I got my granddaughter a chicken sandwich. She ate half of it in the car. When we got home we realized it was completely raw in the middle. I called the manager she apologized but said they temperature check everything. IMPOSSIBLE!! IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW. I am praying she doesn't get sick. I will never go back there.

Not good at all. Poorly trained staff of high school girls. In particular, a shorter one with brown hair in a ponytail was pretty rude and just downright pitiful. We waited in line for half hour, these workers have no idea how to handle customers. I’d hate to see if it got busy… You need to fire these girls that act entitled and like they don’t wanna be there and hire nicer more competent help, owner. Smiles don’t cost a thing and attract business. Poor Attitudes and dirty looks repel customers. And that’s exactly what you got. First timer here and won’t be back.

Ice cream,shakes, etc. All very food. Hot food on the other hand sucks. I could not even eat my hamburger because it had so much salt and pepper it was unbearable. Young girls working there are rude and should not be working with public. The valley drive in and employees are deeply missed.!

Just left from your ice cream shop. The girls that are working have really bad attitudes and very slow. We stood in line for over 1:2hr ordered 2 ice cream cones took 20 min to get them. Had to ask for napkins sitting in the sun without a roof and our ice cream was melting. Won’t be back

Very nice people working here. Surprised at how much of a menu they had. I was excited for a black raspberry ice cream cone but mine had a bunch of mint chocolate chip in the middle of the scoops and his had some kind of peanut butter in between his scoops..Kinda was a little terrible tasting mixed together We will definitely give it another try just hope the scoops are cleaned off the next trip in between orders that's all.

We ordered Valley Drive In tonight. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 orders of cheese balls, and 3 small ice cream cups....it was $29. They told me the wait time was 30-35 minutes, which turned into a little over an hour. Which was fine had the food not been cold and gross. our cheeseballs were so burnt, and there wasn't any cheese inside. The workers acted immature and acted like they didn't know what they were doing. All the customers were complaining. I ordered a black raspberry milkshake there the other day, and it tasted like vanilla. We won't be back

Had their fish basket. The fish batter was so light. It wasn't greasy at all. Best fish I've ever had! The Brew City fries were really good too!

5 star service and food! My wife and I each ordered the monster fish sandwich with fries. My wife couldn't finish her sandwich or fries. I was able to eat my sandwich but couldn't finish the fries. The food was delicious and even though they were super busy, we got our food in a timely manner.

In line for 30 minutes with only 5 customers in front of me. Everyone who is here eating was complaining they were at lease 30 minutes in line. 1 person at the old Valley drive in would have had the line cleared by now.

1st time there. We both got milk shakes, they were awesome! Made with real ice cream. Don't see that much anymore. Will be back for more and to try the food!!

Our food was awful yesterday.fried mushrooms was burnt.and my philly steak was so greasy and tasted burnt also..I had that taste in my mouth for a while.I call to complain and The person i was talking to say ..well I dint know what to say..wth..I WILL NEVER EAT THERE again..I wish The old place was back..

A lovely dining experience. This is not fast food because everything is made fresh. This is the old-fashioned diner at its best. Good food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. Be prepared, portions are very good sized. Bring your appetite.

Their milkshakes are always on point and the ladies that work there are always sweet. I've been going since I was little and I've never had a bad experience. Place is always clean and prices are reasonable.

I've been a customer when they had minature golf there. Their black raspberry ice is better than ANYBODYS....inclung Brewsters! Wish I could place an order, but I can't get them to answer my calls.
