This is the second time I’ve been to this location and have enjoyed both visits. They have a dog washing room where I take my boy. The associates are friendly and will assist you with whatever you need. I highly recommend this store and this location to pet owners for the baths, supplies, food, treats, supplements and so on. I have two Mississippi Made beds for my dog and he loves them!

The store is very well organized and the employees are super helpful. There is one gentleman who works there who is the best--polite, assists not just at the counter but will go back to the product I would like and help there, also.

My groomer recommended the Hollywood feed in Westerville and they do not disappoint. Brad demonstrates the highest level of customer service you could experience! He has taken the time to discuss the best options for my pup and educate me so I can make the best decisions. He even carries the bags to your car. You can tell he is knowledgeable, passionate and kind. With all the easy, convenient ways to shop for pet needs these days, I truly appreciate feeling like I have a real resource and someone who wants the best for his customers and their pets!

Hollywood Feed Westerville is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The first time we went in after adopting our puppy the manager Brad told us about deals they had and gave us a free bag of food. They remember who we are when stop in. I highly recommend going here for all you pets needs

Friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable about their products and will offer advice, if asked, but are never pushy. Prices for food and products are reasonable. I will continue to shop there for all my pets needs!

I stopped into Hollywood Feed for advice on what to feed a sick cat. I was very impressed with the associate who assisted me. He understood my situation and gave me many options. He even gave me a sample of one type of food that turned out to be just what I needed! I went back the next day and purchased a bag of this. I believe this man has improved my pet's quality of life, and I'm very grateful.

I have a large senior dog who has arthritis. He was chewing on his backend, so we thought that he might be in pain. After talking to an associate about the dog's problem, I was shown Relief CBD treats for dogs. We tried them and have had great success!

We received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from Hollywood Feed after they learned of our dog Rocky’s passing. Such a touching gesture that truly helped us get through a difficult time!! The Staff at Hollywood Feed went above and beyond with helping me when I brought my 9 week Corgi into the store. They helped me choose the right harness, treated me to a bag of food, and talked to me about different toy, treat, and peanut butter options. They were extremely kind and caring! Additionally they told me if Tobi didn’t like anything I could bring it back. She didn’t like the training treats I bought so I took them back in and they exchanged them for me, after opening two bags of other treats to see if she liked those. 100% recommend! Thank you staff, especially Benessa and Paul.

When we adopted our senior rescue dog this is the first place we came. He got a new bed, a warm coat and a collar. We love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful and they spend time making sure your pet likes their treats. We get our special brand of cat little here too and they’re so great to help order it for us. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

They’re nice and knowledgeable and I’d pay a premium—and they do charge premium prices for high quality product—for a fun place to go with my puppy and to support a local business. However the detractor is the filth outside. I’d be afraid my puppy would catch something. Yeah it may be the customer's responsibility to pick up after their dogs but it's the store's image and first impression.

This was my first time to Hollywood Feed and I was expecting it to be somewhat like Pet People. But the only thing that was like Pet People was the people. The store itself was nothing unique, nor did it have any good sales that I saw in cat land. There were no pets available or kitties for adoption. Sadly, I am a little disappointed in the rest of the store, but I can say it was neat and organized. The people working there were really friendly and attentive and would be the only real reason to go back.

This was my first visit to Hollywood Feed. I’ve never had a pet but my sister-in-law was visiting and had her Yorkie with her. As she moved here and will be visiting frequently, I thought I’d get a couple of bowls and doggie treats to have on hand.The staff was immediately helpful and offered suggestions on the treats. They were patient and informative. I’ll be back (the Yorkie didn’t like the first treats I bought, 😂)
