Awesome lil pet store. I was in there forever because they had so much stuff to look at! Prices ate reasonable, store was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. I was greeted with a warm hello and a bright smile as soon as I entered the store. I always try and budget my money when I go out shopping, but when I got to the register to pay after being checked out, I realized I went 15 dollars over my budget. I was just gonna have the employee take one of my items off, when she told me to hold on a min. She looked around and found a coupon and was able to get my total back down into my budget range. She didn't have to do that, but she did. And to me, that's awesome customer service. So I will most definitely be shopping there again.

Super friendly and helpful local pet store. They offer a nice variety of fish and always have a cat(s) available for adoption. They offer a good selection of animal food and treats. They always have lots of sale items and work with local shelters for adoption days.They welcome people with their pets and it isn't uncommon to see multiple pups bring their humans in for a visit.They are very helpful to even assist in loading the large bags of food into vehicles.An asset to have such a friendly neighborhood pet store close.

My dog Marshall and I love this Pet Supplies Plus location!!! The dog wash is amazing; great "dirty dog" punch card option, always clean and well organized! Membership card deals are so worth it too! Today specifically I had two great employee interactions with Julie at the register and the manager Marcus. They were both so friendly and helpful!!! Keep it up guys and see you again next time Marshy needs a bath!

I come here from time to time looking for food for my jumping spiders 🕷️ and was actually able to find freshly stocked wax worms, meal worms and some fly larvae in the mini fridge in the aquarium area. I saw some other worm containers that were on a stand and weren’t in a fridge and none of those had anything alive in them. I only docked one star because I cannot seem to find flightless fruit flies of any kind here which is what I really actually want to feed my spiders because they’re healthier and less fatty than the meal or wax worms. I’ll keep checking back when I need food and will update my review on my findings. I’ve had to buy fruit fly cultures online and can sometimes find them stocked on Chewy. Josh’s frogs is a good website to start with too.

Hannah Stoots is the best groomer and only groomer I trust with my golden retriever. She never takes off too much and gets it right every time. When you say a trim you get a trim and no unwanted surprises. My scruffy boy comes in with hair pointing in all directions and comes out looking so neat and clean while retaining his fluff. The work is meticulous and detailed. I mean look at this paw!

Really nice employee's. Got one ferret here, then came back two weeks later for her vaccine record and ended up taking her buddy. They gave me a 50% discount on my second ferret. I'm glad they get to be together!

Great experience at this location. Excellent signage makes it easy to find what you need. The staff was knowledgeable about the vet care schedule and this location has a self service dog wash. How fun! I had no problem finding help and the product was clean and well stocked. I will be a return customer here.

Great store, our puppy has a sensitive tummy so I went to get some easy digestive treats, they had a pretty good selection of food and treats for dogs with digestive problems.

I really like this store. Overall. Pet supplies Plus has a great selection of higher quality dog and cat food. They also have a pretty decent selection of beta fish , although I hate seeing them in the tiny little tubs. Overall, their fish selection is decent, most of the time. The tanks are fairly clean and you don't see a lot of dead fish floating around. I enjoy that. They do have cats available for adoption most of the time. In another critter that I've seen in there more than one occasion are ferrets. The pricing for the store I would say is a little bit on the higher end but they do have markdowns for items that are coming up on expiration dates which is pretty cool. The staff seem to be pretty nice, they usually always greet you as you come through the door if they are available. They're very helpful, they like to ask how you're doing, what type of animal you have, and make small talk. Talk. The location of the store is very easy to get in and out of it's at the corner of maxtown road and State Street. The parking lot is quite large, it can get a little bit busy in there due to the Mexican restaurant next door. . I absolutely would recommend coming in and checking the place out

Always a nice clean store but in a VERY busy location. The staff is really patient here as well. *edit 8-5-22* still like this location very much. Always clean, well staffed & well stocked. *Google requested another edit 10-31-22* still like this store. they added 15 minute parking in the front for people just running in for 1 or 2 things. i use it all of the time! ***Google Requested Update 6-2-23*** still come to this location regularly, even if it is out of my way. Some of the regular employee aren't here anymore, lots of new hires, still a great store?

Absolutely love this store! Ordered online for the first time this weekend and it was a total breeze. They were easy to communicate with and the order was delivered quickly! I’m so glad I went with them rather than ordering from Amazon or some other online retailer! They called me to tell me they were out of stock of the one toy, and asked what I would like to switch it with! So nice!!!

I have been a long-time shopper to this PSP store. The prices are reasonable and the selection of products is great. I value the relationship this location has with the HSoMC and love seeing the cats available for adoption each time I shop there. Typically, my purchases include heavy items and one of the employees, Alex, always recognizes me with a friendly hello and is quick to offer to assist me with lifting/loading these items into my car. He is courteous, professional, prompt and respectful. In my view, Alex goes above and beyond and takes great pride in his work. His love for the animals in the store and his desire to provide quality customer service is evident. Another great asset this store offers is the VIP Petcare including grooming, vaccinations, wellness plans and packages, microchipping and more. Check them out and show some love to the kitties and other animals while there!

This store sold us on Redford Naturals Salmon and Sweet Potato food for our dog. It’s a good food and our dog is in great health. The problem is, now that our dog is been on this food for a year, the store never has it in stock. I’ve been to the store multiple times and it is always out of stock. Whenever I ask when it will be available, the staff always have a glazed look and no answer. The manager should do their job and order sufficient product. Don’t sell people on a product if you can’t deliver. Poor service.

They were super nice here and didn't seem to be experiencing nearly the amount of supply shortages as some of the other stores. I found a lot of good things for my heavy chewer dogs, my picky cats, and my big fishtank. I saw a small animal section too that looked fairly well stocked. They didn't mind setting my things to the side so I could engrave a tag for my newest pet (who didn't yet have a name/phone number tag).They have elk antlers!

My cat recently got put on a special (read difficult to find and more expensive) diet, and everyone here was amazing. I look forward to the next time I get to come in. Employees were helpful and kind, and what I wanted was in stock. It certainly doesn't hurt that pet supplies plus sends out great coupons by email also.

Store! 💗All of the associates greet me when I walk in, ask if I need any help or if so to just come to them, offer to carry my bags to my car!I save some money each time I shop since I'm a perks member, but even if not, the prices are lower than a few other pet stores in the area.I consider leaving the store feeling happier than when I entered a "perk" & that what your store atmosphere & associates give to me. I will always recommend your company first for all things PET!

Admittedly I am not a pet owner but will be a dog sitter for a week so stopped in for some supplies. Lots of inventory and selection however I found the layout claustrophobic with very high shelving and very narrow aisles. Then again.....not a pet person and I suppose that's how you get lots of inventory and selection in a store this size.
