Always nice variety of beginners pets here. E.g. hamsters, lizards, snake, frog, fish, guinea pigs, etc. Well stocked. Most times staff is available to assist...barring here and there. The only thing running low right now are cat beds in the back left side of the store.

Regarding the manager of the reptile department. There is an associate there by the name of Blythe, phenomenal individual, went above and beyond to assist with our families, first bearded dragon. Blythe is currently on lunch and unavailable. The manager states, “ I am his manager, I can help. So what do you need?” I reply “oh perfect!” I proceeded to give accolades to Blythe for a job well done, then ask them if they can assist with information about a gecko. I asked about habitat needed, and what specific species of geckos they have. Their interrupted reply, in an annoyed voice, “I don’t have time to tell you what to do step-by-step and what to get, you need to call back in 15-20 minutes.”Customer service means everything so I thank you Blythe.

My dog smells good. I paid $68 which included a wash, trim around the rear end and paws. I paid extra because my puppy had a few mats. They got some out but left two mats. I will not go back there. Would not recommend for the price.

We adopted a beautiful Siamese kitty from this location in September of 2020. He adjusted well with our kids and our other cat. The process was quick and easy. The employees are helpful and friendly. All the cats there seem to be well taken care of. If we decide to adopt another, this would be the first place we look.

I just pick up my cat and I ask the groomer if she did a bath because I see my cat dirty and oily and groomer said yes and lie too my face, I pay $87 for full grooming and she just did hair cut my cat have her paws dirty like I took her there for first time in the morning. Very dissatisfied with the grooming I will never recommend this grooming to anyone especially for cats I see now why one of the groomer was calling people to get the pet grooming early because all the cancellations they had, people just get upset with this grooming.

They’re okay if you “need” to use them. I moved and needed to switch groomers, my dog was overdue. Frankie looks like an active alcoholic trimmed him.

Great pet store. My wife and I visited here for the first time and she loved this store. Several adoptable cats are available and they all look very cute and clean. The store doesn't have the typical odor and that tells me that how cleanly the store is running. Highly recommended!

There is no excuse for the evident fish abuse that this PetSmart location engages in. I find dead bettas every time that I come here. There is absolutely no excuse for completely stocking up on betta fish so that they can live in filthy cups for months until they die (one cup was dated 4/28). The white betta pictured had no fins left and couldn’t swim due to extreme fin rot. Please, reduce the amount of bettas kept in your store, give them fresh water, and treat these animals with kindness.

I was rather upset with how some of the animals they have for sale looked. They had a pair of normal ball pythons that looked to be in decent shape. I personally would have liked to see a little more weight on them. Also one of them recently shed and cause of the low humidity in their enclosure had stuck shed on his head, around his mouth, and what bothered me the most, his eye caps were stuck! I did speak to an employee & she took him "off display."They also have an "Adoption Center" for cats & kittens, a couple of them are visibly sick and should NOT be housed near the healthy animals!Lastly, now I don't know much about birds, but they have a green parrot looking, type of bird that was literally just hiding in a sort of "pouch"( I took pictures. ) I felt so bad for this little guy, he literally seemed scared of EVERYTHING! If someone is able to give me some insight on this bird, please do!The store itself is very clean and stocked well. The 2 employees I did speak with were polite. BUT Before I initiated the interaction with the staff, I did wander around a good 20 minutes or more, and not one employee even made an attempt to see if I needed help with anything.

I took my Mini Golden Doodle and requested a bath and trim. They shaved her down to her skin including her face!!! I’m sick!! She looks horrendous! This was not what I asked for! Who does this to a golden doodle? A lazy groomer in a hurry to leave!!!! And she stinks. What did they bathe her with? Will never go there again. And they had the nerve to charge me an extra $10 for detangling!!! Jessica was the groomer in Willoughby Ohio.

Needed something specific for a senior pup, talked with a couple of the staff and found what I needed. Very helpful and attentive, from the floor staff to check out. The store itself is fully stocked, neat and clean. Go get your best friend a new snack or toy today.

Great manager. Actually listens and accommodates people to their specific needs. One of my Feliway diffuser smelled like plastic burning and even though I didn’t have the receipt and it had been some time since I bought it, he replaced it for me because he actually cares about safety!

These chain places never care for or treat their fish correctly. All the cat and dog items for sale are great and have great discounts, as well as items for tanks and feed. But if you buy live fish beware they store their beta's in Tupperware without proper airation and you may end up treating fish with diseases.

Was slightly ignored by a staff member but they finally responded after 5 minutes of trying to get their attention and the bathrooms were atrocious.Other than that store was nice lots of animals and food/so tuff to choose from

Fish selection are pretty healthy. The new fish display have great lighting. I have gotten fish here that are still going strong and they are 5 plus years old now. Some of them keep breeding.Cat toys selection is also nice. And tons of dog toy option. Got to watch the buy 2 get 1 deals when you buy treats if you get two blue buffalo boxes then a knuckle bone and then at the register think oh this granola looking cookie would be great. Well, the 99 cent cookie ends up being discounted. So just watch the special.Their online sales don't match store. For some reason the online part wouldn't let me actually buy anything so I had to go into the store to shop. The people who work here are great. They give good fish advice.

I chose this place to spend my money to buy kitten friendly supplies since I am new to kitten parenting. To my surprise I was not offered any Military or Senior discounts, nor was I thanked in the least for my service. When I asked for one, I was denied because it is something you don't offer. Great selection of cat and dog foods. Since the pandemic grocery stores don't have (or can not get) bulk packages of pet food, but PetSmart always has stock. Good clean store with wide aisles without items and advertisements in the way.

Took our PomChi in for grooming and I was REALLY impressed with the service. Our traditional groomer has been so busy and I had to wait neat 2 months for an appointment.PetsMart actually allowed us to schedule a 'same-day' visit on-line! Arrived on time and was taken right away. No wait, and our pup, looks GREAT!
