I'll be making the same review on websites that don't allow management/owners to delete reviews.

Im so mad at myself. I met to take a picture of my American Bully who got SPAW treatment by Madison. A sweet heart who clips his nails and bathed him and gave him assurance he was gonna be alright! They seem to really go out of their way . I spoke with another person who was waiting and watched thru the window while one door was getting a haircut. The lady doing him was so patient and thourou . I'm glad I bought him to them. Pet plus here .plus it was affordable! So ask for Madison . p.s. she gave him some AWESOME treats!

Would give ten if that was a option, everyone in this store is kind and knowledgeable. As a first timer I tend to need education and guidance and not one person there has ever made me feel bad for asking a million questions and always give me recommendations that I can trust. The manager also went above and beyond for me a few months back. Her help is super appreciated. They are all great! Only place I purchase anything for my dog at! You guys all rock! Thanks for all of your help in raising my first dog ❤️
