I always receive excellent customer service at this store! Today Brayden helped me select some foods for my finicky felines 😼😼!During a past visit an associate helped me find the perfect puzzle feeder for a cat that needs to slow down sometimes which is fabulous and pictured in video below.Great selection at the store… and I appreciate the rewards program though it’s a little not so user friendly to me.

I visited Pet Supplies Plus in Westlake, OH, today to shop for cat supplies. But more than that, I needed advice. A manager named Adrian (not sure of the spelling) was extremely knowledgeable and generous with her time. She gave excellent advice and recommendations for my situation with a new litter of kittens. Perhaps more welcome that the sharing of her knowledge and experience, I appreciated that she genuinely cared and wanted the best possible outcome for me and those cats. So, a big thank you to Adrian and to Pet Supplies Plus!

Great place to buy all of your pets need . Brigit was a great employee helped with buying fish for my grand kids . From food for cats, dogs, fish as well as other animals , litter , donut treats for your dog, fully stocked . Great variety of treats. They also have grooming service for dogs

Honestly, I love this place. I love the self-grooming service located in the back of the store and how friendly & helpful staff is. I have a Siberian Husky, and he’s picky with what treats he likes. PSP’s baked treats are one of his favorites! I’d definitely recommend the one in Westlake.

Not reliable for fish and reptiles, all the feeder insects were either mostly dead or they smelled rotten. Took forever to be serviced for fish and when they finally got to it, the smell of the water was just foul, makes sense with how many dead/sick fish, dying plants, and piles of junk were in the tanks

Very clean, always smells fresh. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. This store is a bit further then I'd typically travel for pet supplies, but I have no intentions of switching. They are worth the extra distance for such quality services.

Let me start by saying I have had THE hardest time finding a groomer let alone a good one ever since my regular groomer closed. I have to be honest in saying I was skeptical bringing Harley to a “chain” pet store groomer, but I’m so happy I took the chance. Lauren and the other groomer did such an awesome job with Harley I was so happy when I picked him up. My little fur baby is a rescue and has some issues that other groomers in the past have not been able to handle, but Lauren made both Harley and I feel comfortable and I can’t thank her enough! The prices are very reasonable and I can’t wait to take him back. I hope Lauren gets the recognition she deserves!!

Just took our little man Rudi (12-22-19) & absolutely loved the two groomers! The lady that clipped his nails & applied a tooth cleaning application on his gums was incredibly nice & very professional. The other lady assisted us in answering our questions and helped when our boy became a little uppity. My biggest thanks to them! I highly recommend them. Great store & location. Very clean. I will definitely be returning for the grooming services, my only regret is I didn't catch their names. Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

I go weekly to the pet store and Pet Supplies, in Westlake, is the only one I will go to. Yes, other stores have the same merchandise, but it’s the customer service that keeps me loyal to the Pet Supplies specifically on Detroit Rd. Valerie has taken care of me multiple times and, by far, one of my favorite employees there. The manager Robyn, also, has been completely helpful and has gone above and beyond for me. Both of them are a prime reason as to why Pet Supplies on Detroit Rd. is the way to go if you love to spoil your doggy!

Came in on 4/30/23 to use their dog bath not realizing the baths close an hour before the store closes. An extremely nice worker, I believe her name was Adriana, let us use the bath despite it already being closed for the night. We come here all the time after our long muddy hikes to bathe our dog and it’s so convenient. Plus you can’t beat the price! Thanks so much Pet Supplies Plus Westlake! And a special thanks to the wonderful worker who allowed us a bath today after our hike in the Metro Parks.

I visited this location this past Saturday, and as soon as I brought my dog in, I was graciously welcomed by staff. Valerie was a tremendous help, and went above and beyond. Kira also was amazing. I usually do not review about specific people, just establishments, but these individuals will bring me back as a regular customer now. Great job staff!!!!!

We visited this store last week for the 1st time. We had our dog with us and last minute decided to use the bath facility while we were there. Being unfamiliar, we asked an associate if we pay 1st or after. She stated she was new and would find out. She asked another employee who also did not know. Then just like that, we stood waiting while no one knew anything. So we walked over to the wssh area and there is a sign that says to pay 1st. Wow...No one could help or figure it out.Hamper was over stuffed with towels, the wash area was dirty and the soap bottles were nasty and almost empty.Earthwise in Avon and Sheffield have amazing wash stations. Very roomy, clean, nicer towels, better shampoos and cheaper.Small store, so not much of a variety of anything. Store was dirty. And to top it off, purchased a harness and within 3 days, it tore at the seam.Much better pet store options around.

UPDATE: I won't ever return and wouldn't recommend. This was just a star and pony show. I don't know what happened but this last time has totally unacceptable. 1st you never called me and my dogs sat their for HOUR'S, I decided to just drive up and would have thought they'd have to be done with the amount of time both my dogs have been there. Over 5 hours. Well you didn't even look at my sheet that you made me fill out for my dogs when I dropped them off their again!!!!On top of that you used the shampoos I specified NOT TO USE on my paperwork you provided I had to fill out.Just so many things went wrong to even go on. So very disappointed, and wouldn't trust the business anymore 😕 😞This is the 1st time we had used services for grooming at Pet Supplies Plus. Not only did they get us in promptly, they did an absolute amazing job on both our dog's. Sam and Lara were working, not sure if both worked on them or not but have to give credit to whomever did the job's.I addressed my concerns with my dog's dry skin and they definitely made thing's better for them and love the vanilla smell the used. Sam even took the extra steps with a dry nose one of them had.Their nails were cut perfectly and trimmed their whiskers as I requested. Definitely went above and beyond.It was very affordable for all they offered and did. Would recommend to anyone.Thank you very much for taking care of our furbabies and helping us out more than you know.

I like this store. The staff is nice. However, there’s constantly lots of outdated bags of food/treats. I have to make sure I check the dates every time I shop since it’s a common occurrence.

We go to this Pet Supplies Plus several times a month. I really like seeing the dogs that visit the store with their humans. We always find what we need for our dogs, and the checkout always goes quickly. I also like using the coupons I receive. Great store!

Just tried for a second time within a year to book a grooming appointment with Pet Supplies Plus in Westlake- another total fail! First time I tried to schedule a bath for my dog, and exactly 2 hrs before her appointment they called to tell me the groomer wasn’t in and canceled me. Obviously I didn’t reschedule with them because that was super inconvenient.Today I tried to just schedule a nail trim with them, since I live so close, and I got hung up on!! 😂😂Lesson learned!

As a new pet-owner (rescue cat) I’ve stopped in twice now at the Westlake, Oh store and was greeted by two very nice young women (Adrienne and Sharon). Adrienne also has a cat so was very knowledgeable and helpful in my first shopping experience as a new cat-owner. On both of my visits I was rang out by Sharon who was very kind and helpful, as well. I picked up a pamphlet about vaccinations and probably will use the services available there. I’m sure I’ll be shopping there a lot, thx again!

I was looking for small angel fish, but their shipment of new fish won't be in for another week, so I will stop again next week. The associate in the department was very friendly and helpful, even though she has only been working there a few days. I think she will be a great asset to the store, and someone made a good choice when hiring this young lady. I used to own a pet shop, and I would have been pleased to have her represent my shop. Kudos!
