Great selection of tools and home improvement items but they also have a lot of wonderful seasonal items (i.e. throw pillows, blankets, wall hangings) and plants. I like to check the clearance plant section for succulents to rescue. The new pick up lockers for online orders are convenient.

My son wasn't such a happy camper waking up this morning... we went into Lowes and upon walking around, my son kept making eye contact with the guy that had the kids aprons. He was wondering what he had going on. I asked him if he would like to go see, and he said yes. We met one of the nicest and most accepting people we have met since moving here. His name was Mr. Bill. He taught Ezekiel how to build a Lowes Truck, how to not hit Mr.Bills fingers (lol), as well as how to put the stickers on from the middle so the rest will go down easier Mr.Bill not only, doesnt realize the memories he just made for my son ,but he gained a best friend for life. When leaving the store, my son said mom, Mr. Bill builds like papaw, and he was very nice. Can I come back next week and see him again. With the truck in his hand and the smile on his face, I couldn't say no. Mr. Bill, we hope to see you next Saturday and hope you have one of the best days ever as my son will, thanks you! 🙂

It's hit or miss with Wheelersburg Lowes. Fine if you're shopping for yourself and don't need assistance, or customer service, or professional services. I bought carpet, and had it installed and it went beautifully. So I had them design and install my kitchen cabinets, and nothing fit, things had to be returned, and new cabinets ordered, and I ended up paying for 2 extra cabinets I don't need. Then I bought a shed...actually manufactured and installed by a 3rd party, and that went beautifully. (5 stars). Then I purchased appliances on black Friday, and asked for installation. Then I discovered I needed an electrician to rewire the kitchen, so I called the installer, and described the situation and they confirmed they would not be able to install , so I cancelled the installation and began the process of trying to get the 2 items slated for install delivered, so they'd be in the house and ready for install once the wiring is done. Both the installer and the Lowes phone rep I contacted to cancel the installation were very professional, and said it "happens all the time." and I needed to call the store to arrange delivery of 2 appliances the installer was supposed to pick up. It took 3 days to reach the store. They don't answer phones there most of the time. After finally reaching them, and days of working with the appliance salesperson...who SEEMED sincere in her efforts to help...but finding the Lowes system to be impossible for her to navigate to set up delivery on 2 items...and promising on 2 consecutive days to call me and get it worked out, she didn't call me. I had to call her and it took hours to reach her. Today, after she said last night she'd call me first thing this morning, at 1:15 PM, after over an hour of calling the store and being disconnected once I reached appliances, I reached her coworker who told me she had "just gone to lunch." I told him that, since the delivery was supposed to be tomorrow (per our conversation yesterday), and was clearly not going to happen on schedule, and since the salesperson was not calling me as promised, I want to cancel the entire order of appliances. Too close to the holidays now, and I cannot support delivery any later. He then tried to lecture me for cancelling the installation and I realized that all this hassle, has probably been retaliation for that. I felt bad that my salesperson was losing her commission, but her coworker decided to hang up on me when I wouldn't take his lecture, so she loses. She should have called me this morning. Lesson learned: Keep Wheelersburg Lowes out of the Kitchen. They are incompetent in that area.

Rented a carpet cleaner and failed to inspect it myself before leaving with it. Used it for 20 minutes to clean an already clean carpet just a stain. Returned carpet cleaner and cashier flips it over and pulls out all kind of crud that had obviously been in there ALONG time...and the attitude of this cashier would be more fitting to flip hamburgers at McDonald's. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Great products and service!However, today I went there for something and found the items on hand IN the store which I've been waiting on to deliver to the store for 3 days.So I bought them at the store and cancelled my 2 on-line orders.Annoyed. Could have had them already installed on Monday.Adam, however, the store associate was great in his assistance in finding me the proper size I was looking for.

This is by far the worst Lowes I have ever dealt with. I regularly spend thousands of dollars a week on materials from here. It is always something. The employees are completely lazy and seems like they refuse to do any work. Everytime I try to get pickets from here it's an hour wait at least just to get someone that is willing to pull the order. Like to I bought the material at 10:30 am. I took the posts and 2×4s with me and asked the cashier to call back and see if they would pull them that it would be about an hour and I would come get them. From all the other dealings I have had I. The past I knew to give them more time. It is now 2:13 and they STILL do not have them pulled. So the guys says ge has to walk to the other end of the store to get a fork lift and a manager to open a gate. I would jump for joy if they would build a home depot out here. Maybe that's why the service is so poor. They know there is no where else to go. If I had a choice I would NEVER walk back though these doors!

