Dealt with Laura, I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was. She adjusted her day to deliver when I found out my wife wasn't going to be home and Laura was afraid of the cold weather. Add to that she had messaged while assembling the order she realized they were out of a couple flowers and asked if it was OK to sub something. This was by far the best looking and most fragrant vases I ha e seen. Thank you. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I live out of state and rely on The Platinum Petal for when I want to send flowers to mom. I ordered a dozen yellow roses for mother's day. They arrived when promised and were absolutely beautiful. She took a picture of them to show me.They were gorgeous. Yellow roses are her favorite. I have never been disappointed with the great job these folks do.

Ordered online Saturday mid-morning, then checked hours..duh!! Realized they were closing in 1.5 hrs, so I called and they rushed to get flowers made and delivered!!The arrangement is so so BEAUTIFUL!!Well worth the money spent and made my sister extremely happy on her Birthday!Great job Platinum Petals!!Great customer service!!Beautiful, fresh flowers!

As a mother fighting cancer, my mind forgets dates along with everything else! In comes my admiration for the Owner and staff of the Platinum Petal in Wellington, Oh. It was Friday, May 18, @ 5pm when my son came to me to ask about getting Prom Corsage!We had briefly talked month prior, yet his date did not have dress yet. Usually would have ordered but no idea what to order, kinda made it slip my mind! If you look under Flowers for Prom " within 24 HR or Next Day" , it is virtually impossible and or so expensive with little recourse for bad flowers from 1(800) Florist.As I reworded Google phrase hoping to find a Florist Local who could help a nutty mom, UP POPPED PLATINUM PETAL. Under their limiting they stated took orders by phone, answering system; and could have ready by next day. I live in inner suburb of Cleveland, and this Florist was the Only One who even considered to provide such a service for those who did not plan well.I left message, their site displayed numerous corsages and boutinares available with custom ribbon changes as desired. I prayed and hoped my message would get through. I called the Platinum Petal the morning of Prom, talked to and understanding woman who put my worries at bay. She said she would have the done within a few hours!!!To top situation off, I did not realize just how far Wellington was from our house. The owner had a special function of her own to attend that day, a dance recital. She was planning to close early. Well, I don't drive so my friend picked it up as fast as possible to get there. I was expecting a closed door and humiliated son. But, NOPE THE PLATINUM PETAL WAS THERE FOR US AND PROVIDED A BEAUTIFUL CORSAGE AND BOUTINARE THAT MY SON PRESENTED TO HIS DATE PROUDLY.I want to thank the owner so much for helping us out and apologies for cutting her time to leave for her special event short. Without you I would have been devastated and probably would have caused my son humiliation. Thank you, Thank you. I have told all those I know about your INCREDIBLE SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFECT PRICING!
