My partner and I take our high-energy Golden Labs to Paws & Effect several times a week. It's the perfect outlet for their boundless energy, giving us peace of mind and some much-needed quiet at home.Jesse and Shelby work in the daycare section and their personal touch makes all the difference. Jesse is confident and stylish, and brightens our mornings more than our first cup of coffee. When we pick up our dogs, Shelby keeps us informed about our boys' adventures and behavior during their stay, and sends us cute videos of their silly antics. Vanessa, who works in the office, makes scheduling a breeze. She is knowledgeable, professional and enjoys doing her job. These staff members consistently go the extra mile by engaging with us and getting to know our dogs. The owner, Jason, is always present and even though he is busy, he takes the time to talk and greet us. It's clear why the staff at Paws & Effect is so happy.Every time we bring our furry friends to Paws & Effect, we have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Paws & Effect to all dog parents!

Had my 10 month old basset hound groomed today - bath, de-shedding, nail trim, ear cleaning, and teeth. Priced very reasonably and they did a wonderful job. It's hard getting her nails short enough bc she's a maniac and hates nail trims, but this is the best they've looked since we got her and her coat is so shiny! Will definitely be back again.

My two dogs have been going to daycare and boarding here for years. The staff is wonderful. They are proactive about the health and safety of all dogs. My two come home happy and tired! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very accomodating. Pets were happy, well kept, and taken care of 5 days of stay boarding. We were well informed of everything all 3 doggies were doing and will return for anything we need.Was given a first responder discount ontop of multiple pet discount. I specifically asked for a trim of his face, especially his long eyebrows. The one side of his face is considerably different and the long hair was not cut. Because my car broke down, a friend got him to and from the appointment, as I had booked it several months ago. Didn't want to cancel. But, had I been able to pick him up, I would have asked for a fix, especially in light of the price!

This is my 2nd dog I have brought to Paws & Effect. Both are Siberian Husky. The do a great job cleaning and brushing. You can actually feel the difference when you pet your animal. I highly recommend them for your pet care.

The entire team at P&E go out of their way to make our pup comfortable and looking fresh. The customer service is top notch and Christine is absolutely a spot on groomer. I appreciate the care and ease in dropping off, picking up and paying and they are great schedulers do I can keep our dog from having any problems with his golden retriever fluff! Love. Love. Love.

Lucy & Miles LOVE Paws & Effect! Jesse and the Daycare team are incredible! They love them like family and always have a funny story to share on the days activities. I love Paws and Effect. I take my senior cat for grooming there and they are just so nice. I get her fluff washed, dried, sanitary cut and nails trimmed. It’s reasonably priced and I do this every 2 months. I am so glad that I found them. They’re absolutely amazing!

Not only are the staff friendly and the facilities kept spotless, but our dog comes home happy and sleepy which is always welcome now that we are busy chasing around a 1 and 3 year old. His grooming is always on point and exactly what we ask for. The doggy daycare center has kind workers who care for the animals and make me feel comfortable dropping my little guy off to them. Paws and Effects provides full service for all your pet's needs. We have been taking our puppy to their cage-free, doggy day care since she was 4 months old. She is a year now and the best behaved puppy we have ever encountered! The staff is amazing and so loving! Lastly, the price is so reasonable. We have an 8 year old Newfoundland, rescued from a puppy mill at the age of 5. After years of overbreeding and given her size, she is arthritic in her hips and elbows, and can only stand for short periods. I explained this at each visit, and always told the groomer taking her back to just do their best as we understood she could be challenging. Her first few visits here were successful. At the last visit, a "comfort cut" was recommended but not explained for her next visit, as it might be "easier" given her inability to stand for very long. When I dropped her off this weekend, I was told the comfort cut was essentially shaving her down. As I drove home, I was increasingly uncomfortable with this as Newfies have gorgeous, bear-like coats, and called to ask them to only trim her. I was told that because of the difficulties in getting her to stand, it had to be a comfort cut or nothing--I asked if they could simply bathe and dry her and just skip the trim, and was refused. I was told they "can't have her in the facility anymore" and I needed to come pick her up immediately. Very disappointed that they are unwilling to accommodate a poor arthritic dog, as we had been pleased thus far.

I am a super fan of Jason Stefan and the team at Paws n Effect! We rescue and foster Newfoundlands; the team has always been informative, helpful and above all kind. They care about their clients, their clients animals and the well being of both! We have used their boarding services in addition to their grooming services; we were so grateful that they were able to accomodate our crew, all together, in the 'chalet'. Our dogs are treated with top notch care when in the team's possession.Most of our rescues come from puppy mills and suffer from long term trauma and high anxiety. These dogs are treated with dignity and love just like any other dog. I can't say enough great things about Jason and his team:)

This place is pawsome. They are great with my puppies helping me to socialize them. I've been going for nearly a year. They are also great with my mini dachshund who I picked up as a rescue. They have helped so much with him. The groomers are great and did exactly as I asked. They did a great job. I can't say enough good things about Paws.
