Great values on same items as larger chains! The store is a worn and that is okay as long as they keep the prices low.Their flowers, year after year, compete with local greenhouse quality and in some instances outperform them.I enjoy the easy parking in and out, along with the plethora of space options.The staff is very friendly and eager to help - most of the time. I miss the popcorn machine being full.The downside is the meat selection is minimal and they have a small quantity of fresh meats to choose from.

When I moved to Westerville, Ohio. I thought this store was like a Fabric/Craft store. I searched Google and to my surprise. I learned this is a grocery store. The store is dated, but neat and clean. Despite those customers that still place items that they do not want in random places. Instead of handing the item to the cashier, or taking the item/s back to where you got the item from. Employees are nice. I am glad I looked up this Grocery Store.

Same products as the bigger stores for less. They may not have all of the options for everything you need, but if you're on a budget. Marc's is the place to go! I like how they stock many products and brands based in Ohio that are really good! Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Love the different options they have hear. Somethings are cheaper than Walmart / Kroger, others more expensive. Its fun to walk about and see what they have, esp not food related.Haven't purchased any of the plants they sell, but they also look full and healthy.

I came here to pick up a few things I knew main store didn't carry. However. After walking through thw store I surprisingly found everything I was going to be getting from the other location, and at reasonable prices! Pleasantly surprised, the only things dragging down my rating is a lack of customer appreciation program and check out took. Really long time. There was only e lanes open in a fairly busy time if day. Also, there was no bagger other than the cashier who seemed to refuse my help in bagging. Otherwise, pleasent experience

Love the prices. Every time I have shopped here it was a very Pleasant experience. Today the cashier Paul wasn't as customer friendlyas the other staff I hav encountered. He didn't assist with putting my groceries in the mobile cart I used 2 shop with. I do have a disability. He was making non professional facial expression while I was attempting to place my Id back on my purse. I was very happy with my purchase but not with my check out experience

A fantastic grocery chain!In my experience, their prices can only be beaten by Wally world or Aldi's, but even then not by much. Where Marc's really shines IMHO, is the selection. I have often found name brand items not carried by major grocery chains and always great prices. Their selection of fresh meat and produce isn't huge, however it is there and pretty diverse and will cover all of the basics and then some. A good wine, beer, and soft drinks section if you are looking for that. There is also a section of the store with misc inexpensive household items, and seasonal stuff. The store is in my experience always orderly, clean, and not overly crowded and the lines to check out are typically short.In short, give them a try. I doubt that you will be disappointed.

Was there today, March 5. Will not go again. I always support owned and operated businesses in Ohio. The employees are so RUDE, I will not go any longer. Three employees were all rude. I saw a woman yell at a customer not to clear her shelves of merchandise. There were no signs. The young man who rang me up not a thank you or how are you. Sad.

Great prices on OTC meds, cosmetics, and some food, overall. Not a great selection of deli meats, cheeses, produce, and prices of these are competitive but not worth a special trip. Some great deals on closeouts if they have what you are looking for, kind of hit or miss. Cleaning supplies, paper products, greeting cards are generally not a deal.

I would put 0/5 stars if possible.Lousy customer service! I bought eggs and the female manager was so unprofessional.I paid for organic eggs that were expired upon buying them. Apparently they do not do quality control and check expiration dates. I did not keep my receipt because I did not anticipate this issue. I brought back their expired eggs and asked for an exchange or refund since I paid for a new and usable product. She denied it and refused to correct this situation. That is lousy service and treatment of your customers. I have spend a lot of money shopping here, but I will not be going back. I am also warning all of my family and friends. I am so disappointed. What kind of grocery store does not stand behind their product? Receipt or not, that was a lapse in their quality control and customer service. Kroger does not mistreat their customers like this and I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.She was yelling and claiming without a receipt she can’t do anything about it.Thank you for wasting my time and money.I hope corporate is aware of how they treat their customers and that they don’t check expiration dates/stand behind what they sell to consumers.

Lots of target clearance items closeout priced resurfacing for about 90% off retail. Picked up a decent $2 pair of shoes and $2 for 5 pairs of socks! And of course decent food selection and cheap soda prices. They only take cash checks or discover card (please explain that one to me), but its worth the savings!

