Jen was awesome on our first visit! Our lab is less than cooperative when getting his nails trimmed but Jen handled him great! We look forward to many more repeat visits to this business!Update: great groomer. Hard to get a hold of and hard to find time for us. I’ve been very understanding of hard events in peoples lives that can affect small business. I love small business! But, in the end, I have not heard from her at all. I’ve moved on to another company.

Could not be more pleased. The old girl (13) has never looked so good. She has a hard time these days climbing into the car. Very difficult to take her to a groomer. It was a refreshing change to get this kind of service in our own home. Jennifer was prompt and so good with her. No issues with her knowledge of how to handle senior dogs. She left our home spotless to boot. Would have her groom our Sookie again!

Jen did an amazing job with my senior dobe's nails. At 12, he has hard time getting up on one of those tables that are used at the pet stores. Jen brought all her stuff out to us in the waiting/reception where she got down on his level. He of course proceeded to get comfortable and lay on her while sunning himself. She was so very thorough with the job (nails had grown quite a bit) and sweet to my sweet senior boy. Job well done. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Jen is a miracle worker when it comes to my dogs! They can be a handful even at 10 and 17 lbs. she manages to make them look amazing and they are never as freaked out about me bringing them here unlike other groomers they’ve been to.This is one of the best places to bring your pet in the Columbus area. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Took my senior beagle with bladder cancer here for a nail trim and they took extra special care of her and her special needs. The location is quite nice and cozy in a fun way. We'll certainly be back.

You can just tell from the minute you meet Jennifer that she loves what she does! The individual attention she gave my dog, Dexter, and the ability to allow him to not be in a cage made him comfortable, you could just tell. I would HIGHLY recommend!
