Why is there never a negative -5 stars? If there was that type of rating, mine would look like this as a negative -★-★-★-★-★I have been through hell and back since November 2022 to-date. I’ve lost time, money and respect for this store, I've never been so humiliated! So much so, I'll never return to it.Both in-store and online has been a real eye opener for me in regard to this store and its employees and management.If you hate your jobs then quit!!! It's not my fault you have to work. The customer may not always right, but they're still the customer.You sell products from China and everything they sell is far too small for your patrons. It's obvious that you do not care to guess where they came from, my last online order came from Wuhan, China! They are the second largest city in China and its where Covid-19 came from!Why for example is your Great Value Yogurt still $1.96, when it use to be $1.26? That's only one example and there are so many others like this. No more Rollout advertising anymore I guess.You need some serious competitors, and I've already got some in a 75 mile radius. That's just what I've done, and it's worth never stepping into your store ever again.Have a pleasant day Walmart Superstore employees and management, your going to need a lot of those days more than you think; trust and believe that. 👀

Always have mostly what I need. Wish they'd just stop with the self checkout bull. Always thinking someone is takin something without paying. It beeps every two minutes or I hear that daggone door ring every ten. Come on... If you don't like me doing it or what worker u have there. Then fix it. Other than that. Love it . Better than going to Maysville.

Items prices wrong at checkout customer service claims that they could only give me one item at advertised price as they changed the price on floor. Then a associate continued to tell me that it was there policy. This finally resolved by a Walmart (coach) after nearly 20 minutes. I am thoroughly disappointed

Usually friendly but today the deli told me they probably wouldn't have time to make the chicken I wanted, so I waited ten minutes watching them serve only a few customers and ignoring me that was there waiting first. Made me feel very disrespected and 😡. Not a satisfied customer at all.

The store itself is clean. When I do come in to shop there are few employees, with the exception of holiday weeks, few registers are open most days, but thankfully self check out works (most of the time).I once checked out at the service desk, because lines were few there and they were checking customers out to help cashiers, the man in front of me called the two workers at the desk "stupider than I am" and proceeded to throw an item at them then angrily stomped out. From what I recall one was on the phone with another customer, and the one he was speaking with happened to not know the country of origin the item came from. The one not on the phone happily helped me check out afterwards.Prices are great for some things, not so great for others, employees are usually willing to help you out, even if it's not their department you are asking about.The Deli has some new selections and some good food, but some of the workers need to work on customer service instead of complaining or irritating the worker I'm getting my order from. (Workers seem to change frequently, so experiences may vary, most seem dedicated to the customer service lately! -2023)Electronics has a new, neat set up, but there's hardly anyone at the desk when you need them, then again half the time they're out on the floor with another customer and pretty easy to find.Bathrooms are clean, and cleaned regularly from what I've seen, unfortunately there's two men's and two women's in the entire store, one in the front, one in the back, and the only family room is in the back at electronics.Handicapped customers have a harder time getting into the eggs / yogurt and meat sections with the new doors, but the food does stay colder now.Every day at about two o'clock I hear someone over the intercom telling associates to 'zone'. For those of you who don't know what that means, they're telling associates to go and pull things forward and straighten shelves to make it look good, and so you can reach it, since two o'clock is just before schools let out and the most traffic hits shortly after.There are some things that could make my experience better, like at least one employee in each department that has their own unique vest or something that says their department maybe so I know who to talk to, maybe a set amount of at least ten cashiers any given day, an employee who doesn't gossip annoyingly when I order food, a produce department where several items had two displays, so I can get my bell peppers no matter the country of origin.Fortunately for me (because I don't really care for it), and unfortunately for some others (because they do), this Walmart is in a dry county, meaning no alcohol. (This is changed as of November 2023, I will update when I see if they have added actual alcohol to the store!) There are mixes for things alcohol related, like daiquiris, but no beer, rum, vodka, whatever be your poison, it's not here.Those are just my opinions of the place though, as a local. Please, come by and try it out. I'm sure you will love it!

I had 3 seperate orders, I had my cart set up the way I wanted to take items out and ring them. Went thru self check out so I didn't have to bother a cashier with this. I got to the line and the person watching the sco line came up and started talking to me. Very friendly and I appreciate that. But she started unloading my cart. I stopped her to let her know about the seperate orders. She continued unloading my cart. And putting stuff in bags at her station. I said honey please allow me to do this. You are messing me up. I had 3 credit cards. One for each order. She didn't stop. Had me all messed up. Didn't get 2 of my bags. Got my 3 receipts. Went back to ask for my 2 bags that she bagged. They didn't have them. These were for other people. I had to repurchase the items with my own money. If she wanted to watch me that was fine. I asked her to please let me ring myself up. It made me mad. I know there is theft. But I was right next to her station. She could have just observed me. And she kept talking. People have different ways of concentrating. She caused me to loose my train of thought. She was very nice. But please just watch if we yell you we don't need help.

Well yesterday was Christmas Eve, it was packed as you could imagine. Whenever I have a question on where to find something, the best people to ask are the stickers. They will actually take a second to look up what you need. The management on the other hand act like you're an inconvenience and should already know. Oh and they had ñot one dozen of eggs🤦. Of any kind at all, no whole milk period. Other then that I used self check out because they seem to go faster.

It is no secret it can be hard to find someone in several departments around Wal-mart. Especially electronics.That wasn't the case for us the past few visits. Electronics, along with every department we went into had ample, helpful employees. From the time we walked in, until we left, nothing but positive encounters.

It's Walmart as always. they have ran down their employees so much that you can feel how low their morality. They usually only have the self checks and smoke shop lane open during the most busiest times of the day. I don't mind using the self check, prefer it actually but there's 8 self checks and lines will be wrapped down the aisles

I mean... its Walmart. In Adams county. The store itself is fine, usually clean. Stock is an issue sometimes, but that's just how things are anywhere. You make do with what you can find. Some of the aisles feel claustrophobic to me, being very thin and stacked high on either side. But really it's the patrons that turn me off the most, and stores can do little to change that. So...while it's Walmart, please take a shower, brush your teeth and run a comb through your hair. I shouldn't be able to smell you before I see you. Or after. Or during.

I had 600.00 worth of items. Bedding, expensive tent ect. Few items. We got there before closing. A man came up to me, said closing in 5 minutes. I'm going as fast as I can. He said. All registers closed. @ 11. Not to mention how rude he was. I can't stand this Wal-Mart. I just moved here too. Never again

Walmart never haves what you need, what the internet says they carry it, but when you get there you find that they lied. Self check out sucks. Tired of people checking my receipts at the door. I hate Walmart
