Such an awesome little store. Wish I'd ofhad more time to look around. There was everything there. Imaginable able. Absolutely love retro stuff. They have tons of it. I think a lot is on consignment. Prices are completely reasonable. Ready to go back.

We made our first visit to LT's Uniquities yesterday on 28 December 2020, but it most certainly won't be our last! It's an hour drive for us, so initially wasn't sure whether or not I wanted to make the trip...but after talking to the owner, Mitch, we went the very next day.Mitch greeted us at the door with a fresh cup of hot and exotic coffee, which was just the way to come in from the cold! Mitch walked us around a bit and while he did so not only offered information about the various pieces and their history, but about his business philosophy. I was amazed to hear how customer oriented he is--and that he'll even gladly open his shop during off hours at a customer's request! Further had we wanted him to do so, he would have delivered the couch we purchased to Beavercreek for only $25!!!There was plenty of merchandise, but it was nicely arranged and thus was not overwhelming or overdone like most antique stores. I appreciated not only that there weren't trip hazards, but that my eyes knew where to land due to the attractive staging of the merchandise.Mitch routinely offers 10% off of any/all items over $20, and then is willing to consider deeper discounts beyond that. However, as some of the booths are owned by others, he can't offer that on everything. If one is willing to venture into his 5,000 square food warehouse (and yes, it was a bit chilly) s/he would be rewarded with many other items to consider! Understandably, that area is not as beautifully staged as the store, but it was still easy to navigate up and down the wide hallways. After getting home I thought I had a couple of concerns, but it was easy to reach out as Mitch had offered me his card/personal cell phone. Within minutes I realized that the mistakes were ours, but it was really nice to resolved it yet that evening rather than wait until the next day's business hours.Given our positive experience I'm confident that LT's Uniquities will become one of my destination locations and highly recommend that you visit Mitch and his delightful treasures, too!p.s. Mitch also offered great advice on local restaurants so we could eat before making the drive home--and he hit a homerun on that, too! I'm not sure there's anything the man can't do!

Mitch is knowledgeable and eager to share it. He’s also personable and fun. I appreciate that he doesn’t hover as I wander around and it’s rare that I don’t leave without something I didn’t know I was looking for. The merchandise is well displayed. I love Pop’s.

Mitch was very nice, welcoming & knowledge about antiques, the building & the town. We loved the whole experience. The shop was amazing & well decorated. He also has a B&B upstairs for rent, which he showed us pics of. We're looking forward to our next trip there & checking out the B&B

2023: Nothing has changed - the owner has only further gone the rabbit hole (his words, not mine) into divisiveness and political animosity as a business owner. There is no compromise with people of this mentality. As shown by the owners response to a low rating, it is obvious and apparent that they place their own opinions above customers.Especially when the customer never worked there, but only donated time, materials, and effort to help bring the shop owner's dream to fruition. What is sad is that this establishment has many wonderful pieces, if not slightly over priced, considering location within central Ohio. But this positive is outweighed and overtaken by the political division the owners choose to operate under, along with a complete disregard of personal opinion.Simply put: if you don't agree with their Trumpistic Conservatism, you won't be welcome in their store. So sad.*EDIT*: Keep in mind, I rated this establishment back in April, 2017. It is now April, 2019 and ONLY NOW have they responded. As well, took it upon themselves to write a response as they did, after 2 years. These should be tall-tell signs of how the establishment is ran, and who you might be buying from. This is why I stopped buying from them.

Mitch does a nice job of having realistic prices for our area and did a great job refinishing our mid century chairs wood finish. He and have done some trading and bought some of my things when our new house wouldn't hold all stuff in the new place. He also custom builds things. Check them out.
