Absolutely she needs a raise she I know she’s making good money but she needs she needs a little more money because she’s you know she wants she’s well. She needs a but she needs the money, it’s cold and she wants to get a new car and but I’m kidding but basically she’s excellent. She’s absolutely absolutely absolutely exit. Keep this girl as an employee if I give her full-time because three days a week is that I already said that but full-time give her at least five days a week because she needs she needs the money. The girl she needs she needs new shoes, anyway she’s terrific and I’m pleased that I came in when I did she’s very very good employee

I visited the store today with my sister, who was interested in checking out prices on a newer phone than the one she had after we had an absolutely terrible experience with the representative at the MetroPCS in Willoughby. That rep was extremely rude and I will never be back I have been with metro for 12 years and cancelled the service with them today because of him but I digress. The representative at Cricket, Mr. Suman Ghimire, asked what features she was interested in and focused on those features. He gave her options that fit in the features she inquired about and explained them without making us feel stupid or being condescending. When she asked what the difference was between the two phones close in price he stated the processor was faster on the one as far as pictures go which she stated earlier she takes a lot of her grandchildren. That sold me also because it showed he was paying attention to his customer and really cared what was important to the customer instead of trying to go for selling something they don’t need or want.

Cricket Wireless Wickliffe -The District Manager Suman Ghimire is awesome. Absolutely loved his customer service. He broke everything down to me about the phone I was looking for. He also showed me a couple different phones that would meet my needs. He also explained my options I had to choose from. Also when I walked in the store he was helping another customer and while I was there another customer also walked in leaving him with three people to deal with. He handled all very well. He didn't show any destress or anxiety. He provided very excellent customer service. He deserves more than a 5 point rating. I recommend this Cricket Wireless Wickliffe store to everyone who is looking for a new phone service. Again he has excellent customer service, and took the time to explain everything. I had a great experience!!

I recently lost my phone and came to this store to get a new one with short notice. I was helped by Suman, the district manager, for this location. He was extremely kind, professional, and informative. He helped me select a new Samsung phone and was very knowledgeable about the specifications. He even noticed that I was paying more for less data on my current family plan and helped me upgrade to spend less money! I have been with Cricket Wireless for a while, and Suman has been the best customer service employee I've had the pleasure to encounter. I would recommend this location and specifically Suman to anybody who is looking for assistance with anything phone related.
