850 pm Sunday Nov 26- I will never set foot in this dollar tree again. There was an employee doing some thing while I was standing at the register. He never acknowledged me or anything I know he saw me because he walked past me. He went outside and started doing something like putting signs up. I don’t know. I kept waiting I finally just got ready to leave and leave the stuff at the register. When I go outside, I saw him and I brought it to his attention that I was planning on buying some thing but since no one‘s wanting to ring me up, I guess I’ll leave. The first thing he says with an attitude is, what do you need? What have you Slee like I stated before and like anybody with a brain with see I was there to buy something. Still never rang me up. He just called a lady named Carolyn. Never apologized anything. The Carolyn lady came up and says what time is it? Is it 10 o’clock? NO Carolyn! It’s 8:45- so you both have issues. I don’t know if Carolyn was sleeping -I will never go there again due to his attitude. I think his name was Mike I’m not sure a skinny homely, looking non-attractive old white man. That’s all I have since I wasn’t able to get his name for sure.

Was there today. Line to back of store. Waited close to 15mins to even get to register, only to be told that person was shutting down. I get in another line, girl clearly didn't want to be there. Hoodie up over head. Never said a word to me or to person in front of me. When it was time to pay she just stood there looking at me, didn't give me a total or anything.

Marcia was the woman that checked us out and she was absolutely amazing and we had a great conversation, she got us in and out quickly and was super sweet while talking to my girlfriend!

I've been going here for years. I've been going here since Deals was there until it was bought by Dollar Tree. The staff has always been really friendly, a lot better than the other Dollar Trees I've been too, especially the one in Lewis Center. I really wish the store was a bit cleaner. I understand with it being a dollar store, it's not going to be perfect. I don't have high expectations, especially since they've recently moved stuff around. Just a little cleaning needs to be done, otherwise I don't plan to stop shopping here since like I said, I've been coming here for years. Plus it's closer to me and it's really not so bad. I've never had issues with this location and 99.9% of the time I find what I was looking for.

How are you going to have a line and all 3 staff blowing up 4 balloons for someone. Then one looks at you in line and says “I’d help you but I’m not on the clock” and proceeds to eat a sandwich. Do you not have a break room? Bad customer service here.

Love the dollar store or should I say the dollar and a quarter store. Everything in the store is 1.25, you don't have to ask for any prices, everything is 1.25 and they have a little bit of everything and have some great bargains.

Love that it's not like those imposters who claim to be a dollar store then price most items for $5-$20. It's a true dollar store. Everything is actually $1. Great place for name brand batteries (Panasonic). Employees are always nice, especially the 2nd shift supervisor/manager.

Its the usual Dollar Store. This location always seems to be messy, constantly moving products around. It is what it is. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Availability of products seems to be a hit or miss, even before the pandemic. They have plenty of parking available, its easy to see from the main road. I don't believe they have a public restroom.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. When I asked if they had a better selection of storage containers the cashier mocked me like a child before informing me the truck had not come in yet while walking away. I like the dollar tree and have shopped at different locations without any issues. This location I do not recommend for their poor customer service.

The staff are nice and the location is convenient but that’s about it. This location always seems to be under stocked and unorganized. Came here a few weeks ago to buy things for my son’s 3rd birthday party (stickers, balloons, etc.). The stickers I was looking for were sold out and all of the packs of balloons were sold out as well. A worker had to go to the back to get a box of balloons and even then, there were only packs of orange and green neon balloons, not the usual mix of blue, red, orange, green, etc.

Everything is $1. Lots of good things.Seasonal decorations, party supplies, goodies for gift bags and birthday prizes. Great place to get helium balloons!Lots of little food snacks perfect for packed lunches.Some housewares stuff. Mugs, plates, kitchen gadgets. Perfect place to stock a new kitchen.Check it out.

Worst Dollar Tree location I've ever been in! It looked like a tornado had went down each isle. I asked the cashier when the burglary had occurred - he didn't get it. I overheard another shopper say it looked worse the last time she was there, so I was wondering why she was there again. Unless they start giving items away for free, I won't be going back.

It's a dollar store, so it's not posh. But a great selection of value-priced items and decent customer service. Fun seasonal decorations (Valentine's, Halloween, etc.) for cheap. No complaints from me.

Of course I always spend more than a $1! Always worth it. The manager even put something I was looking for on hold for me, just in case it sold out. I really appreciated that.

Went today to pick up some gift bags. The store manager or a worker was counting out a cash drawer for over 45 minutes while there was 1 cashier open with a line clear to the back of the store. At least the one cashier was kind, patient, and apologetic for the other persons rude behavior.

They're always helpful. Know where things are. Courtesy is prevalent. Only drawback is it is VERY dirty going out door. Didn't notice going in.

This store has always been clean and organized when I have gone in. The people have been friendly and when there is a computer issue they were quick to get us checked out and sincerely apologized for the issues.
