I was making a deposit on my cash app card- and the gentleman checked every bill with his marker very slowly, he counted my money 3 times. Loaded the money then told me he gave me $100 back, which he didn’t. He stood there confused and just staring at me for a full minute- I don’t know if he was under the influence but it was not normal behavior. I had to ask him “what’s the problem?” And he said I didn’t give him the right amount. I told him I will stand here all day while he counts his register, that I did, he said I have u 100 back, I showed him my wallet with no cash left in it. He was extremely skeptical of me and I didn’t appreciate it. I offered my name and number and he’s like “I guess I’m going to have to trust you”?!? It should have been a simple transaction but he made me so uncomfortable I will never be back to this location. Look at your cameras at 4:15 pm on 11/3 you will see exactly what I’m telling you.

For the amount of money I'm spending on prescriptions every month I think I deserve to be treated a little better...most of the employees are great but a few are just rude and you shouldn't mess with someone's prescriptions it's a matter of life and death and why can't I get pro points because you don't like me for whatever reason

This rating is for Sept 9th only. I spent the day in the ER and on my way home, I checked the website to make sure of the closing hours were 6pm and that we should have plenty of time. We drove up at 5pm and the guy tells us *and I quote) "Don't drop that off, we're closed. Go to Drug Mart." I mentioned the hours I googled and also noted that it stated 6pm on the drive thru window. He had already dismissed us and had nothing further to say to us. He was extremely disrespectful and rude. He could have stated it much more politely and even allow us to drop the prescriptions off for early morning pick up today. We thought about switching pharmacies because of this one incident, but we will stay because we love Sarah and Cassidy. They are awesome.

I was at my "witz-end" with Drug Mart...Everything is like pulling teeth, constantly changing policies and it seems my co-pay changes every other month! The drive thru is broke half the time...Rite-Aid is a refreshing change. Drug Mart also offers little privacy and you have to yell your personal info thru the plexiglass for all to hear. Thank you Rite-Aid for offering a better customer experience.

Walked in for a flu shot midday, they weren't busy and was told it needed to schedule online. Went down to Drug Mart and had no problem
