I absolutely love this store! We shop for our cats, dragons, and soon we will have a bird! The store is always neat and clean. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. It’s a pleasant experience shopping there.

EDIT: I just found out the Willoughby location is locally owned!!!!! And the willowick location is corporate. No wonder my experience !!!! Please please please go to this location absolutely amazing staff. They truly care about every animal down to the crickets …I live one street next to the willowick location.. literally one street..I still would rather go to this Willoughby location.. had a terrible experience at the willowick location. Not very polite, nor did they have very much experience at all.Willoughby Location is not only a lot cleaner, but everyone was very nice… actually so nice that I ended up walking out with my new sweet baby girl. She is a leopard gecko…She is an absolutely beautiful health.. and looks like they took really good care of her ❤️ this will be my new pet store!!!THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH I’ll be in today and many more for my babies!

I needed a large bag of dog food which was on the top shelf. The young lady working there got it down for me, and also loaded it and my other purchases into my car. She was very pleasant during all of this.

Different Pet Supplies Plus locations have different products and prices, both for food and other pet things. I went to Lakeshore store and it had warm dog coats, a large selection, but not in the size I wanted. I went to Euclid Avenue location and it only had a few sweaters, which were on sale, and very few warmer dog coats, and only in small sizes. I ended up buying what my dog needed on Amazon - more expensive but exactly what was needed with delivery in a few days. For lowest cost pet things, Target seems best and has a decent selection of food, although Pet Supplies Plus has more variety. For unique pet products, I usually have to end up at Petsmart or online to find the right product - like dog booties or dog hats. Amazon typically is my only option.

I went to this location because I had a coupon for $10.00 off a purchase of $60.Brand new built store. Smaller in size compared to the Lyndhurst location. I went for dog food. They had in stock the specific brand I was looking for for my Siberian Huskies. Employees present and willing to help I believe if I needed it.

I went here yesterday for some puppy supplies and Janae was absolutely THE BEST. she helped me with all my needs. The food comparisons, when I should take my puppy out when to trim his fur, EVERYTHING!! It was so clean in there. The shelves were neatly stocked. I found everything I needed with of course the help of Janae. She was so helpful and easy to talk to it was like talking to someone I knew for a long time. She’s my fur baby auntie!! Thank you Janae!! Oh and she helped me get set up with the website so I can start gaining points!

The smell inside is overwhelming. I'm not sure how they are aloud to operate in such filth.i was in there for less than 5 minutes and bought two litter boxes. Had to wash my clothes when I went home and had to wipe down my seat in the car. The health inspector needs to investigate

I was there for the grand opening weekend! Eric the manager helped me for over 45 minutes going over nutrition, proper care and among other knowledgeable facts for my cat. it’s an amazingly clean store and even the cashier Carla was so friendly! Thank you all for making this old lady’s day!

I took my dog for grooming on Euclid Ave in willoughby, I just have to say that marjorie is a pure delight. Shes by herself & she manages to groom every dog on time. My dog is still clean & her coat is still shinny & I had her done earlier in the week. She is the best groomer I've ever had for my dog. She is a keeper!!!

Great location overall. Friendly staff, self-serve dog bath, and nice little pet bakery. Just make sure to check the bakery items for freshness, noticed a few that were hard as a rock.

Took my two dogs on separate occasions to bathe them. Thought maybe I got too much shampoo in the one’s eyes the first time…much more careful the second time. Both times my dogs can’t open their eyes after the bath and for hours and in the one case days. Don’t understand what could have happened

This review is not towards the employees but towards the owner. Because you did not do your part correctly in making sure your store was up and running properly these employees are having to pay the price with customers being angry. Placed order online at 7:04 am and called at 10:30 and multiple employees stated that they didn’t know there were orders. They didn’t know because they are actually not set up for online orders. So I want to apologize to the employees for being upset over the situation. This was not your fault but the owners fault for dropping the ball.

Always have what I'm looking for as far as food and treats. The only thing I would like to see are some larger sizes for dog clothes and accessories. It's always a problem for larger dog owners but I wish places would realize my big dogs like to have cute things too ❤🐩

Second time visiting. This time, for my elderly dog. The last time i went it was nice, they helped me with my ferret concerns. But this time the employee acted like she didn’t want to be there, kept rolling her eyes and trying her best ( or what i hope was her best ) to explain to me what i need for my dog & what the correct steps would be. This is way closer to my house but i’m going to have to go to the willowick location.i’m sorry to the owners, whoever’s managing here absolutely sucks.

Came in and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by employees. They were so nice and helpful. They were extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and the store looks great. Very well taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

Very poorly run from the top down. Walked in, leaking roof, employees talking about 4 animals that died since they have opened all while scooping dead fish out of the fish tanks. I was promised that some of the items sold out during the grand opening would have been back in stock, which they haven’t.

What a hot mess. Firstly, Animals are not cared for correctly. 2nd Nobody wants to be there. ( i get it, nobody LIKES working. but you work in retail. Act nice.) 3 it reeks.. multiple dead fishes. This was unpleasant to say the least. If you want somewhere to go, Go to willowick , or mentor. My gosh.

Yikes! For a new store what a mess. Employees don't know how to make change. Pet perk cards don't work but you can make a new one but you really cannot because you are in the system. What a mess go to the other locations with better trained people.
