Prices are higher than Giant Eagle. What a joke. I understand the cost of everything has went up but when you find items that had a $7 price tag on it and you see that DG covered it with a $10 price tag…. That is just pure greed and I will no longer be a DG customer again. Disgusting and the owner should be absolutely ashamed

The cashiers here are just rude. Young slim man. Never speaks, on his phone while ringing me out… Lazy… last time he was sitting down while ringing out customers.Place smell like weed every time I walk in and him and another lady are working…. I don’t even want to come here anymore… I’ll drive to Willoughby…

Young slim black man rings up sale. Stands there says nothing people waiting. I asked him what's going on he points to the register sign doesn't speak turns around starts getting new grocery bags and stocking them under the counter still says nothing I asked him if he's done he points to the sign again dosent speak. I asked him if he could speak. Still doesn't speak. I asked him how long he's been working there he says Too Long. 1:55 July 19, 2023 mute no rude yes.

I heard this store has gone downhill as of late. There is a really nice lady who works here she's maybe 20s-30s pretty and I think she wears glasses. I wish she was here bc I don't understand why the cashier we had to endure today was so rude. He refuses to respond when you say hello etc looks miserable. He has other terrible reviews, is this a business or a charity? Are you ok sir? I know you can speak. He literally went and sat down while i was getting my money ready...Wickliffe DG all of your reviews terrible lately. If my job let me wear a batman jacket and pigtails to work i would want to keep it, but that's just me I guess. Lots of jobs out here, customer service isn't for everyone especially if you dont have basic manners. He also didn't deactivate the theft sensors, so the alarm went off on the way out. He literally could not have cared less. We just left.

Never a bad experience in at least 6 years until today. When checking out I was upcharged on something that was listed cheaper on the shelf (a quick Google search will show most dg’s in ohio faced a lawsuit for upcharging tag price) and it was not received very well by the cashier. This was never a big issue even though they obviously did not want to believe me. The issue was the white woman checking me out, screaming at a kid that comes full cast and arm sling about not having a shirt. (Middle of summer, pool up the street) Screaming. What did the kid want? Cat food. Don’t even bother coming here when you can go right down the road to the superior DG off lakeshore in willowick, or just about any other location. Seriously disturbed that this made her yell like that Lol.

I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.

Haven’t been in a while, but was there the other day. Your store is a mess. The floors are filthy. Until you clean it up I’ll go to Willoughby. Very disappointing.

The staff is generally friendly & quick with check out. It's more organized & cleaner than some of the other branches. Great prices☆I liked it when it was opened til 11pm, but it being open til 10pm is still better than 8 or 9 when I need something random that I'd forgotten earlier in the day!

Pretty well organized store. First time visit for us. We found all the odd ball stuff we were looking for this time. Very clean store, associates very polite, curtious, and helpful. If we are out this way again, we will definitely stop here again. Lots of great deals on seasonal items.

For some reason this dollar General is always packed and they seem to only have one working cash register. The clerks that work there are super friendly and helpful though. In fact with the parking and lines the staff is the only reason i gave this location 3 stars.

Great Employees, Very Clean Store, The only complaint is I have 2 dogs and they will only eat certain treats you sell. They are sweet potato and chicken wrapped, it seems like all the Dollar Generals NEVER have then in stock, when they do I buy all of them because I never know when they will be back. You need to stop selling the Wagon Train/Trail treats, the been proven to cause renal failure in dogs. Most stores refuse to sell them, only Walmart does, and I don't shop there anymore.Keep up the good work, your stores are ALL FANTASTIC and so are your associates.

This dollar general has made some huge changes. Adding a grocery area is a big plus for the store. Also it's more open with less clutter than the other stores.

Dollar General on Euclid Ave and Lloyd Rd in Wickliffe. Is the cleanest dollar General I've ever been in. The staff is super nice and super helpful. I really love that store. They deserve recognition.

This is a really big Dollar General. I was here with my girlfriend and her nephew picking out chips for taco salad. It was the most organized Dollar General I've ever seen.

I enjoy having a dollar general close by. This one has fruits and vegetables. Which is a big plus. I come in 3 or more times a week. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Like the general dollar better than Euclid able to walk in aisles they have produce that is low in price have a young stock guy Everytime I come in he is very friendly always speaking jus a gentleman I wish they will sell a little my dog food and pig ears fo dogs lol
