Using the self-serve dog wash was the best experience of my life! (In washing dogs) and all for only $15! It took about 10 min to lure my dog into the tub (and 2 pupperoni beef sticks) but once she was in, it was such a blessing to my back and my clothes and my bathroom and my shower curtain and bath mats and my washing machine and my couch...I am a lifetime fan!!

Both of the guys who helped me were great, especially the one who seemed to be the manager. Top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond. They offered plenty of help and suggestions but were not pushy.My experience at this location was a night-and-day difference from my first Mutts & Co experience at the Upper Arlington location next to Whole Foods.I was greeted upon entry, they had good music playing, they offered sincere help, they were knowledgeable, and they were nice to my dog. The store was also clean and well-stocked.Give these dudes a raise.

Stopped by to the self serve dog wash today! Great set up and so many products available for use! Brush, towel, shampoos, conditioners, apron, scrub, dryer all for $15... Plus you get 15% off treats after you do the self serve dog wash. It's an amazing deal and the front desk associate who helped me this morning was helpful and not pushy. Whole browsing I saw a lot of good healthy brands.

I have taken all three of my dogs to be groomed by Ruben and he was amazing! My husky that has fear aggression felt super comfortable with him. I'm really impressed with how my Golden got her hair cut and both of my huskies ended up looking.

Great pets store. Birthday and holiday section. Large variety of pet supplies. However, extremely expensive and not at all worth the price. The squeaker balls I usually get my dogs are 3.99 and they were over 16.99 here!!! Insane!

Mutts & Co has been beyond amazing to our poodle, Cookie. We love Johnicka who has put Cookie at ease about grooming since we started bringing her six months ago. Geoffrey, the store manager, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and to answer any questions. They've got a great selection of toys, dog and cat clothes, food, and treats (and more). You’ll love them!

Regan is the BEST!!! My pup Henry has been going to her for baths for over a year now. Out of emergency, we had to take him to another company for a bath and haircut recently. Well, that other company TRAUMATIZED him!!!! Regan has been kind and caring and doing whatever she can to make our fur baby comfortable with baths again. She's patient, loving, and keeps us informed every step of the way!!! Plus, our pup ADORES her!!! I'll never take Henry to get a bath from anyone else ever again!!!

My dog & I love this place! We got our newest rescue dog (Rigby) at the end of January. We came here originally to use the self service bath (get him smelling a bit fresher before going home).While there, we spoke to the associates about food options & I was thrilled with their knowledge. We ended up choosing a food that he loves as well as being healthy for him.I happily go back (with Rigby) every few weeks to buy more food. We have also graduated to picking out some great treats for training rewards as well as trying different toys. The staff is always happy to see us, always informs us of new products & specials, and just makes you feel good about shopping there.Bottom line is that I highly recommend this store for all basic pet needs.... it's honestly so much more plesant than the larger pet stores & their product offerings are top notch & not over priced. I am sure that we will happily continue going here for many years!

Staff are always helpful, understanding, and friendly! It is so nice to take a reactive dog somewhere with people who don't hesitate to care for him and are non-judgemental :) the 25 minute drive and cost are worth it to have them trim his nails.

Recently had a Morkie full service spaw at the Westerville Location for the first time and was extremely pleased with the service. We were greeted as we entered the building and our appointment started right on time. Our groomer Tracy was very nice and treated my puppy with so much love and care and the results came out great. I love that this place is kennel free, and works on one dog at a time which helped relieve my puppy’s stress and fearfulness that she experienced at previous groomers.

Mutts & Co are the best pet supply store in town. We take our puppy to have her nails clipped and for baths and she loves it there. We’ve also bought cute clothes. The staff are awesome and are always excited to see her. Great customer service! I highly recommend!

I took my dog in yesterday for a last minute nail trim and just had to leave a review. Everyone that was working was so inviting and pleasant. The girl who trimmed my dog's nails did an amazing job. I just had the best experience and will be back!

Outstanding customer service at this location. Took the pooch we are sitting for this week for a bath in their self serve stalls. Needed instruction on how to operate the wash, and the lone employee was very accommodating even though he was also very busy. I will likely bring my own dog shampoo next time, as I wasn't blown away by the amount of lather, but the conditioner and prebiotic deodorizer was a very nice touch. Power dryer was quick and efficient, and a pigs ear for $3 was a reasonably priced reward for doggo. Very clean place, well done!

