I would like to thank the gentlemen over at Pro tinker toys I Had purchased four X/TRACTION Deluxe pit kits Each one was a 2005 Ford GT with painted body each one of the Kits had a different color paint job on the body, which is exactly what I ordered My order Was well packaged and delivered in a very timely manner. I have ordered from Pro Tinker Toys (PTT) at least 3 or 4 times. The items have always arrived correct and on time. Prices are good, on some items prices can not be better. They also have live streams and You Tube events that are fun and can be informative. I do not know of another small locally owned business that has exclusive items with their own branding on them. I have purchased new items, demo items and exclusive items. When Bryan creates a sale it is second to none. I bought a slot car set that is normally $110 to $120 for $90 and received a free extra slot car as a gift, plus I was able to use an extra 10% discount code on the purchase. What would have been $140 to $150 from a different store was $81. I just do not believe any of the reviews that are less than 5 stars. PTT goes above and beyond to make their customers happy and to keep them engaged/involved!

I went into the shop with my nieces, sister, and parents. The creepy old man was so overwhelming that I needed to leave the shop because he kept screaming and telling my nieces that my dad needed to buy them things. I don’t do well with obnoxious salesmen. I was about to throw $100 down but he lost my business right away.When I left the shop I think he assumed I was stealing or something and followed us all out to the car, asking where I was, which is fine but he yelled to me, “do you want to give me a hug, I’m not gay or nothing.” I found him dramatic, gross, creepy, obnoxious, and over all terrible for a business. I could instantly tell he should not be allowed around children. I will never be back to that store and I hope the next time I’m in Ohio, he is not.Additionally he was forcefully requesting that all the kids give him a hug. When he came out to the car he picked up my nieces juice box and put his mouth way too close to it, might have touched it with lips, pretending he was taking a drink.Avoid if you don’t want your personal space violated and a touchy old man being creepy!Lastly, the putty we got was dried out and had to be thrown away. All candy purchased was old and hard. This place is a scam.

This is the first Google review that I have written but I just had to put in a good word for these guys. I had a minor problem with an online order that I had received and they promptly sent me a replacement and made everything right within a few days. The communication back and forth was terrific. In the modern era of Walmart and Amazon and the hassles of going through “customer service” it is nice to still be able to talk directly with a small family run business that puts the customer at the center of what they do. I should also mention that they have the best selection of slot cars, parts, and sets that I have seen in a long time. Their YouTube videos are great and informative as well so check them out if you get the chance. I am sure I will be making many purchases from them in the future and would encourage everyone else to support this great little family business as well. There are not many hobby and toy shops like this one left.Keep up the good work!

Fantastic place to buy from, large selection of products. Check out the Website to see there products, fast shipping. Tim does a outstanding job of packing your items so that the arrive in the same condition as they left the shop. Bryan and Ryan run an amazing shop, both are wonderful to talk to if you have questions either about your order or if you need assistance with your hobbies. If you are lucky enough to live close enough to the shop it must be a great experience to shop in person, but the online shop will do for the rest of us. So glad I discovered the shop, won't use anyone else. You should also check out the YouTube channel for Protinkertoys, it is so much fun to see these are real people that just have fun at their jobs.

My husband's hobby is slot cars We drove up 2 hrs from Columbus, and we weren't disappointed at all. My husband was like a kid in a candy store. There is a little bit of everything there, and if he doesn't have it, I'm sure he can find it. All in all, it was fantastic visit, and I'm glad we went.

Bryan and the Young family have an awesome shop here!! The on-line store is AMAZING!!!! I have made many purchases of Slot Cars and slot car stuff from them and will continue to monthly!!!
