!!!ATTENTION DRIVERS!!! Avoid this place!!! Security guys are good and doing their best, overloaded. Loading stuff are absolutely unprofessional, OVERWEIGHT my truck 80400 in total, with half of fuel. You have drop your trailer and wait for 2,5+hours for a call. My personal experience with return for taking off 2 pallets more +2 hours. ~5 hours in total. That is why I was late for delivery appointment. Never again, never!

Live unload around 3 h , ceck in 30 min it’s a little bit slow line of trucks 🚚 here , and ceck out around 15 min busy place , but o lot of them do drop and hook, security guys are slow 😐

Drop and hook for me. Easy in and out. No overnight parking, open 24/7. They do have indoor plumbing for us drivers as well.

The guard shack in this facility is terrible, it literally takes 45 minutes to clear a truck. Please respect our time and have someone that move the line faster. Thank you

I know we have so many problems at the shipper and receivers. But at this location, I had a good experience. We need to appreciate the place like this one.I arrived at 6:15 am. for an 8am delivery appointment and I am done by 7am. Maybe there specific busy time and day, but I did not see many trucks this morning.You need to slide the tandems, disconnect and pull forward when they load/unload you.

Dont ever come here 7hr to load & at checkout guards r playing around in 2nd shift over 1hr and im 2nd truckGuy next to me been here for 9hr didn’t even start loading yet.

They messed up my load and loaded in a wrong trailer, when I told them then swapping took more than 3 hours they wasted my time and made me late for delivery. I also had to cancel my next load... They deserve zero start

I arrived at 3am for a 6am delivery on Friday. They said live load/unload starts at 5am. They let me park at the entrance while I waited until 5am. It took them about 2 hours to unload me. You have to slide tandems to the rear at the guard shack, and you have to detach from the trailer and park in a bobtail area while awaiting a phone call. They signed my BoL when I arrived, so when they were done I just hooked up to the trailer and left.

My appt was for noon, they let me check in at 10. Got to a door immediately. Took them 4 hours to load me so not the worst. Docking is kind of tight because other trucks and trailers parked across from the docks. They make you disconnect from the trailer and move to bobtail section. Make sure tandems are slid to the back prior to coming to guard shack!!

I must have lucked out today. Arrived at 7am for my 9am appt. Docked and detached door 115 at 0718. Offloading started at 0721. Offloading complete, reattached and out the door by 0750. Only 10 pallets. Easy money

The people in this facility do not respect your time. Took them almost an hour to check in 4 trucks, including myself, at the gate. Came in for a preloaded trailer. Was told 2.5 to 3 hours to be finished. Ended up being 4 hours. Total time here was almost half my work day. Maybe if they allowed me to do my split here I would have given them maybe 3 stars. At least they did have a friendly attitude.

This is one of the worst places I have EVER been to. I showed up 50 minutes early for my appointment @ 7pm but didn't get checked in at the receiving office until 7 due to shift change taking an hour and I was the first in line. I was a live load. Checked my trailer at 11pm and it definitely had product on it so I went in and asked the clerk ,respectfully, for an update. He said they were almost done and would call. It is now 12:21 and no word. Dock jockeys are moving plenty of trailers in and out so there is definitely work being done, just not on the trailer that has to deliver by 6AM 4 hrs away I will NEVER come back here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that isn't looking for a reset while waiting. No respect for carriers time here

Hey drive my appointment was 6am Monday 4/24/23..I got live loaded Sunday 4/23/23 4:10pm..so yes 24hrs and Friday, Saturday and Sunday..but Monday-Thursday open at 6am and they closes 2am the next morning shipping/receiving..Also there's at TA and Pilot truck stops on the next going West on I70 exit#79

2 hours to pass through the gate. Shipper can’t find the paperwork. Shunters does awesome job in making the docks as tight as possible. 8 hours in total for live load.

Showed up 30 minutes prior to delivery. Got a door right away. Unloading process, you drop your trailer in a door and then bobtail to waiting area and wait for phone call. Quick unloading process.

Try arriving on time and they tell you that it will be 2 hours and almost 6 hours later they call to say they’re finally done loading your trailer. SMH.

For delivery drop your trailer. You can wait on site. Seems like the norm is about 2 or 3 hour unload. Bathroom in driver's lounge

I’ll just say this. I didnt last an hour. I started my first day and was stereotyped and racially profiled which I will be filing a lawsuit about. It’s ridiculous when you can’t make an honest living without dealing with stuff like this. I’m a very respectful guy and rarely have problems with anyone. To go into a business and be disrespected like how I was is unacceptable.

All reviews are true. STAY SWAY IF POSSIBLE. HOURS OF WAITINGCheck in thru the gate takes 20-30 min per truck.Check out even longer bc one guard in doing all the work with bol. Stay away at all cost.6 hours here and still counting.

Perfect. My unload appointment was at 13:00 the next day but I got there at 12:00 the day before. Tgey worked me in & got e out in less than a hour I was able to go grab another load.great staff

They security staff is cool. The spotters are slow if you need your container or trailer fold out to hook up. They have the trailer so close together you can't even back under them.

Appointment at 3pm in the door at 2:30. At 6:30 pm was told 1st shift didn't want to do the work. Had to wait for 2nd. Told them $100 a hr dention after 2 hrs. 8:15 pm finally on the road. Load due 7 hrs away at 7:30 am. Hours ticking down

This place is a clusterf### I get loaded they call me and say your trailer is ready,I get back they pulled my trailer out of door, so I went to shipping office to get my paperwork and they were in the middle of shift change where I waited 45 minutes only to discover my paperwork and then put in the back of my trailer and I did not have to wait in this line but no 1 told any of us huge waste of time
