I've been a loyal fan of these little miniature sports figures for many years,and occasionally had to reach out for different reasons to flaws ,misprints quality etc and have generally been met with hostility and dishonesty and no help.Still I've remained a fan through their flaws,here recently though I had an inquiry I made about messed up locker stickers ,so I called and have always been hopeful that they'd reciprocate at least appreciation for the fans of these little tiny expensive figures,as its always seemed to me they had potential but lacked any customer service skills,and seemed to be hostile,ignore consumer calls of concerns,wasnt reciptive to feedback,but this time I spoke with a guy by the name of Jeff,who actually seemed genuine and honest as he volunteered a nice gesture that I didn't ask for but he insisted which made me have more hope they are starting to be more friendly and appreciative of the people like me who's been and stayed a fan for years through everything and through their flaws,etc.Im not here to bad mouth them just finally share my most recent experience and disappointments of how disappointed I am that they still dont seem to care about people like me who has been a fan for years and how disappointing it is and sad it is the was they still refuse to show any appreciate back or make good on their word and seem to not care at all about the customers like me.So,I waited around 2 weeks and what he voluntarily offered that seemed genuine he didn't do,and being concerned and baffled at his voluntary gesture never showing up I called and he again seemed genuine and acted as if he was surprised that what he volunteered never came.So he asked my address again ,still seeming genuine and he said he apologies and he would get what he offered right out.Foolish of me to still believe I guess because it's almost been 2 or more months of him saying the same thing,and finally realizing sadly they havent changed as he is never made good on what he himself offered on his own and I didnt even ask the for,but he insisted I guess is why believed him as its baffling how someone could be so dishonest and not honor their own word,as he didn't honor his own voluntary word and was giving many chances,and did not,which tells me he was dishonest from the start and he had no intention and Party Animals bad practices havent changed.It would have been better had he not volunteered what he volunteered on his own many times ,and just flat out come out and speak the truth that they don't care at all about me as a years long fan and tell me to my face instead of their immature,humiliating ways,but instead he chose to humilate me further and seemed to take pleasure in making me look foolish by trusting them.To their dismay their bad practices can only serve to backfire on them,as I will reevaluate ever buying anything with a party animal Inc brand,and I hope this true story resonateswith Party,and he learns from this as you can't treat people like dirt and expect them to like it and expect not to be criticized for it.As they way they run right now and have been I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING MADE BY PARTY ANIMAL INC TO ANYONE.They have potential to be better,and hope they do,but until then I could never recommend them with good conscience to anyone.

I bought big sip 16 oz character collage michigan while on vaction in South Carolina when i got home to use it cracked on the bottom.with no way to return it .just want you to know about deffective product.This was for my son,and i wasnt to happy.

I love the nfl teenymates and I would do five star if there was a store that sold them in buffalo so I could get more. Keep up the good work
