I love this place, as well as the thrift store located right beside cost cutters. I always find Amazing deals at both places if You Don't Know about The Other place that is located by fu sing && cost cutters you have to check it out. GREAT DEALS PLUS ALL PROCEEDS GO TO HELP FAMALIES EFFECTED BY CANCER.

Amazing! It's one of my favorite Goodwill's I have attended, too, and I've been to quite a few. I travel down to see my family and always stop through at this store and never leave empty-handed.It's extremely nice, clean, well managed, and the staff is always super friendly!

The store looks nice from the road , however inside is a different story . The store is set up wrong , the isles are to narrow , the showcases are cluttered with stuff on top of them making them not visible , unsold inventory sits on the shelves for more then 30+ days , higher prices on items that are missing parts or pieces or have corroded batteries inside them , unclean work environment , slower work ethic compared to other goodwill stores in this area , slower processing times for items sitting inside containers to hit the shelves , Not enough room inside for furniture items , items are mixed up from beginning of store to the end , the lay out of the store is all wrong , clothing is set up the wrong way , electronics are thrown on shelves at the end of the store , toys are located up high where children cant reach and that can fall on them unsafe! , displayed items are not visible , showcases are cluttered with other items hindering them , store needs alot of improvement and rearranged , staff could educate them self on how retail stores should be set up and run efficiently for more profitability and long time sales .

Our first time to visit the new location in Willard. The store was clean and neat with a nice selection of items. However the cashier failed to give the discount for the color of the week items we had as well as the Christmas discount for the month of July. Unfortunately we did not catch this till we got home. That being said we would probably shop the Goodwill in Willard again but be more mindful and closer attention when checking out.

This store used to be clean and orderly, over the last few months it had become nothing but a junk store.Nothing on the shelves is grouped together, broken pieces of pottery and things just cramped all together. Definitely need more shelving units. And where the household objects are at..watch your step or you will trip and fall.Workers stand around a talk instead of cleaning the store. Just not up to par..the other Goodwill stores in the area are clean and orderly.

Large selection of clean, affordable clothing and household items. New and name brand items available. Seasonal decor, furniture, books, scrubs, school uniforms, formals and more. Friendly staff and clean restrooms. Donations can be made while the store is open or closed (there is a drop bin in the side of the building.) I always find something! great!

My husband and I went to the Willard Goodwill last night with our son and daughter. They both found toys that they were very excited to have. My son found a pirate ship that did not have the tag on it. We figured that it would be fine they would just give us a price and we could get it anyways. However this was not the case. The lady at the counter informed us that we could not get the pirate ship until it was re-tagged and placed back on the floor. We live an hour away and did not want to have to come back. They did not tell us when it would be re-tagged and refused to hold it for us. So we were left with my son screaming and crying in the shopping cart thinking that he had done something wrong and didn't know why he could not have the toy that he had carried around the store for an hour the one he had traded for all of the other toys that we had offered.What made this whole experience even worse was on top of the lady at the counter offering absolutely no help to make getting my son this toy possible she also showed no simpathy for him a blubbering 3 year old in a shopping cart that she could not make an exception for a toy that would have been under $5.I felt awful seeing him going from being so overjoyed to unconsolable in a matter of seconds. Any policy that forces a child to have to part from a treasure and of all times during Christmas time is an awful policy to have. We have always donated to Goodwill and I would be very angry to know that a toy that I donated was denied to any child and was very upset that this happened to my son!What I thought to be a charitable organization certainly was not last night. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had!

This is a decent second hand store. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The store is usually well organized and easy to browse all of the different sections of items. It also seems like they have different stuff every time I go there, which is nice.

I like the store. But things over priced for being used and sometimes even damaged. I bought an old tin for sewing stuff and didn't realize until I got home it was 3.29. Seriously old and beat up faded paint, 3.29!!!( I thought it would only be a dollar and some change. yeah gonna make sure i am checking prices.

Place was small. The smallest Goodwill I've ever been into. The place wasn't the most organized either. Items were kinda scuzzy. I know it's all donated, but some of the stuff was just gross. Wipe it off at least. Probably won't go back.

Small but very nice. Very friendly service. I always find nice clothing in this location! Clean with alot of options. It also has a really nice and easy drop off donations drive through. Really good for a small area.

This place is not kept very clean or tidy. Merchandise quality is low-level for the most part. Prices are high. Can occasionally find a good clothing deal using 50% off tag-color of the week.

This Goodwill is very clean with friendly, helpful employees. Items very nicely displayed. Not only is it a treat for Grandma to stop in, but the grandchildren love to come here, too!

Really found some great treasures!! Some things might've been a little bit over priced,but they had a 50 percent off sale going on too!! That made it a lot better!! Will definitely be going back next time I am in the area!!

if i could give this store a NEGATIVE STAR i would , shame on this store . this one is one of the worst ones i have been to so far . prices are HIGH and i mean HIGH and the quality of items are very LOW and i mean LOW there was a small bag of cotton balls for $4.99 HAHAH , if high prices are not enough then you will also not like the STINKY smell from this store i am still trying to figure it out if there smoking in the rear of the store or something does not smell clean and right in this store . In and right out for me and will not be back and will spread the word around .

smells funny in this store like someone is smoking in the back area , alot of goofing off and i hard someone saying bad words in the back while sorting stuff , stuff seemed to be just everywhere not very neat and seems understaffed even for willard , wont be coming back
