The manager bill is amazing! The customer service in this store is top tier! I went in looking for some cat food for my kitten who needs special food. He was amazing, and even took the bags to the car for me as my hands were full with children. I will always come here over anywhere else in town!

Placed an online order to pick up next day. Waited till 2pm and called. I was told it was delivered but not unpacked. Truck got there at 6am. When I asked why can't they grab it from the box the guy laughed at me, I asked aren't the boxes labeled and he laughed again. I got all the excuses in the book from the manager and no apology. I know its just a job at TSC but they could conduct themselves with just a tiny bit of professionalism and at least act like they care and want to help.

Although I haven’t had an issue finding what I need from this store I was in for the shot clinic this past sat 5/6/23 and an employee spent the entire hour I was there hanging out with somone she knew that was also waiting in line with their dog. That’s not the issue, the problem is this female employee along with I believe the store manager spent the hour trashing customers that frequent the store and how much they hate working there .. we had to listen to them making fun of an elderly person that feeds birds and all about how terrible the curbside pickup was . I will never come back to this store and the people in front of me said the same thing. Your employees should be trained that while in uniform they should always watch what they say!

I went to the Wellington ohio store after wasting my time getting no help and a bad attitude from a girl at the Amherst ohio store! The customer service was great and everyone was very helpful throughout the process of buying a trailer and accessories at the Wellington Ohio store! Well worth the short trip to be treated like a customer should be treated!!!!!!!

The summer of 2022, we were hustling to get out of town for a baseball tournament. I ran into TSC, Wellington in the morning for dog food for our trip. My son left the dog food in the cart, in the parking lot and we left. I realized that we didn't have it as we were supposed to be leaving. I ran back to the store and didn't see it in the parking lot. I ran in and explained our situation and asked if someone had brought it in, perhaps. Nope not there, checked the stock and they have as many as they are supposed to. The manager was called he and the cashier went out to the parking lot to look for it. As 2 grown men stood on the sidewalk and looked around, I went and got another bag. The men finally came in and made the conclusion that it wasn't there I then paid for the new bag and left. I like TSC but I will never give the Wellington store my money again, so I drive to the Elyria or Norwalk stores. The lack of empathy and utter stupidity of watching 2 adult men stand in front of the store and scanning the parking lot just to walk in and tell me it was gone put me over the edge.

Find most of what you need here. Definitely need to have a wider selection of products. Always like to shop inside and see friendly people. Not just on line shopping, no interaction, not always fun.

Best TSC in the Tri-County area. Our farm depends on Tractor Supply and we have been to many in Erie, Huron and Lorain counties but this one is hands down the best for selection, stock and service... Other stores can take note of what they are doing here in Wellington and I don't live here, it's worth the travel. Our Farm appreciates all your hard working people. Thank you.

Bill, the assistant manager of this location, denied a local Girl Scout troop from having a cookie booth sale after corporate Tractor Supply had already approved it through the GSNEO Council. He snottily informed us that the store level could override corporate decisions of this nature. To add to this, he and the rest of the management team waited until we arrived to turn us away. As a result of this behavior, I will not be supporting this company in any fashion going forward. What a miserable way to represent your brand and your alleged values.

Wandering around the store looking for what I needed or someone to help. Finally went back to the employee door and waited. Finally two people came from the back. Lady showed me where product was. Had a question about it so went looking AGAIN. Found the guy this time. His response was what I needed was only available online. Asked him if what I had was comparable. I don’t know. Whoops sorry I thought you worked here. Oh you do. Just can’t help.So went to Spencer Feed. Greeted at the door. What can I help you find. Took me right to it. Huge selection and types. Helped me find what I needed.Yes I should have gone there first. Trying to avoid construction but I would have saved a lot of time and aggravation.

Disappointing experience! Maybe it's time to go back to the local hardware. I want clarify this review; the girl that I used always see who I figured was the manager "because everyone went to her with questions" was the best thing you had going for this store. I don't remember her name might have been Megan but the store was in top shape and the staff while she was there was outstanding and pleasent. I wish I could remember her name she deserves some recognition for her leadership.

They have alot of stuff but they always seem to not have exactly what I need. I needed a hi viz hoodie and they did not have them. Also some of their items are extremely cheaply madeI bough a rain suit that only lasted one day and it ripped . Luckily, they are cool about returns.

Love that we now have a TSC close to us here in Wellington and I especially love that I can wash my dogs there, as I have no basement and they are too big to pick up and put in the tub. Kind of pricey for a wash if you need to do so once a week, but it's great that it's available.

Tractor supply is the place to go when you need livestock feed. the staff is always super nice and warm. And any time I have a an issue they work quickly to resolve the matter. Tractor supply really is for life out here

Came in looking for a torpedo heater tonight, asked one of the workers and she said it was in the back and she wasnt going to get it for me, she was very rude and now I will never return and I will take my money somewhere else. This is now the 3rd time I've been treated rude. Hopefully you find people that want to work and make your company money.
