In Willard, Ohio, my hometown, the people are great. But those that work @ DrugMart in Willard are even a notch higher! Exceptional service @ every aspect. There is a high percentage that are young adults. They are working hard & are fully engaged, communicating well & listening to meet the customer's needs. If I still lived in my hometown, I would choose to work here. Excellent job by ALL!

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! It takes 4 hours for these clowns to put 14 pills in a bottle!!! Meanwhile I'm here with an 8 inch rod in my leg and the pain is unbearable. All they will tell me though is it's gonna be a couple hours! Absolutely terrible!!!

Pharmacy needs help!! I call to see if my prescriptions are ready and they tell me yes. When I get there they aren't. This happens alot. Know places are short staffed,but just don't give out wrong information. Was in today 4/17/23 and I had questions about my prescriptions. Lady was rude and had an attitude because I had questions. It's no wonder people don't wanna come to this store. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another place.

This store is a big help to our small town. The staff here are always friendly & willing to help.Also, I'd like to thank this store for their excellent emergency planning during our recent town blackout. They were the only store with power, open and doing business thanks to a generator. 💪👍👍

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to!! The pharmacists are always working so hard to make sure my prescription is filled and concerned about my allergies and any interactions my meds may have. The techs are always so happy and treat me with kindness despite the stress they may be under. Beyond grateful for the great customer service that is always given at Discount Drug Mart Pharmacy. Grateful I have the option to call ahead and make sure my prescriptions are ready before I head out of the house. 10/10!!!

I moved to town almost 2 years ago and visit Drug Mart usually at least once a week. The only place I have had a friendly experience is from the deli dept. The cashier's have all had the attitude that they don't want to be there and when asked where I might find something I usually get the "I'm not sure" response without an attempt to find out. I'd much rather drive to Norwalk to go to Walmart for my grocery shopping needs unless I'm in a hurry for something. I usually get a smile and greeting from my cashier and the floor personnel are usually very helpful and friendly. I moved from a large city and have always been told that small towns have to friendliest people. I have to strongly disagree with this statement.

Have been waiting in-store for an hour for my prescription, which was called in from the Dr. 15 minutes before I got here. The customer service is poor and unbelievable. We have been greeted with the rudest person, rolling her eyes at us because she did not ask us for our insurance card the first time we were at the window, and now they will have to re-bill. I have been here several times and used my insurance ..... I certainly hope that Drug Mart can do something to improve her attitude

Highly irritated with the pharmacy. For the 2nd month the count is wrong. So when I brought it to the attention to the pharmacy today. The pharmacist refused to check her count claiming it was correct. Now they are going to bother my doctor because they miss counted. I specifically requested for it to be double counted and marked. Nothing on the bottle. Now I have to go through the hassle. This is ridiculous ! They were just rude!

Drug Mart has a little bit of everything. You will definitely be able to find the majority of things you are looking for. The only downside is the price. Drug Mart is a little on the expensive side.

1st time picking up prescription at Willard. Both of us sick and had appointment in Willard. After waiting on it for an hour. We asked about it to find out they were out. Just wondered how long they would have waited to tell us if we hadn’t asked. Very disappointed.

PHARMACY:I HAD my ropineral 4mg prescription transferred from Walmart to Drugmart for the convenience,,,HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!things didn't feel the same when I took them....I did some research and found out,they are calling a 2mg pill,a 4mg pill,and o have the proof!!BE CAREFUL about the strength of the pill,and what your Doctor says

The older lady that I just picked up my sons prescription from was very rude. I told her that she was very unpleasant and she just looked at me and walked away. I am not sure what her problem is but if she always treats people like that, she should not have a job in customer service. Unprofessional and rude!

I shop in this store 2-3 times a week. I've never had an issue with any of the employees at the store before. But today the cashier seemed to have an attitude. I don't know if it was because the store was busy during the snow storm. While cashing out I used my debit card and received cash back and as she gives me the money she says here is your $40 from the bank of Drug Mart. Now I'm really not sure if maybe she was trying to be funny but in my opinion I felt like it was an inconvenience for her.

I shop at this Drug Mart at least once a week. I was seriously irritated tonight when I needed a couple of items and ran up there before they closed at 10:00. I walked in at 9:40 with 20 minutes to get the few items I needed. Imagine my surprise after 10 minutes they turned all the lights out in the store. No message on the sound system that they were closing in 10 minutes they just turned the lights off! I forgot my phone so I tried to find the kitty litter I needed and figured that I must have lost track of time. I go to the register in the dark, only light was the two register lights on. I check out and get to the car and checked my phone and it was 9:53. They turned the lights out at least a full 10 minutes before closing. I understand turning the lights out to hurry your customers when you close. They turned them out a full 10 minutes early with no warning they were closing. As a manager for over 20 years I would never turn the lights out on my customers before closing. I walked out without all the items I needed. Very unprofessional.
