My wife, Elizabeth, and I highly recommend 305 Animal Hospital for a 'family feel' experience. After our experience with 'corporate' veterinary offices, Dr. MelissaSmith is highly recommended for her genuine, quality of care. We are especially impressed with Sydney, who is vet assistant, soon-to-be vet technician. Our kitty, Maggie May, will attest to her knowledge and exemplary, caring demeanor putting both pet and pet-owner at ease.

There is no one else I would let treat my boy Frank. They are all so wonderful and treat him so tenderly knowing he has terrible anxiety at his visits. They don't make him get on a table. They get right on the floor with him. We'll see you Monday for a nail trim. 5 stars all the way!!

Melissa is an excellent vet! Was able to diagnose hyper thyroid in our 8 yr old boxer in one visit. She gave us a plan of attack and he is doing great! We took in an aging dog who was slowing down and over the course of two weeks watched him transform back into a young pup! Thank you Melissa!!Sincerely, Charlie and his family

Had to have my 18 year old dog put down, the vet was very caring along with the nurses. They gave me time with my Buddy to say goodbye and let me stay in rhe room with him. Just want to say thank you to all of the them.

I've been taking my dog here for a couple of years now and I have to say it is such a clean and well run facility. Furthermore the people are wonderful! The vet Melissa and the staff are all so kind, caring and nice people. I would consider no place else. I even moved recently almost 50 minutes away and will not stop taking my dog here because of the trust and satisfaction I feel with everyone here!

Went to are appointment. A cat was at the door. We were brought in a room. Never met any anyone other than vet tech. The vet never introduced herself. My dog is a rescue, The vet recommended dog daycareWhy . First and only appointment did not go well at all.

I take my dachshund here for all his care. The staff is extremely nice, and very helpful whenever I have to call. Appointments are on time and costs are reasonable considering it's medical care. And everyone there loves my furry little guy!

I had to calm down before I wrote this. I know that reviews can not always tell the full picture and sometimes can be bias. I told them I was going to write this review.I have a 9 year old boxer named Baxter. He is my second son. He is precious to me. He had gone to countless well visits and we have had no bad experiences. But this situation I’m about to explain. Made me change animal clinics to Kirtland veterinary. I called East 305 Animal Hospital because Baxter wasn’t eating. Hardly drinking and was breathing very rapidly. I called on Monday and explained my concerns they said they had no appointments available. I either had to take him to an emergency vet or wait till they had a appointment the next day. I went the next day because they would not get my sick dog in.This past week I called again because with everything they gave me for Baxter he wasn’t eating and hardly drinking and still rapid breathing. They again told me no availability and I was upset and told them how disappointed I was from the previous experience. The person on the phone saidI could bring him in but he would be in a cage and they would look at Baxter in between visits. I said I’m not putting my dog in a cage and causing him more distress. She could hear I was upset and asked if I wanted to talk to a manager and put me on hold. I hung up and a friend recommended the place in kirtland. They were really nice. Compassionate and got Baxter in that same day.East 305 pet hospital do better!! Our pets are family. If we have sick pets. Get our pets in. Work a little longer and get them in. Is it all about the money? Our pets are fine when they are healthy but an inconvenience when sick? Not good business. Baxter deserved better.Not to mention the other vet said he was over medicated. Something to think about.Baxter was put to sleep yesterday with cancer all through his chest. 8/30/23If this was caught sooner maybe Baxter would still be with me.Please do better for the next dogs and cats you service.

We take our dogs here regularly. I love Dr. Smith, as she clearly loves what she does. The assistive staff are always friendly and helpful, and it is plain to see that they, too, love my pets. I had to have my cat euthanized there last year during the covid restrictions, and so was not able to stay with her. The staff was very kind, and even sent a sympathy card in the mail, signed by all the staff members. That was so touching. I recommend 305 Animal Hospital to anyone who cares for their pets.

Took my anxiety ridden, senior dog in for his shots, heartworm/ flea preventative, and to look at a growth on his head. They were so kind and patient with him. And he really did well. Thank you 305 Animal Hospital!

Very happy with my experience so far. Got our family dog "diesel" treated here. He has an abscess on his belly that started leaking, called and within 15 mins we we're on our way to them. Very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Will definitely be taking all of our pets their in the future. 👍

The doctor at 305 Animal Hospital is awesome! My dog has been very sick and was just diagnosed Addison’s Disease. She squeezed him in last minute several times this week. When his condition worsened, she had me bring him in and kept him for the entire day to monitor and stabilize him, so I could avoid a costly visit to the ER. She took the time to call other clinics in the area to get the needed testing supplies, because we were worried he wouldn’t make it if we had to wait until they were delivered. Happy to report he is feeling much better and back to his old crazy self today thanks to Dr. Smith and her team!

The staff is so friendly and absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't trust my pup with anyone else. They are very knowledgeable and so good with him! He just had his teeth cleaned and they did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them!!!

Great Vet..Transferred care of my 2 Dogs to Dr.Smith from another local vet. She answered all my questiones, And seemed to genuinely care about my Beagles health..Been 2 months and the mobility of my Beagle is so much better. If I could give Dr.Smith&her staff 10 stars..I would not hesitate to do so. Thank you Dr.Smith&staff😇

I want to let the public know that if you have a sick pet, DO NOT go here! I am a new customer and registered with this veterinary facility. For some unknown reason, my appointment was cancelled. I've been receiving emails from them confirming my appointment, but they cancelled me.I contacted this place, they are seeing other animals. My dog had been throwing up weekly and they cancelled me, but referred my to some highly priced animal Hospital! The vet contacted me today and told me that she will not see 2nd opinion cases! Really?? I am registered with her and she turns down a sick animal!If you care about your pet, go somewhere else! I did today and they took my animal right away and did alot of testing and the price was reasonable!!Poor business and health ethics with 305Vet!

Far superior to our previous vet. Friendly staff with great attitude and who really want to help your pets. Offered lots of advice beyond just trying to sell medications, was very helpful with our pup.
