This is by far the best clinic I have ever been too! Their first priority is to take care of your animals. Dr. Page saved my 12 year old after I had taken her to another vet for an ultrasound. I was told to get ready to say goodbye to her. I took her back to Dr. Paige and let her know what I was told. Dr. Paige started managing the symptoms and my girl is still with me after 1 and 1/2 years!

I appreciate my home town vet clinic so much. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr Paige is my guiding light when it comes to taking care of my animals, especially on the challenging ones. Dr Paige explains things, provides options when there are options, and when we are in unfamiliar territory she says so and we take it one step at a time. They provide estimates to help budget and make decisions. The staff and Dr Paige have always been loving and caring towards my pet children and taken the best care of them when we needed it. They all truly have a heart of compassion for the well being of animals!

Price gouges and makes recommendations to fleece clients for money. Have had my own animals impacted by these decisions as well as others I know. Literally fleeced my friend for thousands of dollars just trying to figure out what was wrong with her cat when another vet figured it out almost immediately.I caution against this vet if you love your animals.

I’ve been taking my dogs to this vet for over 9 years but not anymore. I took my 80 pound lab in to update his shots. Like any dog, he doesn’t like shots at all. In the past I have always been in the room for shots so I can calm him down but the last visit they took him to the back where I heard way to much..they left my door open so I could hear what was happening with my dog. I heard Dr. Paige be very aggressive towards my dog and saying “your going to getLexapro!”. A few seconds later she opened the door (which was directly across from my room where I was standing) my dog obviously wanted to get to me and out of that back room. When he went towards me, Dr. Paige yanked up on his collar, choking him and screamed “QUIT IT!”.RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! So I ran up and got my poor dog from her and said what do you think your doing to my dog?!She tried to say she only got “stern” because he wouldn’t listen but that gives her no right to hurt my dog…I only hope that they haven’t done this in the past and I’m just now finding out about it. I will never be taking my dogs back to this vet as I do not feel like they were safe with her.

I love Dr Paige and the entire staff here! This place is a hidden gem and I’m so thankful I found it and was able to bring my babies here for all their needs! I have not been this comfortable with a veterinarian since we were patients of Dr Pol’s. I could not recommend this place enough. Very personable, genuine, courteous, knowledgeable people working here. Thank you for taking care of my babies for me while I lived in Ohio. I hope you’re able to live your dream soon, Doctor. ♥️

Definitely recommend! The staff were kind and friendly. They did a health check on a very senior cat. All recommended tests/treatments were explained and did not seem excessive. There was no pressure to take a specific course of action.

Incredibly empathetic and kind. Got a cat from the Miami County animal shelter in January '22. Cat was fine but paws were off. Doctor diagnosed immediately. Got what he needed before his health plummeted severely due to an immune disorder. They were patient, kind, and even though they were straightforward, the doctor offered other plans for treatment while being honest about outcomes. It was honestly cheap, considering all the tests and euthanasia. They even sent a condolence letter. Great people. Would reccomend to anyone who loves their pets.

This place is awesome! They took really good care of my 5 month puppy Hank. He is a Lab and usually very nervous around new people but he loved them all! They’re quick to get you scheduled and give wonderful advice! Truly care about your pet😊

Awesome team of people, everyone is very polite and friendly, they take top notch care of the animals. If your looking for a local vet that will take excellent care of your pet and won't break the bank account, this is the place to go. Can't recommend them enough!

This is probably hands down the best Veterinarian Clinic I ever had the privilege to use. The staff is wonderful and kind and are always there to answer questions, when they can answer them for you. (Otherwise they will call you back) Dr Paige Theuring is such an amazing person and vet, her kindness and understanding is beyond anyone I have ever met in the Vet business. You can tell her love for the animals and the owners is what truly goes into her work.Thank you all for being such amazing and wonderful people, even now while we live thru these complicated times. Your kindness is more then appreciated.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Paige for 10 years and I refuse to use another vet. The staff here rocks as well!!Today our 4 year old fur baby was hit by a truck in our yard. Without ANY hesitation, Dr. Paige took Goliath right back and did her damndest to stabilize him so we could take him to the surgeon in Centerville.Everything looked great but unfortunately, his internal injuries were too bad.Dr. Paige and her 3 techs were there with me when he crossed the Rainbow bridge and they literally had to hold me up as my heart broke.THANK YOU DR. PAIGE...YOU ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST!❤❤

On 12/2/2016 my in-laws golden retriever became suddenly ill and fell down and was unable to stand. Their dog is rather large and they were unable to lift him. A call to the clinic was made and members of the staff responded to their house directly and took their dog back to the clinic. They even took special care of my father in law who was obviously very distraught. They even kept someone with the dog the entire time before we could get everyone to the clinic. Although the decision was made to euthanize their beloved pet, the staff went above and beyond throughout every aspect of the event. The compassion they showed was second to none and we could not have been happier with the staff. They gave us all the time we needed and provided all the information that was required to make that difficult decision. They stayed with us throughout the entire process.I would like to thank each and every member of the staff for their kind words and compassionate actions that day and for going above and beyond for our family. Thank you very much for everything that everyone did that day. The staff here has always been great as we have dealt with them numerous times through the years. Dr. Paige and her entire staff are a class act. Thank you again.

