Very friendly staff and cute decor. Unfortunately my dog showed some aggression when the staff was trying to clip her nails so they had to stop. They handled the situation quickly and professionally. They were able to trim a few but did not charge us. I appreciated that the owner was able to give me a full account of what happened when I contacted her later. Maybe one day we will be able to use some of the services here after more training.

We took our previous dog to the doggie spa and now our new dog. They are wonderful. Cassie never misses even the slightest issue and alerts us immediately. They are 100 % present to your pup. Our first dog Diva was quite difficult living up to her name and they worked with her beautifully. So loving and kind!!

Excellent!! Going there for over 15 yrs and have recommended to several friends. All have been continually going there since their first visit. All have been to other groomers and were impressed with Cassies staff and grooming results. Cassie treat all pets as they were hers and it shows.

I love the Doggie Spa!! We’ve been taking my family dog there for years and now i got a puppy of my own and he loves it there! They always do a GREAT job and the staff is wonderful! Can’t say one bad thing about them! Not to mention my dog gets so excited to see all of the girls right when we walk in! 5 star place right here!

This place is a blessing! My dog is old and chubby and can't stand up for the entire grooming. PetSmart won't accept him any more. My vet recommended this place. They did a great job with no complaint about my dog. Friendly staff. Clean and cheerful shop. Already made appointment for my other dog.

Today was the first time that I took my 10 month old Teddy Bear puppy to Doggie Spa . I asked for them to leave inch and a half and they left barely 1/2 inch . He didn't look like my old puppy :-(. I was very sad . They did do his head good.They also destroyed his beautiful tail and shaved completely around his butt. I am very disappointment and will not be going back. They also put dogs in cages when done until the owner pics them up which to me is kind of messed up since those dogs are terrified already . The 1 thing that was good is that the lady I spoke with was very nice , but I guess not good at following directions. I also asked if she will be the one giving my pup hair cut and she told me she will be one of them since all 4 of them work on dogs. I think this is enough. I could keep on writing , but will stop. Good luck to whomever is taking their dog there.

Cassie is wonderful. My 97lb pit/lab mix was so well behaved for her. Which is the complete opposite behavior when I try to trim his nails.

Absolutely the worst experience. My dog came home with his entire back was cut down so short. He was only scheduled for a washing!!!

I love the Doggie Spa. They do such a great job grooming my bichon poodle mix who always smells fabulous for days afterwards. They are busy so call early to get an appointment it is so worth it.

Very friendly staff! The owner, Cassie, is so confident and comfortable with the dogs it makes me feel safe when I leave my pooch with her. Also a clean and nicely decorated.

We took our dog here for the first time the other day. Never again. He was groomed well but then the day after he started acting weird. Not really eating, drinking and hiding in the corner. Then I noticed that he was red and irritated down by his bottom. They clipped him too close and it got infected and they didn't even tell else that they may have cut him and to at least watch it. Now we just got back from the emergency vet office and he needed some shots and medicine. I think we deserve our $50 back to pay for at least half of what this all cost. Never again will we take him there.

GusGus was done by another spa before here and I expressed how I wasnt happy with the outcome. They were all so nice and did his face and head perfect. He smelled so good too. I booked him again in a few weeks