I will go nowhere else for grooming. Johnicka is hands down the best corgi groomer I have found.The staff is all so wonderful.My dogs decided to both *relieve* themselves in the store because they love to be embarrassing, and the staff was so kind and understanding and didn’t make me feel awful about it (although I did anyway)The assistant manager also made sure to tell me about ALL the great sales they had going on, and they usually have quite a few!Great store! Great staff!

This used to be the place we took our dogs for grooming, because they did things differently then the chain stores. It's difficult to get scheduled without waiting several weeks for your apt here though. Most recently we had booked an appointment and had 4-5 week wait. On the day of our apt. we received a call our apt. was canceled due to the groomer being ill. This was annoying as we had taken the day off etc. Mutts & Co also has a 50% balance due for any grooming cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, but no discount was offered for the inconvenience of their cancellation. We were rescheduled for the following week. Our dog is a miniature labradoodle, is under 50 pounds and has the coat of a lab (not curly, no matted hair and much less grooming time). We had asked the grooming scheduler about a lower tiered pricing given he is not like a traditional labradoodle and were told we would need to check with the groomer the day of. The day of we asked and were told no. $140 later and not a great cut we left the store. Later in the day our dogs ear appeared to be very bothersome so we investigated to find it appeared to suffer some type of damage/irritation. There was no blood or cuts, but something definitely happened to his ear that was not present before hand. It was concerning enough we took him to the vet where they were unable to explain what had happened or what it was, but ended up prescribing 3 medications to help with the pain/irritation. This is $137 on top of the grooming bill. We made contact with the scheduler at Mutts & Co. and she said just had the groomer contact us. We thought this to be be a bit awkward and when the groomer did reach out it essentially was long silences and uncomfortable conversation. The conversation and tone from our side was very nice and patient, but in the end the groomer indicated she only plucked the ear and did not shave/harm it. That's where things were left and we feel like we have no recourse at this point. No contact from management/ownership no offer to have them reach out. In the end the way this situation was handled was very poor. The owner's vision is not represented within the stores or by it's staff. Instead it's amateur hour. I hope the owner takes time to review this complaint rather than posting the canned responses as seen below for other poor reviews.Today is 1/17/23 and there has been zero follow-up by anyone from Mutts & Co. Service was rendered in late November.

I arrived with a new rescue to use the self wash station. The puppy was terrified and I was struggling. Mutts and Co employee, Sean, stepped in and helped me tremendously by petting and loving on the new rescue pup. We appreciated Sean and his kindness as we cleaned off the stank of this puppy's old life. This location has always been a great experience with excellent customer service.

Super underwhelmed by the store to say the least. I feed a fairly common dog food, Fromm Adult Classic that they never seem to have in stock, though every time I ask I’m told and promised it will be there. I have even placed a special order twice, do but have never be called and never had any follow through. When I try to talk to staff about it, they don’t care. Today I stood waiting at an empty counter holding a 30 pound bag of food while the three staff members in store milled around. They also seem to enjoy watching people struggle with large bags of dog food rather than holding the door for them. No help nearly to the point of rudeness. As soon as I finish out my 12 bags in order to get my free bag, I will definitely be finding another store to support.**Update: called today and they once again don’t have the food in stock. I was told I will be called “if it come in on the shipment” in 2 days. Didn’t let me order it, really no accommodation or help whatsoever. I really can’t wait to finish out my 12 bags for my free bag and be done with this store.

I came in to get a Full Service Spaw grooming service for my Goldendoodle and do some shopping. Johnicka did an amazing job with the groom and my dog absolutely loved her. My dog often gets anxiety when it's time for a groom, and I could immediately tell that Johnicka was so sweet and gentle with her.After her groom, we always like to do some shopping. The staff was so kind and offered great suggestions! I even had a coupon for 20% off a toy that wasn't entered correctly, and the store rep emailed me to refund me the difference. It was absolutely a great experience!

Today was my first time here, and I have to say it was a great experience! I live a little far away, but I will definitely be back! Geoffrey and Johnicka we’re very helpful on helping me find what I needed for my three dogs. (and probably a few things I didn’t need lol. ) thanks guys keep up the good work.
