My wife and I have been taking our cats here for just around 2 years and they are fantastic. We moved from 10 minutes away to 45 and we still make the drive to go there. The front desk is pretty helpful, the techs are clearly passionate about what they're doing, and the vets are very caring and knowledgeable. They've always treated our babies and us like family.They can be a little bit more expensive than some of the other places you could go to. However, you're paying for great expertise and service, so we feel it is worth it!

We had our first visit today and we were very impressed with everyone and everything.The doctor was knowledgeable about everything,and the vet assistant was very sweet, and my dog liked her. It was the first time she actually behaved with no anxieties. I'm glad we found this place!

West Jeff Animal Hospital has taken care of all of our pets for many years. Their veterinarians are top notch as are the support staff.We have also used their boarding services for our cat and have been very pleased.No better place to go for excellent pet care!!

Great place to take your pet. Staff is very friendly, doctors are patient when pets don't want to cooperate with exam, explain everything and you know they really care about your pets well-being. Highly recommend WJ Animal Hospital.

I just switched my 4 dogs to West Jefferson Animal Hosp. and I was so impressed with how they were so gentle and took their time with two of my boys that have pretty bad anxiety. My dogs totally loved the vet and assistant, that’s saying a lot. Also the vet caught a heart murmur when checking one of my boys, this had been overlooked elsewhere. We also took one of our senior boys in who is usually very grumpy. They were so good with him, he relaxed and became good friends with the Dr! I’m beyond happy and thankful we made the switch!!

Had our first visit here today and the staff was very helpful and soo sweet and gentle with my fur baby! They made me feel very comfortable leaving her there for testing! This will definitely be our home vet office from now on!
