OMG this store is out of control. I’ve been trying to shop here for two weeks and every time I go up here they’re closed doesn’t matter what time of the day it is they’re closed so if it says open you better call and check to make sure I go there this morning. I pull in there open I park I turn off my car I turn around and she’s switching the sign around to closed 8:30 in the morning they’re closed. They need a new management management, new employees I mean heck they had cable installed, so I guess now they will be closing to watch TV instead of clearing out. The isles that are always packed full of product. But yeah all I can tell you is you better call before you go up there because they’re never open and when they are open they’re only taking cards no cash and don’t try to use the store coupons because they don’t work either.

The cashier we had today Michelle was her name was very rude kept rolling her eyes and saying i dont have time for this today and im.not standing here all day marking things down talking about their 50 percent off sale and saying Shelly and her sales well then shelly walked over explaining things to me very nicely so i could understand, while Shelly was standing there the cashiers attitude changed but as soon as Shelly walked away she started right back being rude .Its not the manger of the store thats rude ,she was very nice to me its your cashier Michelle. Now i know who The talk of willard is talking about.

They always have what i am looking for and i can't find it, Emily the cashier is the nicest person in the world and willing to help out. That store is always my 1st stop because i know I'll find what im looking for and het greeted with a gorgeous and friendly smile by Emily the cashier. Ur the best guys!!

The limited staff that is there has always been friendly but the store is a total disaster. Most of the time you have to navigate the place like a maze because of all the uboats blocking aisles. The line can be quite long sometimes as well. The selection is good and they always have plenty of product. If only they could get it out of the way

The aisles are hard to navigate as they are full of product waiting to be put on the shelves. There is usually a long line at the cash register because there is only one cashier. They need to have more staff.

It’s a nightmare going in there! Went today to get a hand mixer and there was sooo many u-boats down the isles I couldn’t get to the hand mixers! The boats are stacked all the way up and you can hardly get around them! At least 4 isles had them lined up all the way down! I miss the Family Dollar that was in town before they changed to a Dollar Tree! That store was organized

This place is a joke talk about a ghetto store I'm afraid I might catch something going into this place stinks and not clean at all, needs better management , too much stuff all over what a mess into one little area , wait till somebody falls and gets hurt not a very good place for seniors or elderly they don't seem to wanna help you either terrible little kids at the cash register. Stay away from this place I know I won't ever be coming back and I'm going to spread the word to you do the same .

Extremely slow nobody but one person in there knows what their doing manager was extremely rude and mouthy place needs a makeover extremely messy uncoordinated etc.. Manager told my son to and I quote watch out dude your gonna back into somebody wow when pulling the cart backwards out of an aisle to go into another one.. they should have all the employees in Willard go to the store in Plymouth Ohio and learn a few things I'm doing all my shopping over there for now on

Awhile back it was storming raining pretty hard and I unfortunately was walking I had just purchased something and asked if I could have my change in quarters, the cashier (a short curly haired woman in her late 40's rudely said no.I asked why not she rudely said "this is not a bank if you want change you go to the bank!"I didnt see what the big deal was so told her I was walking and it is raining out she again said "this is not a bank walk to bank if you want change that theres one a block away".I told her she was being rude and was bad customer service to not only be rude but to make a big deal out of such a minor thing she argued with me that she was not and that if I wanted change Id have to go to a bank that dollar general was a store not a bank.I reported her and was told she had been fired but when I went to store again she had not only not been fired but was promoted to manager..Regional Manager supposedly thought i was talking about another person.The manager before her was rude as well I was waiting in a line and she tapped on the person behind me and said she could help him on another register rang him up then walked away leaving me in line!There is almost always a long line with one cashier and the other one off stocking shelves or something else. I dont know why they promote rude people but she probably still works there as manager.

I hate that every single time I go in there is a long line all the way around and to the door!!! Takes 20 mins just to check out cause theres only 1 cashier and they are always SLOW! I loved shopping at Dollar General but now I DONT. I do my shopping at drugmart and family dollar! I can go down the aisle with my cart and there aint no loaded boxed all over! Its been like this for OVER a year!! Get it together Dollar General!!! The one in Plymouth is WAYYY better too! One more thing the guy manager is super nice. Hes the best thing in that store!! I wouldnt stay at that place if I was him, he has to deal with the whole store a mess and no help!! It aint his fault that this store sucks!!

I don't know why this dollar general is so ghetto... always dirty... clothes laying all over the isle.. always a mess.. this store needs better management...they could learn a thing or too from monroeville dollar general!!!

Need more help to keep store organized hard for 1 or 2 people to take of customer's and get shelves stocked and organized at the same time,plus minimal staff trying to keep the store clean..really need better use of man power

Before you even walk in the store all you see is racks with clothes and winter gear outside on the sidewalk. Racks were overcrowded and looked as if they were just tossed on there and never organized again.

The staff is pretty friendly. But it's hard to move up and down the isles. It's always seems like they just got a truck in and no time to unload it

This is absolutely the dirtiest, messiest Dollar General I have ever been in. Stock thrown everywhere, filth. I will drive down the highway in the future to avoid this disgusting place.

I honestly can’t believe this store is still open. Absolutely disgusting. The workers are not polite, especially the older lady with black, shorter hair. The manager is terrible.

This store is always dirty and disorganized. Aisles, which are already quite narrow, are frequently blocked. I only patronize it as a last resort.
