My husband and I love this little Gem in Willard, Ohio!The owners are fantastic and the very firm very cold soft serv is the best we have ever had.You get great quality and quantity for your money.We travel from Caledonia to Willard just for the Ice cream 🍦Sweet Smitty's will always be our #1 go to place for our sweet treats!

We’ve been here a hundred times but I’ve finally taken a picture of something from here, the peanut butter cheesecake hard dip is literally to die for!!!! My favorite ice cream I have ever had. Almost all of the ice cream from here is super good, we have yet to try any of the food. The donuts are awful, I hate to say it but they are the worst donuts I’ve ever had. But the ice cream, is good enough to still make this place 5 stars!!!!

Ordered a small twist and received what would be a large twist anywhere else. I am serious about this. The person with me stopped me from ordering a medium, they stated a small may even be too much for me to eat. It was. I ate what I could and put the rest in the freezer to finish later. It was absolutely delicious.Their menu is varied and all tasty. If there is a line waiting, either by walk-up or drive-through, it is because whatever you order, it is worth waiting for. On my last visit they were handing out small samples of different ice creams for those of us waiting. Six people in our car and we were all delighted with our orders. It was a nice quiet ride while everyone enjoyed their desserts, a tribute to how good their food is.

Their ice cream is good. Lines can get pretty long, but having two lanes helps with that a bit. The staff seem friendly.

Yummy, yummy, and more yums. Chocolate milkshake was thick and delicious, small come with sprinkles was bigger than our grandson's hands, and the hard serve ice cream in waffle cones. Smiles all around. The end of a great day of hanging with Nana and Papa.

I wish I lived in Willard just for THIS PLACE.Hands down the best ice cream around. (Food is great as well)You get so much for such a great price!The staff are ALWAYS friendly. The shop looks very clean inside and well kept.Every time we make it over to Willard we always stop at Smitty’s.I hear that their donuts are to die for. They have them only on the weekends. I can’t wait to try those one day! Yummy!

I am highly disappointed 😞 in this place. I came for the first time we ordered a walking taco 🌮 got a 25 cent bag of doritos for this item forgot our sour cream okay whatever. Go back a week later get the same && the bag was so bigg it feed me twice. Great well go back a 3rd time && I ask what bag of chips they have for a walking taco 🌮 she replies yes it is the 25 cent bag again for the same price. Why is there such a dramatic change in the size of the bags for the same price && not only that you never which you are getting. So being we were already in line we can't say forget it so we order ice cream. But after today I am not gonna go back. Never should you go out to get food && not know time from time what you are getting.

I had to go to Willard for a fasting doctor's appointment. So as soon as it was done I went looking for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. This place was on the way and I am so glad I stopped. They had a small line at the drive thru but they came out to the cars to take orders. It wasn't really more of a wait than McDonald's or any other place. The coffee and sandwich were great and the service was super friendly. I will be back!

I feel like the only reason people like this is beacuse the people that live here have no other ice cream place open. The lines are ridiculous , there was an accident there on the road. Secondly the workers didnt come out and take me order . i might sound like a karen but I'll say it. Smittys are overrated other than that the place is alright.

Delicious and huge portions, but be prepared to wait. On a busy weekend evening, we couldn't even get in the parking lot right away. Very long line, and due to COVID it was drive thru only.

We went out there to try a couple different items me and my uncle the strawberry milkshake that I got was superb the footlong Coney Dog was one of the best I've eaten this area the shredded chicken was pretty good and the barbecue pulled pork sandwich wasn't bad but I found the barbecue sauce a little too sweet but no matter what the food taste like you have the servers there and oh my God the one head on a great pair of spandex pants that was extremely tight and slid into all the right places and yes it was very very nice

Good food and ice cream. Workers are amazing too. Hopefully you are not in a big hurry though it's a lil bit of a wait but oh so worth it
