Typically we have a good experience at this location.On February 14th, 2023, my husband and I stopped in to pick up an Rx and some items needed for my husband's upcoming surgery.The young man at the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional.I did call back and talk to someone in the pharmacy about our treatment, but she must not have been a manager because she just listened with no additional advice or comments.Since things have been hectic with surgery, etc., I am calling the corporate office today. I wish I would have done so immediately.Normally, the staff is polite and professional. We are considering a new pharmacy.Not sure why this kind of service is acceptable, but to me, it is not proper business.

Pharmacy:Consistently horrible. Unprofessional, bad attitudes that translate to horrible customer experience/care and just bad workers. Maybe Beth and the crew do not care for their jobs?! But no excuse ladies. You are in customer CARE not customer "I don't care". AVOID dealing with this place if possible. Always full of excuses as to why prescriptions aren't ready, never receive call back when promised. I mean, we have had actual insurance companies and pharmacists on the other line to prove Drug Mart Wellington Pharmacy is lying and staff continues to lie and provide excuses.....just own up to the mistakes and say "So sorry, we didn't look at the orders in a timely manner so it's our oversight." Stop blaming everyone and everything else. I mean, we have dealt with medical equipment ordering/receipt , billing issues and regular prescriptions with this place numerous times, since we've lived here last fall, and it's the same thing. In the least, why can't they have pleasant bedside manners? Why so I need to do others' jobs AND still pay top dollar for my healthcare/insurance/etc.!? 🤔 Don't deal with this place unless you don't care or have any serious time-sensitive medical issues.Very disappointed. Not returning. Hope this helps others. 👍

I’m disappointed with the lack of quality costumer service, especially considering the fact that I used to work in this pharmacy. I had great coworkers and bosses, but now there are some new people who are extremely rude. I came in to pick up my prescription and my cashier (according to the receipt) was Molly N. She was very rushed and had the nastiest expression on her face. I literally couldn’t even say goodnight because I was so stunned by how rude she had been. If you don’t like talking to/dealing with people, then get a different job. It’s really not that difficult. To Molly N or whoever the woman was, do better.

This is the worst drug mart in Medina and Lorain county. The employees are lazy and the ones who aren't lazy complain loudly about their coworkers. The pharmacy staff is rude and acts like you are stopping them from doing their job simply by being there to pick up a prescription. The front staff is just as rude and unprofessional. Even the older staff which is unusual. Unfortunately most of us don't have a choice and have to continue to go here but if you have a choice don't.

Most of the employees at this store are fantastic and friendly and helpful. BUT there is this older women who works at the cigarette counter who is always consistently rude to me. Her name is Kim my receipt shows. Ive told her have a nice day! No response! I've told her thanks for the help! Just ignored. I've tried to make polite conversation while she scans my things, I get a rude look and disregarded. Don't know why she works here if she hates costumer's. I've seen her be extremely rude to people besides myself also. I wish they would move her to somewhere else in the store or let her go so she doesn't have to deal with customers since she hates it. Never even seen this women smile. It's called costumer service. She's up front way too much. Besides her, most of the employees are a pleasure!

Don't get me wrong, the store is fine. However, the pharmacy employees are unpleasant and are the slowest I've ever seen. They could use some "healthy competition" in the area to take the burden of customers from them so prescriptions take less time to fill.

Staff is nice but I have not had a consistent refill with my meds. They never refill my anti depression medication. I have ran out 7 times this year. All my other meds get refilled not the antidepression. Yes I am enrolled on the auto refill program.

So I like this Drug Mart but there's a woman here who is so completely rude. I read her name tag last time I was in, and her name was Kim. So I'm sure she's worked here for a long time and they look past the way she treats the customers. I figured I'd write this anyway. Anytime I go to her register she acts like it's a burden that she has to scan my stuff. Then she directed us to another register when she was almost done with the customer she had in front of us, when the other employee had a line. Then a line started forming behind us at the other employees register and she looked over and turned away instead of saying I'll take you over here. I don't understand why she works here when she hates it so much.

Lori k was very rude today. She had an attitude with me from the very beginning of our interaction. She was very condescending and sarcastic. Even told me she didn't care that I have been a faithful customer for years. She wouldn't get a manager for me either said she was too "busy". Won't go back to the Wellington location because of Lori's terrible customer service.

The pharmacy is terrible. You have to wait forever and when your prescription is ready so they say, it never is. The people at the drive-thru at the window are incredibly rude and unfriendly.

Lady at pharmacy was very rude, she needs to fired. Treated me with no respect, absolutely ridiculous. Never will I pick up a prescription from this Drug Mart again. This company is losing out on my business!!

The pharmacy has gone to hell in a handbag, the drive thru is so slow and it takes way too long to even get recognized, they really need some help back there. It also takes hours to even get a script filled, I feel like they ignore people at the drive thru, I'm not coming during busy hours either.. I don't recommend the pharmacy at Drug Mart unless you're willing to wait a day or two for prescriptions.

Wow so I thought my experience was unique possibly, but a quick scroll through these reviews reveal Kim has a problem working with costumer's. She's not friendly at all to me or anyone else in her check out line. She clearly doesn't want to be working with customers so why keep her at checkout.

Absolutely worst experience at the customer service window. Definitely the wrong name for that area. Definitely wrong lady working there. Felt like I was putting her out just being there. If you can't handle doing your job maybe stocking or receiving would be better suited for her.

Drug Mart Wellington has never been the same since Mike the pharmacist left. Husband went to the pharmacy yesterday (Saturday) at 2 pm, and once again, the pharmacy window was closed for pick up or drop off. People, including the lazy pharmacist were there, but window closed. This has happened on 3 other occasions at various times of day. It is ridiculous, and Lord help you if you need a medication that has been called in. We now yse Chestnut Commons location, even though it is a half hour away. It is better than getting to a closed pharmacy during normal business hours. Also, If you use this location, be sure to count your pills before you leave

I love drug mart..bonnie and kim are the best but I did mention to a guy working the register last Sunday that there was expired yogurt in the cooler and he said he would tell someone and I came back in today and it was still there dated June 6 and it's the 17th !!!

My doctor sent a prescription in on Monday went to pickup on Friday wasn't done it was2:30 they said about 10 minutes went back at 7:00 still wasn't done. Told them I would be back next week maybe it be filled then.

Very good place, the prices are low, amounts are high, the great stuff. I like it because you can get a 1.5 liter of Mtn Dew for only a $1! I'd say that is a STEAL!

None ever answers the drive thru, Takes like 30 minutes to an answer from a pharmacist, I was here for 30 minutes at 5:00. I don't recommend coming to the drive thru 😒
