We brought our English Bulldog "Frijol" to Flo for about 8 years (until his recent passing). Flo and her assistant are very caring and made sure he was taken care of. We would come once a month and he would always come back looking like his Sunday best right before church. THANK YOU FLO! And thank you to your assistant for taking such great care of our family member. We will continue to stop in to say hello. If we have another addition to our family, we will sure let you know. Thank You!

Another great visit to see Flo.She is very booked and see’s less clients than most because she takes her time with every one. “Every pet is different, and takes a different amount of time” is posted right on the door.We’ve taken our timid new puppy to our senior dogs over the past decade. Go in with an idea of what you want. Get offered suggestions and tips for maintaining, and you will get a professional job.We have always felt like our dogs were in the care of someone that genuinely loved dogs.She actually saw signs of dementia in our blind dog that was later diagnosed by our vet. That senior dog was also monitored by Flo for anxiety and increased high blood pressure and heart rate. Flo immediately called and recommended we continue her grooming at a vet, where emergency assistance is readily available if needed. Her recommendation was great, and they have seen other high risk pets sent to them by Flo.If you have a dog that has never been or hates going to the groomer, give LYPGS a chance to see if they can change your dogs mind.

Just got our English bulldog back who we recently adopted and she’s squeaky clean nails clipped and a new bandana they gave her. And oooohhh she smells so much better. They did great and I felt the price was very reasonable. I will continue to take her here.

Not exactly sure what happened. We have a 3 year old Cavachon and this was his first time The owner was very professional, price was good and the place was clean. Our little one is a very friendly and social dog, and loves everybody and plays well with all dogs, everyone loves him. When he was picked up, the owner wasn’t available and the other technician said she wasn’t available because he really wore her out, she had to shower and lay down. Our little Baby came home traumatized and not himself. If he caused a problem, it would have been nice to know. The low rating is because he wasn’t himself on the ride home and when he got home he wasn’t himself and no communication regarding what happened.

So glad I found them! Close to home and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous and pricing was fair. They taught me something I never knew about trimming my senior dog's nails and fit me in for a nail trim appt quickly. Would highly recommend.

My dogs and I have been going to Flo for years now and she does an outstanding job with my yorkies!! They both love going to the groomers... She also is accurate to how you want your dogs cut each time and pricing does reflect the condition your dog comes in and how long it takes to get the job done!! I have and will continue to recommend Love your Pet Grooming to anyone in the near future:)

Since moving to Ohio I tried 2 groomers and a vet office for getting my rescue dog's nails trimmed and all were unsuccessful (our dog is small but very aggressive when it comes to strangers and grooming) but the staff here was AMAZING and able to trim our guy's nails without incident!! When everyone else gave up after barely even trying, this place knew exactly what to do and did it swiftly and wonderfully!

My family and I just rescued a dog and Flo treated my dog, Tuck Finn, with gentleness, caring and expertise. She made sure to ask about any of his potential triggers and made sure to call us when he was finished- especially because this was his first time with Love Your Pet Grooming Shop- she wanted him to make sure he knew we weren't abandoning Tuck again. I thought that was very caring!He looked amazing when we picked him up!! She did a lovely job and Tuck looked So Handsome!! And he seemed to be rather at ease when we picked him up- more happy to be seen by us, than scared or apprehensive of being at the groomer!I would highly recommend Love your Pet Grooming, and have in person, to anybody! Flo was more comprehensive in her grooming of Tuck AND less expensive than the other grooming options around us! They really took their time with my husky. He came back looking better than ever. We have never found a groomer who has done as great of a job as they have with our husky! We will definitely be returning to them for his next appointment!

This was a very good grooming experience. I have since moved to to North Carolina. But I love this grooming service so much, I just text my aunt who still lives in Gahanna the info. This shop come highly recommended by me. I just wished I had found this place years before I was ready to move. Thank you🐕❤

This place is phenomenal. We have taken our Samoyed here since he was a tiny pup, and we will never take him anywhere else. We recommend Flo to everyone we know, especially huskies! Our Samoyed looks like a show dog everytime we pick him up!

Don’t take your golden retriever here they don’t know how to groom a golden. The woman that talked to me was very nice and professional however the groomer that did my Golden does not know how to groom a golden. She took clippers to my pup and gave him a chopped cut. She took off all of his feathered fur(everything that makes a golden look like a golden) He now looks like a yellow lab with a fluffy tail. When I dropped him off I told them I want him washed and trimmed a little because he was getting shaggy and long. When I picked him up I had to pay before I saw him and the when I did see him I was in shock. The lady said “oh is he too short” like she could change that I was just so shocked I said he looks like a different dog. I am still in shock almost 2 days later. They had him for 8hrs because he was “not cooperating” of course he wasn’t cooperating you took clippers to him. All he’s ever had was small trims with scissors which is what I thought they were doing. Needless to say that was a waste of $140 dollars, 8 hours and traumatic for both my pup and I. Don’t take your Goldens here

My Dog Bear Bear had such an amazing experience here! He’s a Pomeranian and hates getting groomed. He’s always so stressed and upset and I’m usually so stressed and upset but we had such an amazing experience! He’s almost 11 and was acting like a happy puppy when I picked him up! He looked beautiful and the price was very reasonable. The staff was super friendly. I know it sounds cheesy but I got such a good vibe from them that I wasn’t nervous leaving my baby. We will be using them from now on.

While I can not complain at all about the grooming, I will not return. We have 2 dogs a Pomeranian and a yorkichoo. We were charged $55 for the Pomeranian which was totally reasonable considering the quality job we received. However, we were quoted between $30-40 for our yorkichoo and charged $50. When picking up our dog, there was another customer upset as she was quoted $60 and charged $110.I feel you need to have a price list and consitancy. I do not feel we can return just out of principal.So, it seems as if you list 3 customers today.

I have a 13 month old rescue dog with a lot of anxiety. Flo is very patient with him knowing his fears. Does a good job washing and brushing him even though they can't put him up on the table.