I really don't understand why this store exists. The service is bad, the lines are always slow and long, and their prices are higher than the Kroger, Walmart, and Aldie's within a few blocks. They also have TV's playing ads constantly while you are in line to check out. That's a new low that Walmart won't even try, Why does anyone shop here?

Marc's has great low prices on everything you need from frozen turkeys to Christmas wrapping paper. The store gets great close out items every week so there's always new items to buy. Their food items are fresh and we'll stocked daily. Try this store and you'll save money and time.

The last few times that I have been at this store I have noticed that this store is selling expired food. I started noticing this when I bought some expired cans of food. I have even bought some bad meat from this store. I will never be back. At least Kroger knows how to rotate their food. And btw you might want to fix and remove the mold in the ceiling. The health department needs to see this.

Ive always loved Marcs but after today I am not so sure.The cashier accused me of changing the price on an item that was 7.99. He said and I quote" I dont believe you but I'll give it to you anyway ". He misread the price and thought it said 1.99 ..And to add insult to injury he didn't apologize for his error .smh

Store mandates all visitors wear mask or face shield regardless of any medical condition. Even after bringing up the American with disabilities act they still require some form of PPE. Shameful!!! I won’t be shopping here anymore!! Also for those that have been to the location in a while, pay attention as they have recently done a remodel and have had no issue easing the prices to help pay for this. Beware!!!!

Great store. They have great prices compared to other groceries. They don't carry all the same brands or products as other stores but you can't beat the prices of what they do. They also have a great close out area. You can find all kinds of great things for great prices there as well.

Fun place to shop. Deli is wonderful. Produce can be hit-or-miss. Fun unusual items, cheap. Helpful staff. Mixed clientele, and often not of the best variety- which explains some of the negative reviews, I believe.

I love popping in Marc’s from time to time. I’m amazed with how much variety I can find here when it comes to dressings, dry goods, snack foods, etc. The lady that works at the main customer service desk is a trip!!! I need to shop here more and will!

Always like Marcs and have been going to Marcs for a long time. This store is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. The store offers complimentary coffee while shopping. Pricing is usaully good, but noticed not as many sales on the soda as in the past.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst managed grocery store ever. You will wait 30 minutes in line because they will only pay 1 cashier.

2 lbs of ground beef for $ 16.00 I think not. A lot of their items are overpriced and yet the manager argues with me. I wont return and I hope they get their prices together. Even the employee working that ate told me they marked it up from 3.99 per lb. Smh at ripping ppl off.1

I was reminded today while visiting this store for one item, why I stopped going there in the first place. I went in to buy 1 item. They had two registers open and after waiting 20 mins in line to check out. The cashier proceeded to tell me he was closed. I told him no I have been waiting. Then he proceeded to tell me I wasn’t waiting in line. After some arguing he finally decided to help me and the person behind me who had also been waiting for a long time. Emerson, who was the cashier who helped me was so rude and disrespectful. I will not be back.

If a zero stars option was available I would select that option. During the last few years I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Marc’s in Westerville supporting the local grocery store. In the last year I’ve noticed some changes as some of the staff and management has become rude and treating me unfairly. And multiple people I’ve spoken to shared the same experience. Marc’s in Westerville has become a store employed by racist white people who seem to have a problem with black people who are either purchasing items in bulk (the sales ad and no signage did not say there’s a limit) and or exchanging items the cashier made a mistake on the original purchase. What I experienced today from the manager & front customer service was highly offensive and uncalled for. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES!

I slipped and fell in the produce area. Before I knew it my feet were out from under me and I fell. When got up, saw lots of water. Looking around, no employees were around. In a few moments I saw one go down and isle across the way. When called out to her, she told me she was off. I had to yell at her that I fell and there was lots of water where I fell. Didn't ask if I was ok or anything. Walked off.I've come here a bit over the years and I've noticed the customer service is going down, esp with ladies who I've seen there for awhile, of which this one was.

I am a long time Marc's shopper, mainly in the western Cuyahoga county stores near Cleveland and I am very happy that he has a store in Westerville. By keeping his overhead minimized, he is able to generally price groceries lower than the big chains and the close-out bargains and seasonal items are an added bonus.
