This is a locally owned DQ and they do NOT accept app coupons or participate in most national promotions. The wait for our order was longer than we have experienced at other DQ's, but they do offer ice cream cakes and other pre packaged DQ standard products. The ice cream was ok, but nothing that really sets it apart - particularly when there is no value from the deals offered in the app. Overall acceptable, but we will find someplace else to stop next time we are in the area.

Great service! There were 4 cars ahead of us when we ordered, it took less than 5 min to get to the window- speedy.. please give them all raises!!!! Hard to keep that good attitude when you don't get paid much! Plus.. DAIRY QUEEN.. we all know you bring in money and can afford to pay these amazing workers more!

When we came earlier we ordered a peanut buster parfait and asked for chocolate ice cream...order was not correct. A few hours later we came back because my route ended not far and ordered an M&M blizzard with chocolate ice cream and filled with fudge...it is NOT suppose to be mixed in!! The fudge should have been in the center! To top things off the girls who were there gave an attitude towards us!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I do not appreciate the attitude that given!!!!!

Dropped off my Mom to visit her Sister. The inside & outside were immaculately clean. Staff were extremely friendly & actually brought my Mother's order to the table. Mom is 86yrs young & this service is appropriated. I will visit again

We go here frequently, sometimes for ice cream, sometimes for a quick lunch. The service has always been exceptional. There are two reasons I am only giving 4 stars. The first is a long time thing, the location does not participate in the coupon promotions from corporate. This is rather disappointing, it's always nice to feel you get something extra from time to time. The other is a recent occurrence, in early June, there were staff serving customers (myself included) at the drive through without masks. Have to say I was disappointed with that. Otherwise, really like the place!

My daughter works here. The workers were hungry and a dominoes worker was nice enough to bring them a free pizza. The manager turned the free pizza away and told him not to bring any more. How ridiculous. These kids get paid the lowest wage possible and cant even eat food on a break. Sad.

Sweetest staff ever! I came through the drive through before heading to osu mansfield campus grabbed coffee and the young lady at the window double checked the lid was secure without me even asking taking the time to do that was thoughtful and much appreciated!

The line was long in the drive-thru, and the onion rings had a weird taste to them. Might have needed to change the oil in the fryer. The service was friendly, but if you're in a hurry, I would recommend going inside. It seemed to move quicker.

the service is always slow every time I go. Asked for a small cup of vanilla with chocolate dip and they just drizzled it on, didn’t cover it like you’re supposed to.The girls there got a terrible attitude with me when I asked them to actually cover my ice cream with the dip.I manage a Dairy Queen myself, and this one could give better service for sure.Not one to ever give reviews or complain, but this has been my experience every time I go.

Its 90* today and I wanted some ice cream. Sat at the drive thru for 5 min and nobody came to the intercom. I pulled forward to see another man waiting at the window looking perturbed. I waited a few more min and when he had still not been served I gave up. Service has really gone down hill. Its a shame. Thank god for the dollar store!! At least they have employees.

Stopped here on our trip today. Placed our order, told the gal I was ordering the hot dog for our dog. When we opened the bag; we were pleasantly surprised to find a dog treat inside! How nice!!! Thank You!

The finest dining this town can offer. That pretty much sums out this awful little town. Horses instead of cars parked in parking lots and new ideas haven't been seen since the late 40's And those were racially biased ones to boot. Not necessarily the DQ's fault but guilt by association is still valid guilt.

This places is locally owned with the best service in the fast food business. I never ever check my order I drive 20 minutes one way to eat the food here. Wish you guys were open all year

Bad tomato's, it's a farming community with ample access to fresh produce. One would think using local commodities would be better than serving half ripe tomato's. So update, I went back today (July 29th) just for ice cream, my chocolate malt was tasty at 3.99, I ordered my dog a small ice cream in a medium blizzard cup and it cost 4.69. my dog is a 130# blockhead and for a half cup of ice cream it's expensive. Probably won't be back.

Maybe , just maybe you should update your hours of operation on the DQ website so people don’t drive 15 minutes only to find out you are not open. The hours posted state the drive thru was open til 8pm. I was there at 7:05 and the gates were locked. Not very happy and will consider other options next time.
