Another great ACE location with friendly staff and good stock. This location has advertised on the front free popcorn and cotton candy everyday which I can get behind and appreciate. If you're looking for a good place to get stuff at definitely check this location out.

The service here was above and beyond anything that you'd ever experience at a box store. My daughter and I went in to buy a sheet of plywood and I had to cut the plywood in order to get it into her car. My cordless saw was acting up (user error) and the young guys (I'm sorry, I don't have their names) working here went above and beyond to help us out. My daughter is renovating a house nearby and we'll definitely be purchasing our building supplies here.

The people are typically super nice amd helpful BUT tonight there was a cashier who was in her 50s with curly brown hair- DEC28 @530pm- and she was super nice to everyone else she checked up but to us (my aunt, my two childern, and myself) she was a super 👌. No greeting, no asking for rewards card, nothing at all and her energy was negative with the body language and facial expressions then nothing at the end. Not sure what her issue was but I felt very singled out and targeted. . Now I will be sure to let everyone know about HER. She also put my Liquid Plumber in the SAME bag as my candy. Like....you never do that because it could spill and people could die, especially my kids who are going to to eat that candy.

Store needs better management, Not very clean too much stuff in one little area someone eventually will get hurt in the store. Not a good place if you're a senior. They love to try to help you right away when you walk in but they never have anything in stock and could care less if you order from them or buy it somewhere else.. I won't be coming back

Got what I needed easily. Cut the glass perfectly for my beardie tank.Edit: it looked perfect until we tried to put it in. The ends were the right measurement but the middle was too big. There were chips on the corners and edges that I didn't see because it was taped up before I saw it. After we sanded the window grooves down enough to fit the glass,, it cracked straight up the middle. Will never get cut glass from here again.

Highly recommend the Willard location! We live in Mansfield/Lexington and needed to rent a skid steer and Willard was the closest location to have one. So, we rented one from them and an hour later the tire was flat on the Bob cat. The employees & management went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied before we left from dropping it off!

I will never go to this ACE in Willard again. We rented a concrete smoother and when we got home with it, the machine wouldn’t run. My husband and son had to fix it before they could use it. Luckily my son is very mechanical and figured out the spark plug wires were corroded and could get it up and running before the concrete for our garage floor was ruined. Upon returning to ACE we were told they get them serviced regularly. Obviously NOT!!! We didn’t get an apology for our issues. Their only concern was if we filled the gas back up and washed it!

Was pleasantly surprised to see the store has expanded considerably. Didn't have time to explore in depth, but a quick walk through has enticed me to go back as soon as I have time. I almost always find what I need at this Ace Hardware...the employees are friendly & always ready to assist...only reason I don't give it 5 stars is prices are so high.

Good for a small town hardware store. The product line for the name of the store is represented. The one thing that was disappointing was that a female employee who seemed to be in charge was close to the front entrance smoking, and then did not wear a mask inside the store around customers in the midst of a pandemic. Really bad representative for the name of the store.

I would give them no stars if I could they will sell you a lifetime warranty tool but they sure won't replace it not to mention their prices are outrageous plan on going to Lowe's or Home Depot
