He is very dedicated and responds promptly whenever we see a problem with our tank. I have 2 aquariums with Joe - one at the nonprofit child care center, Kiddie City and one at home. Such a great decision! Joe came out to my house two days after I phoned him. He was prompt, very helpful..he explained things to me ...gave me great service...it’s a 125 gallon tank which now is a happy,healthy beautiful environment for the fish..they are so happy they are smiling....on top of that he was a very nice guy..I would absolutely recommend him..