Worst I've ever seen it out of Lowe's. I ordered a dishwasher with free delivery. I left instructions to deliver it side door of house where there are less steps for them to bring it into the kitchen. Luckily I was at my mother's house when they showed up because I don't believe my elderly 76 old mother would have been able to do what I did. When they showed up it was two older ladies heavyset. The mother look like she was my mother's age. And they were in a minivan with my dishwasher. The daughter couldn't even get it out of van. She couldn't do anything. I had to unload and luckily I had a dolly. I had to Dolly through the yard up my mother steps and all the way to the kitchen. That was Lowe's free shipping.

Worst window install! If your looking to have them install windows DON'T!!! Renovating a home and outside of the home is not finished. Sceen ripped, silicone all over house, bare wood and I could go on. We didn't sign off on the work when asked and lowes took out money as the job was finished. Might contacting Better Business over this.

I went in with a list my husband sent me with and my father inlaw who had his own list.. I really wanted to get everything I could without asking for help, but obviously my face screamed "help me!" and I was offered so much help finding everything I needed by such wonderful individuals, especially the amazing lady that helped me get everything I needed for plumbing and my bathroom, I believe her name was Bev. Thanks for making me look forward to having to go back for the rest of our home repair needs.

We have been loyal Lowe's shoppers for years now. We know many of the Employees by name. We have spent thousands upon thousands here. However, after being lied to and it was implied that We are stealing from the store! We won't be back. I feel humiliated and frustrated. I sooooo wish We had a Home Depot. Seems that "Slowe's" are striving to get back the bad reputation from years back. Absolutely terrible experience. 😞

No one knows how to do there job right, they lost a big money sale with me. They don't have anything to choose from, you have to order it on line instead of getting it at the store. And then it may not be exactly what I want when you do get it. I'll spend the extra money in gas and go some where else, where I can talk to someone who knows what they aredoing

Update:Two gentlemen finally were more than helpful once they saw me standing there in need of help. Garrett and Logan. Two superior employees!!! Thank you two for everything!!I'm standing at the desk as I type this. I've had someone paged for help 3 different times in Appliances because I need a dishwasher ASAP. The guy they had on the schedule left at 5:30 and nobody else employed here knows anything about appliances, how to ring them up, or help a soul. This is aggravating and ridiculous. I have had around 30 associates walk right past me playing on their phones and some cut down isles to avoid me because they saw me standing here. I've never had customer service so bad as I have this time. Nobody wants to help with anything!!! Staff your departments like you should!!!

Very friendly and helpful people but I have been having issues with scanning at the self check out and having someone there to do the military discount. The last 4 times I have used it no one has been here and typically only one cashier at the register. I am respectful and wait but just now someone from customer service had to come over.Again thanks for everything but this seems to be a bit of an issue.

Even though the lady I talked to was nice, I started a mobile order for curbside pick with 11 items at 7:30 pm. I got to the store at 8:00 pm. I then had called them at 9:00 pm and asked them "how far along the order was" and they replied with "they are still working on it, that it's been a busy day and if there was anyway I could come back in the next day to pick it up". I then had replied with "I would prefer to pick it up tonight if possible"(I had to be at work at (11:00 pm and wanted to have it ready for when I went home the next day). They wanted me to call back closer to closing to see if it was done yet, so I did. I called them back at 9:30pm (they close at 10:00 pm) and ask again " is the order closer to being done". They said "no, but they had 3 people working on it" and again ask "if I would come back the next day to get it", so I said "yes" and then I left. Note this though, the almost 2 hours I waited there for them to get 11 items (not counting the time it took me to go from home to Lowe's) there were only about 10-15 cars in the whole parking lot. 6-7 workers were outside gathering buggies, there was maybe 30 to 40 buggies. I went to work early since they didn't have it ready and at 10:06 pm, I got the notification that the order was complete. I my personal opinion it sounded like they just didn't really want to bring it out to me, because it was getting later or just do the job they are paid to do and I that it shouldn't have taken 2.5 hours to get 11 items. Kind of wish I had just went in and got the items myself, but I had a very busy day helping with some construction and didn't want to walk that whole store. If that makes me a bad person the "OH WELL".

This Lowes in Wheelerburg is the worst of all of them I have been to. Today it took 45 minutes and several calls from the back area by gardening, getting someone to assist loading ,pavers. This was after a manager at the customer service desk said they were sending someone out. They are always under staffed. We usually skip this Lowes and go to Ashland 30 minutes away.

Went to Wheelersburg Lowes for a washing machine cause Russell Lowes didn't have the one we looked at Good place and nice employees. They are very helpful. If they didn't have the one in stock that we looked at he showed the washers they have in stock just in case we would like to pick one of those.
