I love this new dairy queen location because its super clean including the bathrooms & the food is always made fresh. Be careful when getting fries because their always hot. You cant go wrong with the 7$ meal deal. Your choice of chicken strips or a original cheeseburger, fries a drink and a sunday to finish the package with the topping of your choice. My recommendation is the peanut butter topping. But if they get the cotton candy dip back then you should try that also. But if dairy queen reads this bring back the cotton candy dip for ice cream because its amazing. But for a fast food restaurant or ice cream shop it gets top ratings in my book. The staff is always polite and let you sit down and bring your food out when its ready. They will also wait to serve your ice cream or desert until you after you eat the main course if you would like. I use this method when eating in to keep my ice cream from melting. This location also offers outside seating if you would really like to eat out 😉 Follow me on google maps to read more reviews of awesome locations!!!Parking: The parking is a bit strange at this location. 😳 Park in the back lot and stay to the righ when pulling in if you plan to eat in. Stay left if you intend to go through the drive-thru. Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids and families. Good clean atmosphere with everything you will need. There is even outside seating if you would like some fresh air.

We love DQ! We think they're the best fast food in West Union, Ohio. Their food is always hot and put together very well. The staff is respectful and kind. My youngest daughter is obsessed lol. It's also horse and carriage accessible for a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: Chicken, Ice cream, and can't forget cheese curds- we love those things

Portions are not always the same. I got 2 churro dipped cones size small,let me tell you they were extra small and hardly any churro on them. You could see the vanilla through it. 3.39 each . Then we got a small blizzard, extremely pricey almost $5.00. I will not visit this place again. Pricing is way out of line for what you get, very scimpy

Extremely bad service at this location. I am a rather livid. I am sick and tired of giving my hard earned dollars to this place. I have been coming to this location for over 30 years. After today, I will no longer be a customer. The last few times I have visited they have been out of items. Like malt mix for their milkshakes or onions for your hot dogs. Today they were out of the regular hot dogs and only had the foot longs which I didn't want. I pull up to the window to get my food and I asked for the owners number. A heavyset girl with her hair up came to the window and said she was the Manager. I asked why they were consistently out of items and she said they were eventually were going to close for the season and aren't reordering ingredients. I started that this was not cool to the customers etc. One thing led to another and she refused to give me my food and asked me to leave which really pissed me off. I just wanted my food and I felt she should of made some kind of concession on the price since I had to pay extra for food for their lack of stocking it. I will NEVER visit this location again as a neighbor of this establishment and will let all of my neighbors know about my poor experience. While in was there, a customer ended up leaving the drive through because they failed to respond to a customer who was at the drive through menu board.

Staff is awesome. The cookie dough blizzard and cotton candy blizzard are great. Also, it's not this location's fault (it's DQ everywhere, so I'm not changing the stars), but the banana split blizzard is horrible. If you're getting a blizzard, get one of the 2 mentioned as good.

We got the cheese curds and a few other things. But my boyfriend asked them to fry them lightly due to me having teeth survey and not really being able to chew. And they did just that. So props to them for making happy customers.

I have been coming to the West Union, ohio location literally since opening day. Everytime without fail they have messed my order up. Anytime I eat out I always ask for "cooked to order" as to not pay high dollars for cold food that sat under a heat lamp for hours. For about 3 weeks we went through the drive thru and everytime we ate our food we thought the burgers tasted cold. After giving us the wrong food, improper size meals, giving us food we did not order, we went inside to complain. The manager did not know what cooked to order was and we had to explain it. The drive thru staff is untrained and very rude. After a month of eating here, I would steer clear of this location due to the simple fact that a business should listen to the purchaser and give a proper delivery of what has been ordered. Any business that fails to do so operates poorly and loses customers.

Beat Service from a Fastfood restaurant in West Union. Yea prices maybe a little high but I have not had one worker that wasn’t happy to do their job nor had one being rude. This is my Favorite Fast Food Restaurant in town.

My experience wasn’t so pleasant the last time I went there. Some young people don’t know how to count money or change. My bill was $3.69. I gave a five dollar bill, 2 Quarters and 2 nickels. I told her don’t worry about the penny. She gave me a $1.91saying I gave her $5.60. How does 2 quarters and 2 dimes add up to 60cents. Why would I give you 60 cents for you to give me 91 cents. Where is the logic in that? It’s not about the dime, it’s about rudeness. Will never go there again!

My husband got a peanut butter parfe 😍 it was absolutely delicious. My husband made a comment on how he was impressed on neatly it was made compared to other DQs he's ordered from. The service was great. I had a pretty large order, 5 chili chz dogs, a grilled chz, 6 dili pops, my husband's ice cream, as well as some funnel cake ice cream sundae. We received out order very quickly and where very satisfied with out visit.

What a disappointment!! We ordered a cheeseburger. What we got was a mustard and ketchup sandwich with a patty of meat. The mustard oozed out all over us and everywhere. Worst sandwich ever!!!!
