Placed a mobile order that cost about $28. Got home and they shorted us a 3pc chicken strip basket with onion rings. Called to have the order fixed so we could pick up what we paid for. Had to tell my issue to three different people, 2 of which were managers, then I was told that they were convinced that my order was correct, insinuating that I was lying. I offered to take pics to show them that what I got and my receipt did not match. My husband then got on the phone and spoke with the area manager and she decided to fix our order. I AM DONE WITH FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS!!!! Food is over priced, they never get your food right and the service sucks!!!! Unfortunately DQ is not the only restaurant like this these days.

HORRIBLE! Didn’t flip it and I can tell why. This isn’t a blizzard. Supposed to be Reese’s and cheesecake. There’s three pieces of cheesecake that’s freeze burnt. This is blended like a milkshake. If there were cars lined up and only two workers, I’d understand a little. But seven workers sitting doing nothing and only one other car… inexcusable. $6 for this is a joke.

I ordered a blizzard and they put my medium cup because it was “too messy” to eat in a extra large cup. Lol then why give it to me? Aren’t they supposed to flip it first to assure you that you have a thick blizzard? It was extremely melted This is the second time this has happen to me here the first time I let it go. But this seems to be a common thing with them. My home town Dairy Queen would never do this. I’ll never go back.

Would post less than one star if possible. They served me a blizzard made with rotten milk and then told me I was throwing up because "cheesecake is sour." Incredibly rude, unhelpful. Suggest you never go to this location. I won't be.

Update 4-19-23A lot has changed since my initial review and will be outlined below.Since my initial review there has been some management changes and it shows in the quality of food and service we now receive at this location. They have twice as many workers as they once did but everybody is standing around gossiping about each other and worrying about what they are going to post to their social media accounts rather than worrying about their customers. The food is constantly cold except when it needs to be, the ice cream is a lot softer and melts more easily. I hate to say it since I've been going to this DQ for years and years, but I've just about had enough of their staff and poor quality food. Might end up saying goodbye and driving the extra 10 minutes to the next closest DQ in Portsmouth.Original Review:As always the food at DQ was good. We mainly enjoy the desserts but every once in awhile we splurge on a meal at this location. The food is somewhat higher in price than other, nearby, fast food locations. For a 2 person meal with desserts your looking at $25+. The facility is always clean and the workers are mostly friendly. They tend to hire younget than most places, and this sometimes leads to a lot of the workers standing around doing nothing but gossiping and playing on their phone. This hasn't necessarily affected any of my orders, but it is disconcerting that half the staff is doing nothing while the rest are working hard to make up for their laziness.

Today I got a banana split. Iv gotten them before but today it tasted so much better! The ice cream was creamer! The texture of it was amazing. The service was friendly and fast. The facility was very clean! I highly 😋 😋 😋😋 😋Went back again, back to original bland consistency 😆Still like it, but not as much.

I would seriously give -10 if I could on their service, food, attitude so so rude they think they are better than customers who come through to order food it's the absolutely most embarrassing restaurant in Wheelersburg or for that matter any restaurant I have ever been to. Can't say enough good things about Dairy Queen. They're blizzards are fantastic. Their hamburgers are great. And they have soft pretzels. The only place I can think of that sells good soft pretzels. Recommended

Food was mediocre at best. Lady taking the order was friendly and efficient, however the staff cooking and serving the food just didn’t have it together. If there is some other place open when you consider coming here, go somewhere else!

Always my go to for a ice cream sweet treat .If you have had gastric sleeve, amd milk hurts your tummy go to DQ ! Theirs isn't real I've cream and the butter fat content is low so it doesn't bother your tummy .They have become my go to when I want desert!

Sadly, the worst trip to DQ ever. Mocha moolatte was just vanilla ice cream and the tossed and sauced chicken weren't. No mocha and no sauce. Plus, the person taking our order acted like they hated working and we were just a burden lol, we laughed how uninterested the order taker was. There are bad days and then there are BAD days. Today was BAD.

Friendly staff. Nice sense of humor, Blizzard of course is always great. Burger was ok, too much mustard and ketchup, should have complimentary rubber gloves to eat it with. Over all good experience and will definetly be stopping again.

I ordered there tn a 5 dollar lunch meal and it was the deluxe cheeseburger. The fries were wonderful but for the burger, it was soggy like a sponge and I could ring the bun out and get so much crap off of it. And to top all that the person I ordered from was rude and impactient. 😡😤

love this place they have the most awesome blizzard but you can't help but think to yourself when they hand you your blizzard the tradition is they turned upside down to show you that it's so thick it won't fall out of the cup I have yet to see one fall out of the he cup trust me once you try Blizzard from there you won't get them anywhere else they have some awesome flavors there they also have very good sandwiches

We love their ice cream, its a real treat and enjoyment for us, the only thing I have against them is that the large ice cream cones r like the size of a medium..the workers need too use better judgment when they make cone's, the customer's r entitled to get their money's worth and many times we have felt hipped by dairy queen..other than that we love Dairy Queen

Drive through only at this time. Crowded drive through but they get the cars through pretty quickly. Food is good and great prices. My kids love it. Would recommend 👍
