I stopped in a few weeks ago to look at some paint samples and everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! One of the paint samples I purchased ended up being exactly the color I was looking for so I went out of my way to go back last weekend to pick up a gallon of paint and some supplies. Great customer service!

Have shopped at this store for the past year and purchased many items for my new home. It’s next door to the gym I frequent it because it’s convenient. A few months ago they posted signs on the door that didn’t allow gym bags in the store. I stopped shopping at this location because of this. I have personal property in my gym bag and do not trust anyone with it. I asked if they take women’s purses and they said yes. When challenged with how many women have given up a purse they were honest and said they have never asked a woman for her purse.Today I noticed the signs had been removed from the door and decided to stop and pick up a few items. After shopping for a few minutes and even being help by an associate I was approached by the manager and asked to give up my gym bag. I told him that I had stopped shopping at this store because of the policy and only came in today because the sign had been removed. He stated the it was still policy and that the sign had simply fallen down. Going to say that this is a lie. The sign has not been up for weeks. Being a hardware store you would think they have the proper materials to hang a sign and keep it up. Guess not! I did ask again about women giving up purses and he said that it is part of the policy but they have still never asked a woman for her purse.They are just profiling!!!I recommend shopping at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Cheaper and treat customers with more respect!

The service here is always outstanding. Every time I visit an ace hardware, it takes me back to how things were-when customer service mattered! We purchased my son's first pocket knife for Cub Scouts here. A variety to choose from. Of course, my son saw the options and upgraded from our original plan of purchasing a simple pocket knife!

I like their rewards system so I tend to try to find whatever I’m looking for here first. They send coupons to my house and in my email each month. When I shop in store or pickup in store they always give me more coupons to use later. I like that I can shop online and do same day pick ups. I think they do curbside pickup too where they bring your things to them if you call them and let them know you’re there. I pick up in store though. They will help carry things to your car and if you have bulky things then they insist on helping which is kind. I wish they carried more gardening things sometimes and wish their shipping fees on non-heavy items were better. I like that I can look for things I want and see if they’re sold at other stores in my area if my closest store doesn’t carry it.

this is a good ace, not too big, not too small. has a good amount of variety packed in. found some hardware that I was unable to find at a lot of other hardware shops. selection and variety is great here, but prices are too high. not the kind of place I end up buying much more than I actually came for, because it just adds up too quickly. but it is the right place if you need to SEE and FEEL something during a shopping around phase, before price comparing and buying.

Wonderful staff! Great customer service. It's pretty far from my house, so I wouldn't be able to go often, but I envy the people who live in Westerville who can. The store is VERY consumer-focused and service-oriented. Every single worker was friendly and helpful and the store was in compliance with current governor's orders. Couldn't ask for better!

Great hardware store with pretty much anything you could need. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Also had paint mixed there and the person who mixed it put their initials on the can do that, in their words, if anything is wrong with it, they'll know who mixed it and they'll make it right. That's great service and ownership.

I went here with a friend to get a piece glass cut for his aquarium. They asked him what the size was and had it ready within just a few minutes. They had a cold soda machine and snacks as well. The other nice thing was that they had plenty of help. I saw at least 3 workers looking to help customers out and to me that was great service.

I shopped at Ace Hardware recently, and it was a very pleasant experience. The owner helped me find everything I needed. He was so kind and even suggested a product that would save me money. The store was very clean and the employees were welcoming and friendly. If you need a hardware store, this Ace Hardware is great. It's in a small strip mall on the corner of County Line and Sunbury Rd. Don't miss it.

Excellent service, Paul took great care of me found what I needed to get the job done (took his time), and I did not have to call a professional to come fix my air line at work. Being a women I like to try to do things myself if possible. Thank you Paul and Ace , (home depot could not help me)

High priced. Cheaper elsewhere. I called to ask if they could shake a can of paint for me while I was there buying other paint supplies. The were not willing to shake another companies can of paint even though they are the same size. Well....ok, guess I'll go buy everything at Sherwin! Lost a big sale over a silly competitor policy.

One of the few places you can actually get knowledgeable service and friendly service. I go there for my Stihl chainsaw maintenance, sharpening, and advice. Glad to support a local business and not a box store!

Not honest. Bought an item. Used a discount card. When I returned the item, did not get my discount card back. In addition, the clerk did the transaction wrong the first time and did not know how to fix it. Will not shop there again.
