This is my favorite place to get anything for my animals!! The staff is always friendly and always remember me and my babies. The prices are fair and the animals are beautiful and well taken care of! If you're looking to adopt, you should stop in and see what they have avail today! I always spend some time just chatting around with the birds and the prairie dogs because they are just so precious. My favorite!!

Healthy mice, great ventilation on their set up for them (very important for mice), and clean bedding. They can special order stuff too (like fancy mice). Loved the variety of bird food they offered. Many unique animals here, definitely worth a look.

The friendliest staff and pet environment you can find in Ohio. They keep things CLEAN and the animals LOVED. I go here for live feeder bugs and mice and they never disappoint.

I have been going to Pet Paradise for a long tim to get feeder mice the staff is very nice there. Now I have bought two corn snakes from them. I will keep going back to them thay have everything I need at the store .

Very knowledgeable staff and the store is well kept and clean, as well as their animals. They prefer you to get to know what youre adopting first by interacting with them without feeling rushed, which i thought was very important! I love my rats so much and they're surprisingly very social already. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful to make me feel confident about getting them

They take amazing care of the birds! They all seem very healthy and happy. The baby birds are hand-fed and very well socialized. It is definitely a bird store first. They sell other small critters too, but I don't know much about them, so I can't really say anything about their care.

Well stocked every time. Everything from reptiles to ferrets, rabbits, and of course birds. Fairly priced. Would have given 5 stars if the new staff was more knowledgeable about hand-feeding babies, I wanted so bad to say something to her but stopped myself. Babies' heads were not supported and not near enough food. Left them still crying for the food. I know this because I know of another bird store I worked at for 15 years and handfed babies daily. New employee got upset and rolled her eyes when I asked for no peanuts in the loose bin birdseed. I've been asking for that for the past 10 years of me going there. If the old staff was still there definitely 5 stars.

This has to be the best place in Ohio to adopt a bird. No stores nearby us hand feed and it makes a huge difference. Our little guy is already amazing and he's only been with us a week. We drove over 2 hours to buy and it was well worth it. Highly recommended.

I used to love this pet store, amazing place. Recently under new ownership. New staff is unknowledgeable, I bought a hedgehog from here in February. She ended up passing recently from wobbly hedgehog syndrome, which I was never informed that was even a possibility. 1 in 10 hedgehogs can get WHS. Why wasn’t I warned of this? When the staff were giving us information on how to care for her, they said only a heating pad was sufficient. My poor baby went into hibernation, almost died within the first 2 weeks of getting her due to misinformation. Hedgehogs NEED HEATING LAMPS!!! not just a heating pad. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing your animals, especially, hedgehogs from here

The rats and mice are fed and housed terribly. The snakes looked emaciated.The staff wasn't knowledgeable or friendly and kept contradicting each other. They have good prices and lots of animals but they are just not a place I'd want to get my pets from.All the other pet stores said they have only heard bad things about Pet Paradise, not to get animals from them. I won't be going back.

I got 2 lovely budgies (parakeets) here. These are my first birds, and all the workers were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and helping me select male birds. The animals of all types in the store are healthy and well-fed, and have obviously been treated well. I wouldn't get a bird at any other store.

We had such a great experience purchasing our first baby Green Cheek Conure from Pet Paradise. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and our baby is now 4 months old and a perfect fit for our family. We live about 45 minutes away and drove up there for 4 weekends to visit before he was old enough to bring home. All the staff was so friendly and answered all of our questions. We can't wait to go back and purchase more toys and see all the birds at the store. Really nice place and I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our experience with Pet Paradise! Their birds come from real breeders and are hand-fed until they are old enough. The staff was wonderful and very patient. We've been back every day to check on our new parrot and they have been more than helpful. The sales people are not pushy at all and really seem to care for the birds as much as they care for their clients. They also offer a lot of services for the future (wing clipping, suggestions on where to board, etc.). Thank you so much for your help!

My husband and I are here all the time for all of our pets! This is the only place we come to and the customer service is fantastic! Everyone is really nice and our last visit we had a guy named Andrew that suggested a hog feeder for our 2 dogs and it works great! He even helped us with rabbit food and suggested items to use for my rabbit. We haven't stopped coming here since!

What a cute store! I met some adorable birds and I met a little boa! The employees were so nice! Its not a big store, but it is very very clean and perfectly organized and has a bit of everything! What a jem in Willoughby!

My husband and I have 2 guinea pigs and the only place they can do their nail is pet paradise. 😊 Every month we get our boys nail cut and they does a great job.

I took my male eclectus there today to get his nails clipped. I have to say Sue the owner did a fantastic job clipping them, but she very gentle and caring with him as well. I will definitely be back for future clippings as well as any other needs.
