The cashier was a lot of fun. The store was clean, and they had the item at the pharmacy I wanted. One of the pharmacy workers was trying hard to please me but seemed stressed. The other was calm and attentive. They got the vaccine I needed.

Most of the women in the pharmacy are extremely rude and will refuse to fill new prescriptions even to the point of going over the Doctor's head and make there own personal opinions on what's best for you. They do not care what's in the best interest of there customers and would rather "play doctor" and go on a power trip so they can feel important about themselves.Terrible Customer Service! 0 Stars!

Techs are acting as if they are pharmacists. Pharmacist said that docs tell us patients one thing and them another. Pharmacist said it in her words, "happens all the time." I've been with my physician for several years and they have NEVER given me misinformation. Rite Aid is poorly managed. They also do not care about the physical well-being of those they serve. Pharmacy staff are rude and very unprofessional!

Called in prescription at 3,was told it would be a couple hours, waited until 5:45 to pick it up. Waited in line for 3 minutes was never acknowledged, finally asked what they could do, said it wasn't filled yet. So know I need to wait longer.

This Rite Aid has bad Pharmacist and Pharmacy I have good insurance and was told had to get Generic and guess what, paid more for Generic because that's what they told me I had to take but the 4 years I have always had name brand now all of a sudden had to take the Generic.. SMH. Bad and rude service
