I prefer the Eastlake store. The Wickliffe store is always messy. I do understand they are understaffed. While I was there today, the manager on duty and cashier had a shouting match. Very unprofessional.

I will not be back to this DollarTree. Visited 11/25. The manager is very unprofessional. She had a 20 min convo with her friend that the ENTIRE store could hear. And her son running up and down the isles kicking a ball into ppl and just in the way!The male cashier is rude and all around has a nasty attitude. 2 stars because they usually have a good selection of items if ur willing to search through the chaos.

Came here 6pm along with other customer waiting outside. Door was locked, all the lights were on inside, register light was on and no one answered the door or the phone when I called. There’s no sign on the door saying they’re closed and the store hours on the door says they’re open until 9pm. 🤷‍♀️

Will not be returning to this location visited 11/29 around 1pm the woman worker was horribly rude and obnoxious gave me an attitude for asking a basic question about where something was located throughout the store and the cashier laughed at her rude comment very unprofessional I hope they can find better help possibly people with customer service skills

I'm only giving it 3 stars because they always have a great book selection other than that, horrible service. Two people working and neither one can smile or say hello. Not even say thank you. The guy at the register had his headphones in and you could hear the music. Very rude! The cards are descent but the bag selection has dwindled. Was one of the best dollar tree stores.

Too much chaos. Not enough employees who actually paid attention to customers. In one instant three different customers helped an elderly woman navigate her walker through a congested 'intersection' between aisles. I am tired of having to move their boxes to get to what I am there for. Not to mention being tired of picking up spray bottles that get knocked down. Why, just why?

This store is bad never organized stuff Everywhere just really dirty they need people just to clean that place we'll never go back thank goodness the one in Willoughby's gonna open so won't have to go out to Mentor Commons

I went into store specifically for therapeutic socks. Found 8 pairs . As I strolled around store it seriously needed to be restocked however the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Went there at 11 am and there was a sign on the door that said they weren't opening until noon. Went back at noon and waited with 3 other people for the door to open. Finally a guy came to the door and said they weren't going to be open AT ALL that day. That was 2 weeks ago. Went there today and a sign on the door (again) said they weren't opening until noon. I don't know who manages that unit but I'm done with them. I will just drive to one that is a little further, like Eastlake or Mentor.

Some clerks are very nice and polite and friendly others there are like zombies at the register. You never know what you're going to get. It's a real dollar store though and they seem to know where everything is and helpful except for those few zombies 😟

Do not shop at this Dollar Tree. They are disrespectful and as I was explaining to the manager that I lost my wallet, they proceeded to say that I have been calling for 4 days which I was in Dollar Tree Friday December 17th, 2021. Which was a day ago. He didn't let me explain myself about my missing wallet. Very unprofessional and nasty.

Worst experience ever. Dropped a $100 Dollar Bill. My grandkids Christmas money from their Papop that I was going to deposit after picking up some items at Dollar Tree in Wickliff. Went back in store and when I asked cashier, he right away asked- a hundred dollar bill??? So I immediately thought, "oh he found it". But no, he got nasty with me, then refusing to give me his managers #. Reluctantly after much asking he gave me a number. Refused to give me the name though. I call and the person answering identifies herself oddly. Also got nasty with me. Refusing to give me her managers name or #. So I called the police. And made a report. Now I am out of $100 dollars. Treated with so much disregard and nastiness and have now to follow up with Corporate for Dollar Tree. The cashier told me they "have no cameras yet the so called manager I spoke with told me "unfortunately our cameras are broke"??? The other clerk in the store and cashier thought I had left and were laughing about this whole situation and were stunned when I walked back up to them. So Dollar Tree beside having a nasty, dirty, unorganized store, you have thieves as employees and a nasty poor attitude manager displaying lack of professionalism which is a bad representation of your store and hung up on me refusing to give me her managers # or name. All this after I had found employees phone and turned it in to same cashier. Anyone else may have walked out with her phone...!

I waited patiently behind 5 clients as three associates conversed with the one and only ringing cashier. As I approached the counter and unloaded all 25 items that I was purchasing the cashier ( whom was the manager, glasses and brown hair) says did you want the lip stick that you dropped. I responded I didn’t have any lip stick. She then responded it’s right behind you on the floor, the cashier then responded and says well can you pick he lip stick up if you don’t mind. Perhaps the lip stick was already on the floor. It’s a dollar store, everything’s a dollar. Never judge a book by its cover.

Dollar Tree is my favorite place for cleaning and basic household supplies. It's straightforward layout makes it easy to get in, get what you need and get going. And, of course, the price is right. They also get various closeout items so you never know what useful gems you'll find!

This used to be one of the better locations, but this is the 3rd time I've come here during normal business hours for it to be a sign on the door saying they were going to open at a later time or not at all for the day due to no staff. This is ridiculous, SMH.

Closed for the 5th time in the last several weeks. Lights are on but doors are locked. Corporate, what are you doing with this location?! Just shut it down if you can’t keep decent employees.

Omg the Worse Dollar Tree I have ever been too. The shevels were empty looked like the store was going out of buisness. I never been to a Dollar Tree that horrinle before. I've used to live in Cleveland & those Dollar Trees are way better. I'll never go back there waste of time & gas. I'm not sure about these other reviews they must be giving reviews for another store!!! And it was dirty too!!!

I went to this location on Saturday showing a friend how to coupon. The manger was rude un helpful. Fought with me about what she can and cant do. I live in ashtabula were ill stick to couponing at. She had no name tag. A winter hat on because it was clear her hair was a mess. The cashier that helped me was scared out of her mind. And clueless. Please fix ur store. Janet

I've been to a few Dollar Tree stores, and this is one of the better ones. The people are very nice. The shelves are stocked and there are seldom stacks of boxes in the aisles, like some of the other locations.

Every single time of visit this store the line is always long with only one check out opened. When I asked the manager why she didn’t run the register with none people waiting in line she replied “I was busy doing my job” which was unpacking boxes Last I knew boxes aren’t paying customers. She continued to argue. I visit this store a couple times a week for cleaning supplies and cards and I experience the same. Very rude management to paying customers. Sorry to say I will NOT be back to this store

I reside five minutes from this location but travel to the Richmond Heights location because the assistant manager at this location is a big gossip and she talks about customers and employees aloud over other customers. Her actions are so very unprofessional and distasteful. She jokes around too much also and the lines could be out the door. If the owner is wondering why there is a high turn-over rate among the employees, look at the elder assistant manager who works second shift.

I find the store always clean and organized. The employees goes out of there way to help. I had a problem after I left they found my lost item. The went out of their way to locate me. i am very grateful. Thank you.

This was honestly the most organized and well stocked Dollar Tree I've ever been too. Everything was accessible, like, you wanted to browse as if you didn't know what they sold, lol.
