Good: The store is very convenient when I need to pick up something quick. It is awesome to have a store close to North Star for these kinds of things.Bad: Terribly slow service EVERYTIME I go there. I understand waiting 1-2 minutes for a cashier to get to the front desk, but I regularly have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to come to the front for the few items I intend to purchase. The last time this happened, there were 2 employees who walked right past me, into the office, and gossiped and complained about the company for 5 minutes before coming out to scan my items. I understand good help is hard to come by, but this store needs to find more workers who are reliable and take care of their customers.

It's been a year and 9 months since the opening of this store. It is usually busy when I am there. Friends and neighbors in the area are happy we have a store so close. I am thankful Dollar General's Market Planning Department took time to analyze the information I sent in 2017 and opened a store in the North Star area. Prior to opening this store, the closest Dollar General stores were: St. Henry, Ohio - 9.1 miles away, Ansonia, Ohio - 10.4 miles away, Versailles, Ohio - 11.6 miles away, Celina, Ohio (5696 Us Rte 127) - 10.2 miles away, and Fort Recovery, Ohio - 14.3 miles away from current location. Thank you Chad Bayless (DG Marketing) for making this happen. It has been a sucess!

Did not like not being able to be with my dog when the Dr. examend my dog and was not able to ask questions about his diagnosis,On the bill there was no findings or instructions on what to do to help my dog.Again- no chance for me to know what to do..

This is a newer DG. It's clean and organized. The clerk was friendly and efficient. I'm always pleasantly surprised what I find in this store.

Very rude service when I was there. They don't worry about the customers they just worry about complaining about customers coming in and them having to do something. Not a very friendly place.
