It's Walmart I mean what do you expect. Most of the staff probably don't like their job and they sure do show it. I know that they close at 11pm yes we hear it for the whole hour beforehand and you remind us every 5 minutes as well. Not to mention that the employees creep up on you to tell you that you only have 10 mins so go to check out now. I always get followed at this location for some reason, I don't feel comfortable when they follow me around and deliberately stare at me just waiting on me to do something suspicious. I feel like saying forget it and walk out. I don't like feeling that I'm a thief when I haven't done anything wrong. I have to hunt down someone to ask a question and I don't get help when needed but they sure like to follow me around constantly. It's ridiculous and makes me not even want to go there. Top that with no lanes open so you have to use self checkout even if you have a full cart. They should pay us or take off some of the cost for the fact that we have to scan pay and bag our own groceries, that to me sounds like the company doesn't care to pay more employees or they just don't care about their customers, and it shows.

I used to love coming to this Walmart, after today never again. Only has 1 side of self checkouts open, only 1 cashier and at least 20 people in line for 8 registers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE.

I had been looking for a single cup coffee maker, fortunately I was able to locate this single cup coffee maker at Walmart. I first googled it and checked the price $19.99 excellent. When I walked into the Store they had ample supply, so I scooped one up as fast as I could. Thank you so much for always having what I need. Everyone, stay safe 😷and blessed 🙏 during this time.💕

Perhaps I am biased. Have used this phamacy for eight years in that time I only ever had to wait once for them to get a new medication in the next day. They have a great attitude almost like famiy and IMHO are the Best pharmacy in the area.

Walmart should be ashamed of the way they run a business.. first of all I have a job and I’m sick and tired of having to check myself out, half of the machines are broke or just turned off cause no one wants to work.I’m forced to pay by card cause I don’t wanna fix the refrigerator to take cash.

Spent 186.00 went to go checkout at a lane instead of using a self serv one cashier was very friendly but some how I'm missing two items so before I jump to conclusions I check my car still no 2 items so I immediately call the store and let them know the customer service rep says ok do you have your receipt I tell her yes and she tells me to drive back up will see if they are back with the other bags that customers forgot .so I drive 25 min back up there for her to tell me that I received all my bags and I'm pretty much lying!!!! They even got the security guy to look at the cameras seriously!!!! These 2 items was 10.00 if I'm going to lie or steal two items don't you think I'm going for the higher ticket items not a 2.58 juice and a 7.67 ointment so pretty much they called me a lier and said there's nothing they can do If you guys are experiencing theft because apparently you are walmart needs to get rid of the dumb self check out and actually hire some cashiers I will not return to this location and I strongly suggest everyone who shops here if you go to one of the two lanes you go in your bags and look for everything you payed for before leaving because they will make you feel like your stealing and lying customer service older lady was very rude if you don't like your job quit!!!!

It was my first time visiting this location on my lunch break, so I did not know what to expect!I was only there to pick up an online order, so I did not have a reason to go inside, nor was I there long.Allow me to explain because I've NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT!!!! Not even during the pandemic!!!!I have been to plenty of stores, from Lowes to Kroger's, etc. All with the order online and "PICK UP" option. Only to see these people left sitting in their cars just waiting, bored, and watching everyone that walked by with intensity and hope in their eyes!!! SMHH.Then when I get inside the store, I witness the workers are either slowly dragging their feet, or standing around talking with a "Could Careless" attitude on their faces. Sadly, the department manager, who is supposedly overseeing the process, is nowhere to be found!But that was NOT THE CASE HERE!!! Lemme tell yah!They had multiple people "running the orders with various size packages out to all the cars, trucks, and SUV's better than Swenson's!Folks were happily on their way in a snap with looks of SATISFACTION, and I am HAPPY to say... I WAS ONE OF THEM!! Amen.I was mentally prepared to spend my lunch break waiting like I had seen others do at "other stores", but NOPE!!! They brought out my order in less than 10 minutes and I had time to spare to grab a bite for lunch! Hallelujah!!!!IT WAS A GLORIOUS WIN-WIN DAY! (Smiling)

Yikes this Walmart lacks customer service. The customer service counter has very rude customer service reps. The lady didn’t want to return something I had without a receipt. The funny thing is the sign behind her says they accept returns with or without a receipt within 90 days of purchase. She ended up giving me the store credit, but geez they need some training.

One of the worst Walmarts in the Columbus area. The employees are mostly sociopathic self involved teenagers with no customer service skills and absolutely no work ethic. My last experience at this store they refused to bring out my curbside pickup order and just yelled homophobic slurs and threats of violence at me and my family as we drove away. Westerville used to be a friendly suburb with a small town vibe but it has turned into a toxic haven for ultra conservatives. Now I go to Meijer instead.

Low stock and hardly any variety of common products. Employees through out store on phones and paying no attention to customer around them and crowding aisles, making it unsafe and sometimes unpassable/get to needed items. Greeters just stand in the way of trying to exit and don't say anything to incoming customers, just stare. Overall poorly managed store. Besides excessive clutter in aisles, store appeared clean.

I had issues with an online order and needing a refund. Team lead Matt was fantastic to speak to. He gave a caring and prompt response, and after speaking with him and the 1-800 number I received my refund for a tricky issue! Thank you so much Matt and the Westerville Walmart team!!