Regarding Paige: - zero empathy from her. No bedside manner. I wouldn't trust her with a sick animal. Grotesque attitude. Will not come here again. Foul. I wouldn't be surprised if she lost her vet license.

We adopted a senior cat, who was already a patient there. He has a heart murmur & some age related issues. I was very happy with the results of that visit. The exam, test, & immunization went well. And I was able to spend time talking about his needs, which is very important. I can highly recommend this veterinarian practice.

I took our 19-year-old female cat who was crying and wandering about the house and continued crying, never settling down. We took her to the West Milton Veterinary Clinic. They told us they would run tests and came back to give us the results. They explained the test results and answered any questions, or clarifications we needed. They are caring and knowledgeable.

So my cat is pretty wild. She likes me and is scared of everyone else. Taking her to the vet is a CHORE. The staff here were excellent with my baby. I'm not sure what the Doctor did, but she handled her with absolute ease. Fixed my loved one right up!

We called last week and scheduled a puppy count X-ray for our 185 lbs English mastiff and confirmed that they could accommodate this request. They said yes. Our appointment was for this morning, 0830am, July 9th. We arrived at 0815am, our dog was weighed and was placed in room 3. No physical exam was done. The vet on duty did not speak to us. Our dog was escorted to the back area where the x-rays are done and she laid down on the floor when she needed to be lifted up on to the X-ray table. Our dog was the same size as the table or larger, which is a problem in itself because they already confirmed they could do this X-ray. Since our big girl was scared and anxious, the staff decided that their best option was to physically strap her on to a gurney and lift her on to the table. We questioned this several times and staff members told us this is completely normal. We were slightly skeptical at this point. Once they got her on to the gurney, she deficated several times. To me, this says that our dog isn't conformable. We should have stopped them at this point and regret to confirm that we didn't. The reason we didn't is because each staff member continued to convey to us that this is "totally normal" and that there was nothing to worry about. Once on the table, the X-ray was taken, THE, as in 1 single X-ray. They got her back down, unstrapped and off she goes. The vet, for the first time, speaks with us and states that she cant confirm the number of puppies but sees 7-8 and stated there could be that or could be 14, she doesn't know since she was "thick". The X-ray was blurry and we were told they weren't going to continue to take x rays. This puppy count is the entire reason we are bringing our dog in this morning. After being told by the vet the rough puppy count, my wife was led to the x ray room to see the xray for herself. There was a vet tech in there who huffed and puffed, stomped and slammed trash cans on the floor as she cleaned. My wife asked if there was a problem with the way the tech was acting and the tech left the area while the vet said there was no issue. No other explanation was given. My wife went to the register while I took the dog outside. The clerk told her 125.00, which we paid. But for what? In my opinion, the staff was unprofessional and did nothing more than inconvenience us this morning. The staff did not do their jobs today. We paid 55.00 for an exam that was never done and 70.00 for an X-ray to only tell us that she was pregnant with an extremely rough estimate of pups, which we already knew. We did not get a copy of the X-ray either. We wanted a puppy count so when she welps next week, we have an expectation, not a guess that ranges from 7 to 14. I called other local vets after this horrible excuse for an appointment and was told by ALL of them that they would never strap a dog down that way. These folks are supposed to be the professionals and we trusted them with our dog and her pups. I have lived in the west milton area my entire life and I will NEVER take my pets to this place again. I will not recommend them to anyone either.

I lost my biggest, bestest buddy yesterday. I have never met a vet and staff that cared so much. Dr Paige and staff felt my pain and were very patient through the whole process. Thank you very much Dr Paige and staff. You have a customer for life.

I relied on WMV for two dogs' health care over a 5 year period. My sister has taken her dog to them for many years, as have several friends. I've never had a complaint and neither have the people I know who go there. Dr. Theuring is a Godsend to animals and their owners in administering smart and compassionate care at very reasonable prices. The staff, Dr. Theuring, and other vets I've met there are all excellent.

We had an appt for a consultation with DrPaige. I later called back twice with questions and have never received a call back. I personally think if a person is not interested in performing the work discussed, then a return call would be great for business. Very disappointed!!

Dont think I'll be returning my business here. Had an issue with our cat where she had a UTI. She was showing all the symptoms and behaviors as a cat with a UTI I would. In fact she had such a little amount of fluid in her bladder, they couldnt retrieve a urine sample and they tried to use this as an excuse to not use their common sense. Then tried to send us out of there without any medication for our clearly sick cat... I don't have a medical degree but im fairly certain that is a clear indication something is wrong...Thankfully they gave us the medicine after we begged them to do so. Recommend taking your animals elsewhere unless its an absolute emergency.

I had 2 dogs that both had health problems, one had a heart issue and another had a lung issue. They kept my dogs on meds but I didn't know their quality of life was so bad. I had to visit another 2 other vets who both said the dogs were in bad shape. They are friendly at this office but I think they held bad some info which would've been better to hear the full truth.

I had to take my 15 year old little buddy to be put down. I chose West Milton Veterinary Clinic for its location. And I am so glad I did. They were extremely kind and compassionate . My pain was their pain. And their facility was great. Like a doctors office. We were allowed all the time we needed in the private room. Other vets I had went to in the past were lab like settings. Thank you so much.
